低营养水平日粮添加复合酶对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质和抗氧化的影响

摘    要:本研究旨在探讨不同营养水平日粮添加复合酶对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质、抗氧化及盲肠微生物含量的影响。试验选择产蛋率接近的42周龄蛋鸡504只,随机分为3组,每组4个重复,每个重复42只。对照组饲喂正常蛋白能量日粮,T1组饲喂低蛋白能量日粮,T2组饲喂低蛋白能量日粮+100?IU/kg复合酶。在为期9周的饲养试验后测定相关指标。结果:T2组蛋鸡的料蛋比显著低于对照组和T1组(P<0.05),与T2组相比,T1组平均蛋重显著降低了4.69%(P<0.05)。T2组蛋壳厚度较T1组显著提高了2.78%(P<0.05),同时T2组蛋壳强度较对照组和T1组分别显著提高了17.84%和19.23%(P<0.05)。T2组蛋鸡血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性最高,分别较对照组和T1组提高了33.96%和28.16%(P<0.05)。T1组蛋鸡盲肠大肠杆菌数量最高(P<0.05),对照组和T1组食糜氨浓度显著高于T2组(P<0.05),而T2组蛋鸡食糜黏度显著低于对照组和T1组(P<0.05)。结论:低能低蛋白日粮补充100?IU/kg复合酶可以提高蛋鸡的饲料效率,改善肠内氨浓度和食糜粘度,降低盲肠有害微生物数量。 关键词]营养水平|复合酶|蛋鸡|生产性能|蛋品质|抗氧化

Abstract:The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of compound enzyme supplementation at different nutrient levels on performance,egg quality,antioxidant activity and cecal microbial content of laying hens.A total of 504 laying hens aged 42 weeks with similar egg production rate were selected and randomly divided into 3 groups with 4 replicates in each group and 42 laying hens in each replicate.The control group was fed a normal protein energy diet,T1 group was fed a low protein energy diet,and T2 group was fed a low protein energy diet+100 IU/kg complex enzyme.After a 9-week feeding trial,the relevant indicators were measured.Results:The egg feed ratio of layer hens in T2 group was significantly lower than that of control group and T1 group(P<0.05).Compared with T2 group,the average egg weight of T1 group was significantly reduced by 4.69%(P<0.05).The eggshell thickness of T2 group was significantly increased by 2.78%compared with T1 group(P<0.05),while the eggshell strength of T2 group was significantly increased by 17.84%and 19.23%compared with the control group and T1 group(P<0.05).The glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)activity of layer serum in T2 group was the highest,which was 33.96%and 28.16%higher than that in control group and T1 group respectively(P<0.05).The number of cecal Escherichia coli in layers in T1 group was the highest(P<0.05),the concentration of chyme ammonia in the control group and T1 group was significantly higher than that in T2 group(P<0.05),and the viscosity of chyme in T2 group was significantly lower than that in the control group and T1 group(P<0.05).In conclusion:supplementation of 100 IU/kg compound enzyme with low energy and low protein diet can improve feed efficiency of laying hens,improve intestinal ammonia concentration and chyme viscosity,and reduce the number of harmful microorganisms in cecum.
