摘    要:在秸秆日粮条件下,通过对秸秆采用不同的加工调制方法,可以改善秸秆的适口性,提高秸秆饲料转化率和营养价值,从而提高反刍动物采食量和营养物质在瘤胃中的降解率及反刍动物日增重、产奶量、乳脂率和乳蛋白率,改善胴体质量和肉品质,增加乳成分产量,降低精料消耗,提升经济效益。对秸秆的不同加工调制方法对反刍动物生产性能的影响研究概况进行了综述。

Abstract:Under the condition of straw diet,the palatability,conversion rate and nutritional value of straw feed can be improved after processed and modulated by scientific methods.In detail,the degradation rate of nutrients in rumen is elevated,and the feed intake,daily gain,milk yield,milk fat percentage,milk protein percentage,carcass mass,meat quality,and milk composition contents of ruminants are improved.In addition,the consumption of concentrates can be reduced,and the breeding economic benefits are increased.This article gives an overview of effects of different processing and modulation methods of straw on the production performance of ruminants.
