| 摘 要： | 高致病性禽流感是由禽流感病毒(AIV)引起的一种急性传染病。AIV呈球形,有囊膜。其表面主要有2种糖蛋白,即血凝素和神经氨酸酶。其中神经氨酸酶具有重要功能,其对病毒的释放及病毒在感染细胞周围的扩散能力有很大影响。此外,神经氨酸酶对其周围的血凝素切割能力也有很大影响,从而在一定程度上可以导致病毒致病性的不同。神经氨酸酶是AIV中另一种重要抗原,抗神经氨酸酶的抗体可为机体遭受流感病毒攻击提供一定的保护力。因此,神经氨酸酶对AIV的生物学特性具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | High pathogenic avian influenza is an acute infectious disease caused by Avian influenza virus(AIV).AIV is round shape with envelope membrane.There are two main glycoproteins on the surface of AIV,one of which is the neuraminidase(NA) with the important function.It plays an important role in the releasing of progeny virus from infected cells and inhibiting aggregate viral particles.In additional,NA has a great influence on the cleavable ability of HA glycoproteins,thereby it can lead to the variations of AIV's virulence to some extent.NA is another important antigen because anti-NA antibody can supply part protection when challenged by the same subtype virus.Therefore NA has an important biological significance to AIV. |
