摘    要:本试验旨在研究蜜蜂肽对育肥湖羊生长性能和瘤胃微生物区系的影响。试验选择健康、体重相近的湖羊公羔180只,随机分成5个组,每组6个重复,每个重复6只羊。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别在基础饲粮中添加100、200、400和800 g/t蜜蜂肽。预试期14 d,正试期63 d。结果表明:1)400、800 g/t组的第42天体重和第63天体重显著高于对照组和100 g/t组(P<0.05),200、400、800 g/t组的平均日增重显著高于对照组和100 g/t组(P<0.05),400 g/t组的料重比显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。2)各组之间瘤胃液总挥发性脂肪酸(TVFA)含量无显著差异(P>0.05)。400 g/t组的瘤胃液乙酸比例显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而丙酸比例显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。400 g/t组的瘤胃液乙酸/丙酸显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。3)100、200和400 g/t组的瘤胃反刍兽新月单胞菌数量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),200 g/t组的瘤胃普雷沃氏菌数量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),400和800 g/t组的瘤胃产琥珀酸丝状杆菌数量显著低于对照组和100 g/t组(P<0.05),200和400 g/t组的瘤胃嗜淀粉瘤胃杆菌数量显著高于对照组和100 g/t组(P<0.05)。4)400和800 g/t组的瘤胃厚壁菌门丰度显著高于200 g/t组(P<0.05),800 g/t组的瘤胃丁酸弧菌属_2丰度显著高于对照组和200 g/t组(P<0.05),800 g/t组的瘤胃毛螺菌科_NK3A20丰度显著高于其他各组(P<0.05),400 g/t组的瘤胃瘤胃球菌属_2丰度显著高于对照组和200 g/t组(P<0.05)。综上,在饲粮中添加蜜蜂肽有利于育肥湖羊生长性能的提高,并且可以调节瘤胃微生物区系和发酵模式,在实际生产中可以作为理想的抗生素替代物应用。

Abstract:This study was conducted to investigate the effects of honeybee peptide on growth performance and rumen microflora of fattening Hu sheep.A total of 180 healthy Hu male lambs with similarly body weight were selected and randomly divided into 5 groups with 6 replicates in each group and 6 sheep in each replicate.Sheep in the control group were fed a basal diet,and others in experimental groups were fed basal diets supplemented with 100,200,400 and 800 g/t honeybee peptide,respectively.The pre?experimental period lasted for 14 days,and the experimental period lasted for 63 days.The results showed as follows:1)the body weight on day 42 and body weight on day 63 of 400 and 800 g/t groups were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),the average daily gain of 200,400 and 800 g/t groups was significantly higher than that of control group and 100 g/t group(P<0.05),and the ratio of feed to gain of 400 g/t group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).2)There was no significant difference in total volatile fatty acids(TVFA)content among all groups(P>0.05).The rumen fluid acetate proportion of 400 g/t group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the propionate proportion was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The rumen fluid acetate/propionate of 400 g/t group was sig?nificantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).3)The rumen Selenomonas ruminantium number of 100,200 and 400 g/t groups was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the rumen Prevotella brevis number of 200 g/t group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the rumen Fibrobacter succinogenes number of 400 and 800 g/t groups was significantly lower than that of the control group and 100 g/t group(P<0.05),and the rumen Ruminobacter amylophilus number of 200 and 800 g/t groups was significantly higher than that of the control group and 100 g/t group(P<0.05).4)The rumen Firmicutes abundance of 400 and 800 g/t groups was significantly higher than that of 200 g/t group(P<0.05),the rumen Butyrivibrio_2 abundance of 800 g/t group was significantly higher than that of the con?trol group and 200 g/t group(P<0.05),the rumen Lachnospiraceae_NK3A20 abundance of 800 g/t group was significantly higher than that of other groups(P<0.05),and the rumen Ruminococcus_2 abundance of 400 g/t group was significantly higher than that of the control group and 200 g/t group(P<0.05).In summa?ry,the addition of honeybee peptide in the diet of fattening Hu sheep is beneficial to the improvement of growth performance,and can regulate the rumen microflora and fermentation mode,which can be used as an i?deal antibiotic substitute in actual production.
