摘    要:综合分析了DNA甲基化的表观遗传特征,结合DNA甲基化在不同物种、不同发育阶段胚胎中的调控模式,以期从早期胚胎死亡角度揭示DNA甲基化作用对胚胎早期发育基因的表达调控作用,进而阐明胚胎发育过程中的表观遗传调控机制。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the epigenetie inheritance characteristics of DNA methylation, and combined with the regulation pattern of DNA methylation in different species and different developmental stages of embryos, the role of DNA methylation in early development of embryos regulation of gene expression is reviewed from the perspective of early embryonic death, and thus to clarify the mechanism of epigenetic regulation during embryonic development.
