| 摘 要： | 随着重组技术在生物领域上的应用，病毒活载体疫苗的研制成为基因工程疫苗研制的热点，其中，腺病毒由于其具有独特的优势，成为疫苗载体应用中的不可缺少部分，本文就腺病毒载体的研究进展作一简要综述，旨在为其进一步应用提供参考依据。 |
