| 摘 要： | 迷迭香及迷迭香提取物具有抗氧化、抑菌、抗肿瘤、抗炎、降血脂和保护肝脏等多种生物学功能,因此,长期以来受到国内外人士的关注。本文综述了迷迭香提取物的吸收代谢、生物学功能及其在动物生产中的应用,旨在为进一步促进迷迭香提取物在动物生产中的应用提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | Rosemary and rosemary extract have many biological functions such as anti?oxidation,bacteriostat?ic,anti?tumor,anti?inflammatory,hypolipidemic and liver protection.Therefore,they have been long con?cerned by people at home and abroad.This paper reviews the absorption and metabolism,biological functions of rosemary extract and its application in animal production,and aims to provide a theoretical basis for further development of the application of rosemary extract in animal production. |
