| 摘 要： | 将采自广东省的牛源环孢子虫样品经套式PCR扩增,获得了18SrDNA基因中大小为296bp的目的片段,对该序列进行了克隆和测序,比较了该虫株与其他原虫的亲缘关系。结果显示,该虫序列与已报道的广州牛源环孢子虫虫株完全一致,与其他艾美耳球虫的亲缘关系较近,在广东首次发现的牛源环孢子虫属于艾美耳科环孢子虫属的一新种。表明18SrDNA基因在环孢子虫进化和分类鉴定研究上是一种有效的分子标记。

| Abstract: | To establish the foundation for further studies on molecular diagnostics of the calf-derived Cyclospora,18 S rDNA were amplified by nested-PCR, cloned and sequenced. The results showed that 18 S rDNA sequences of calf-derived Cyclospora isolates were identical with the sequences of the Gungdong isolates, which were closer to other Eimeria sp.registered in the database. The results indicated that 18 S rDNA sequences provide useful genetic markers for the identification and differentiation of Cyclospora from other related protozoa. |
