酪酸梭菌对断奶仔猪生长性能、肠道组织形态及肠道通透性的影响

摘    要:本试验旨在研究酪酸梭菌对断奶仔猪生长性能、肠道组织形态及肠道通透性的影响。试验选用21日龄断奶、体重(5.35±1.33)kg的"杜×长×大"三元杂交仔猪18头,随机分为3组,分别饲喂基础饲粮(对照组)、基础饲粮+500 mg/kg酪酸梭菌(酪酸梭菌组)、基础饲粮+3 000 mg/kg氧化锌(氧化锌组),每组6个重复,每个重复1头猪,试验期14 d。结果表明:1)各组断奶仔猪平均日增重与料重比无显著差异(P0.05);酪酸梭菌组和氧化锌组仔猪腹泻率与对照组相比显著降低(P0.05)。2)与对照组相比,酪酸梭菌组和氧化锌组断奶仔猪回肠隐窝深度显著降低(P0.05),绒腺比极显著升高(P0.01)。3)酪酸梭菌组和氧化锌组断奶仔猪第14天血清内毒素与D-乳酸浓度均显著低于对照组(P0.05),酪酸梭菌组与氧化锌组之间无显著差异(P0.05)。4)与对照组相比,酪酸梭菌组和氧化锌组断奶仔猪回肠和结肠咬合蛋白(Occludin)mRNA表达量显著升高(P0.05);与氧化锌组相比,酪酸梭菌组断奶仔猪回肠和结肠闭合小环蛋白-1(ZO-1)、Occludin mRNA表达量无显著差异(P0.05)。综合以上结果,断奶仔猪饲粮中添加酪酸梭菌可以显著降低断奶仔猪腹泻率,改善肠黏膜形态,降低肠黏膜通透性,上调紧密连接蛋白的表达量,可达到与添加氧化锌相同的效果。

Effects of Clostridium butyricum on Growth Performance,Intestinal Morphology and Intestinal Permeability of Weanling Piglets
Abstract:The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of Clostridium butyricum on growth perform?ance, intestinal morphology and intestinal permeability of weaning piglets. Eighteen ‘Duroc×Landrace×York?shire’ crossbred piglets with an average body weight of (5.35±1.33) kg were weaned at 21 days of age and randomly allocated into three groups:basal diet group ( control group) , basal diet+500 mg/kg Clostridium bu?tyricum group ( CB group) and basal diet+3 000 mg/kg zinc oxide group ( ZnO group) . Each group had six replicates, and each replicate had one piglet. The experiment lasted for 14 days. The results showed as follows:1) there were no significant differences on average daily gain and feed to gain ratio among three groups ( P>0.05) . The diarrhea rate of weaning piglets in CB group and ZnO group was significantly lower than that in control group ( P<0.05) . 2) Compared with the control group, the crypt depth of weaning piglets in CB group and ZnO group significantly decreased ( P<0.05) , and the ratio of villus height to crypt depth significantly in?creased ( P<0.01) . 3) On the day 14, the serum endotoxin and D?lactic acid concentrations of weaning piglets in CB group and ZnO group significantly decreased compared with control group ( P<0.05) , and no significant difference between CB group and ZnO group was found ( P>0.05) . 4) Compared with the control group, the mRNA expression of Occludin in ileum and colon of weaning piglets in CB group and ZnO group significantly increased ( P<0.05); compared with ZnO group, the mRNA expression of zonula occludens?1 ( ZO?1) and Occludin in ileum and colon of weaning piglets in CB group had no significant difference ( P>0.05) . The re?sults indicate that the dietary supplemented with Clostridium butyricum can decrease diarrhea rate and intestinal permeability, while improve intestinal mucosal morphology and tight junction protein expression. Dietary sup?plemented with Clostridium butyricum is comparable to the effect of the dietary supplemented with zinc oxide.
