| 摘 要： | 本试验研究了锌硒对后备公母猪繁殖性能和哺乳仔猪成活率的影响。在２月龄公母猪和哺３乳仔猪日粮中添加不同剂量的锌和硒，试验与对照组比较，后备母猪排卵率和产仔性能均有明显提高；后备公母初次采精时间提前，睾丸大小，射精量，精子活率和精子密度均显著提高，精子畸形率降低；

| Abstract: | The objective of the experiment was to study effects of zinc and selenium on reproductive performance and the growth in young male and female wsine and piglets .The young swine (2 month old) were fed the basic diet supplemented with 80,100 and 120 mg zinc/kg diet ,and 0.1 ,0.12 and 0.15mg selenium/kg diet ,respectively.The first estrous time was advanced ,the number of ovarian follicles and the living litter number were increased respectively ,the death litter number at birth was decreaed in treated young gilts.The first ejaculate time was advanced ,the size if testis ,the ejaculate volume,sperm motility and sperm number per ejaculation were significantly increased,and the percentage of abnormal sperm was dropped in treaed young boars respectively.The surviral rate and average weaning litter weight were increased in piglets after feeding zinc and selenium.The results indicated that zinc and selenium play animportant role in regulating reproductive performance and the growth in young swine and piglets. |
