| 摘 要： | 建立了紫外分光光度法测定痢菌净注射注含量的方法，以甲醇为溶剂，检测波长381nm，在1－20μg/mL范围内吸收度与渡度呈良好的线性关系，r=0.9999，回收率100.0%,RSD为0.16%(n=5)，稳定性好，本方法与非水滴定法相比，无需分离，操作简便，快速，结果准确，实验受环境因素影响小，对检验人员身体无危害，并可用复方制剂中痢菌净的含量测定。

| Abstract: | To estabhish a UV method for the deternination of Mequindocis Injection was carried out with an ultraviolet detector at 381 nm,the linearity was in the range of 1~20ug/mL,with r=0.9999,the average recovery was 100.0% with RSD=0.16%,the method was proved to be simple,reproducible,quality of Mequindocis Injection. |
