| 摘 要： | 根据GenBank上发表的犬瘟热病毒融合蛋白F基因序列,设计合成了1对寡聚核苷酸引物,扩增大小为337bp的目的片段,建立犬瘟热病毒F基因的RT-PCR检测方法。结果表明,该方法具有很强的特异性和很高的敏感性,可作为犬瘟热临床快速诊断的一种方法。

| Abstract: | According to canine distemper virus (CDV) fusion (F) protein gene sequence published in GenBank, one pair of oligonucleotide primers were synthezised.The size of 337 bp fragment was amplified and CDV F gene RT-PCR detection method. was esfablished The results of a series of tests showed that the method had very high specificity and sensitivity, and could be used as a method of rapid clinical diagnosis for canine distemper. |
