摘    要:选择6种家兔肠道内分离的正常菌株,对其生长曲线、耐酸、耐胆盐能力,以及对抗生素的敏感性进行研究。结果表明:①菌株中1株粪球菌开始生长较慢,其他菌株生长在4~6h都达到生长高峰,增殖速度快。②菌株的生长速度随pH降低而下降,但所有菌株在pH2时仍然能存活。③随着胆盐浓度增加和处理时间延长,各菌株存活率下降,当胆盐浓度为2%时,2h后所有菌株均不能生长。④菌株中,除乳球菌属对青霉素钠敏感性较低外,其余的5个菌株对硫酸卡那霉素、硫酸新霉素、青霉素钠、氯霉素、红霉素、硫酸链霉素均敏感。

Abstract:The experiment was carried out to study the growth curve, acid endurance, bile salt resistance and antibiotic susceptibility of 6 strains isolated from healthy rabbit intestinal tracts. The result showed that most of strains could reach maximum plateau after 4 - 6h incubation and begin declining at 16h, except 1 strain of Soiled cocci. The growths of all tested strains reduced with the decrease of pH, but all of them could keep alive at pH 2.0 for 12h. Survival rate of all strains decreased with the bile salt additive and the treatment time prolonged. 2% bile salt completely inhibited the growth of all microbials after 2h incubation. The Lactic spp. showed low sensitivity to Benzylpenicillin Sodium, other 5 strains were all sensitive to Kanamycin Sulfate, Neomycin Sulfate, Benzylpenicillin Sodium, Chloramphenicol, Erythromycin, and Streptomycin Sulfate.
