| 摘 要： | 为了解北京地区鸡源沙门菌血清型的分布、耐药性以及基因型情况,利用Riboprinter全自动微生物基因指纹鉴定仪对分离到的沙门菌进行血清型鉴定,采用微量肉汤稀释法进行药物敏感性测定,应用脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)进行基因分型.结果显示,共分离到15株肠炎沙门菌、1株鼠伤寒沙门菌,沙门菌对利福平、萘啶酸和多黏菌素E的耐药...
