摘    要:本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加2种植物提取物对断奶仔猪生长性能、肠道免疫功能、肠道形态结构和胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅰ(IGF-Ⅰ)含量的影响。选取胎次相近(3~6胎次)、25日龄断奶的"大白×长白"二元仔猪120头,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复10头。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,抗生素组在基础饲粮中添加100 mg/kg杆菌肽锌+20 mg/kg硫酸抗敌素,植物提取物复合物Ⅰ组在基础饲粮中添加400 mg/kg植物提取物复合物Ⅰ,植物提取物复合物Ⅱ组在基础饲粮中添加400 mg/kg植物提取物复合物Ⅱ。预试期5 d,正试期30 d。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,抗生素组、植物提取物复合物Ⅰ组和植物提取物复合物Ⅱ组的末重、平均日采食量(ADFI)、平均日增重(ADG)显著或极显著升高(P<0.05或P<0.01),腹泻率极显著降低(P<0.01)。2)与对照组相比,植物提取物复合物Ⅰ组的十二指肠和回肠绒毛高度极显著升高(P<0.01),回肠隐窝深度显著降低(P<0.05),空肠和回肠绒毛高度/隐窝深度(V/C)值显著升高(P<0.05);植物提取物复合物Ⅱ组的十二指肠、空肠和回肠绒毛高度和V/C值显著或极显著升高(P<0.05或P<0.01),回肠隐窝深度显著降低(P<0.05)。3)与对照组相比,植物提取物复合物Ⅰ组的十二指肠和空肠白细胞介素-2(IL-2)含量极显著升高(P<0.01),十二指肠和回肠白细胞介素-6(IL-6)含量极显著升高(P<0.01),十二指肠、空肠和回肠γ干扰素(IFN-γ)和分泌型免疫球蛋白A(sIgA)含量极显著升高(P<0.01);植物提取物复合物Ⅱ组的十二指肠、空肠和回肠IL-2、IL-6、IFN-γ和sIgA含量显著或极显著升高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。4)与对照组相比,抗生素组、植物提取物复合物Ⅰ组和植物提取物复合物Ⅱ组的十二指肠、空肠、回肠IGF-Ⅰ含量均极显著升高(P<0.01)。由此可见,饲粮中添加2种植物提取物复合物能够改善断奶仔猪肠道组织结构,提高肠道免疫功能,促进生长。

Abstract:This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of two plant extract compounds on growth performance and intestinal morphology,immune function and insulin-like growth factor-Ⅰ (IGF-Ⅰ)content of weaned piglets. One hundred and twenty 25-day-old“Large White×Landrace”weaned pigs with similar parity(3 to 6 parities)were selected and randomly allocated into 4 groups with 3 replicates per group and 10 piglets per replicate. Piglets in the control group were fed a basal diet,piglets in the antibiotic group were fed the basal diet supplemented with 100 mg/kg bacitracin zinc+20 mg/kg colistin sulfate,piglets in the plant extract compoundⅠgroup were fed the basal diet supplemented with 400 mg/kg plant extract compoundⅠ,and piglets in the plant extract compoundⅡgroup were fed the basal diet supplemented with 400 mg/kg plant extract compoundⅡ. The pre-experimental period lasted for 5 days,and the experimental period lasted for 30 days.The results showed as follows:1)compared with the control group,the final body weight,average daily feed intake(ADFI)and average daily gain(ADG)of the antibiotic group,plant extract compoundⅠgroup and plant extract compoundⅡgroup were significantly increased(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and the diarrhea rate was significantly decreased(P<0.05). 2)Compared with the control group,the villus height in duodenum and ileum of plant extract compoundⅠgroup was significantly increased(P<0.01),the crypt depth in ileum was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the villus height/crypt depth(V/C)value in jejunum and ileum was significantly increased(P<0.05);the villus height and V/C value in duodenum,jejunum and ileum of plant extract compoundⅡgroup were significantly increased(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and the crypt depth in ileum was significantly decreased(P < 0. 05). 3)Compared with the control group,the content of interleukin-2(IL-2)in duodenum and jejunum was significantly increased(P<0.01),the content of interleukin-6(IL-6)in duodenum and ileum was significantly increased(P<0.01),and the contents of interferon-γ (IFN-γ)and secretory immunoglobulin A(sIgA)in duodenum,jejunum and ileum were significantly increased(P<0.01);the contents of IL-2,IL-6,IFN-γand sIgA in duodenum,jejunum and ileum of plant extract compoundⅡgroup were significantly increased(P<0.05 or P<0.01). 4)Compared with the control group,the content of IGF-Ⅰin duodenum,jejunum and ileum of antibiotic group,plant extract compoundⅠgroup and plant extract compoundⅡgroup was significantly increased(P<0.01). In conclusion,dietary two plant extract compounds can improve the intestinal tissue structure and immune function of weaned piglets,and promote the growth.Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2022,34(2):830-838]
