| 摘 要： | 文章主要研究Defb124基因在绵羊睾丸、附睾不同发育时期的表达特性。采用QRT-PCR法对绵羊不同时期睾丸、附睾中Defb124 mRNA的表达进行绝对定量分析。结果表明：2、3、6、12月龄附睾头中Defb24的表达量分别为3.190×10^-4、5.447×10^-3、6.602×10^-3、8.757×10^-3ng/μL,在附睾尾中表达量分别为1.610×10^-4、4.658×10^-3、5.443×10^-3、5.510×10^-3ng/μL,在附睾体及睾丸中的表达量很少。说明Defb124 mRNA在绵羊不同发育时期睾丸、附睾中均有不同程度的表达,在附睾头中大量表达,且表现出明显的组织依赖性和时间依赖性。

| Abstract: | The objectives of this study were to evaluate the expression pattern of Defb124 gene in testis,epididymidis at different stages of sheep. Defb124 mRNA expression in testis,epididymidis at different stages of sheep was detected by absolute quantitative PCR. The Defb124 mRNA expression in 2-month-old,3-month-old,6-month-old,12-month-old sheep＇s epididymidis head（EpH）were 3.190×10^-4,5.447×10^-3,6.602×10^-3,8.757×10^-3 ng/μL respectively,the Defb124 mRNA expression in epididymidis tail（EpT）were 1.610×10^-4,4.658×10^-3,5.443×10^-3,5.510×10^-3 ng/μL respectively,the Defb124 mRNA expression in testes,epididymidis body（EpB）were less.The absolute quantitative PCR results showed that Defb124 mRNA appeared to be ubiquitously expressed almost in testis,epididymidis at different stages of sheep,and was abundantly expressed in EpH,and the expression of Defb124 gene had tissue-specific pattern and age-related pattern. |
