| 摘 要： | 从犬瘟热病毒检测阳性的3份(KM1、KM2、KM3)病料中进行F基因的克隆测序,并与其他5株代表性参考毒株的同一基因序列进行比较(国内外流行毒株以及疫苗毒株).结果表明,KM1与KM2有95.7%的核苷酸同源性,其氨基酸序列完全相同;KM3株与KM1有1个氨基酸的差异,与参考的5株犬瘟热病毒的F基因核苷酸和氨基酸分析同源性分别为91.1%～96.5%和96.8%～100%.

| Abstract: | Suspicious canine distemper virus(CDV) samples collected from Kunming were amplified by using RT-PCR,in which 3 positive samples were detected.3 strains of canine distemper virus(named KM1,KM2,KM3) were used for protein F gene cloning and sequenceing and then compared with 5 representative reference strains.The results showed that the F gene from strain of KM1 and KM2 have the same amino acid sequence,but the strain of KM3 have a amino acid difference compared with the strain of KM1.At the nucleotide level KM1 shared the homologue of 91.1% to 96.5% and at the amino acid level,the homologue is from 96.8 % to 100% compared with related viruses. |
