摘    要:转基因技术为水产养殖遗传育种开辟了一条新的途径。转基因技术已迅速应用到培育高产、优质和抗逆的水产养殖新品种的研究中,并在解决发育生物学、分子生物学和生理学等方面的难题中发挥了重要作用。目前,水产动物转基因的方法主要是显微注射和精子介导-电脉冲法。涉及对象包括各种鱼类和贝类等。但转基因的定位整合、稳定表达和稳定遗传以及转基因动物的生态安全和食品安全等问题仍是转基因研究有待攻克的重点、难点和热点问题。

Abstract:Transgenic techniques offer an alternative way to aquaculture breeding. Because of its great po-tential for traits i mprovement it has been rapidly studied for producing aquacultural ani mals of fast grow-ing ,disease-resistance and high quality .Twotechniques of gene transfer including microinjection and elec-troporation have been applied to aquaculture . Now, many species of fish and shellfish wereinvolvedinthetransgenic research and great progress was made .This technique also plays i mportant roles in resolvingproblems in developmental and molecular biology and physiology .However ,there are still many problemsabout the site-special integration,stable expression andinheritance of transferred genes as well as the eco-logical and food safety concerns that remain to be studied.
