| 摘 要： | 应用弓形虫的间接血凝试验（IHA）,对来自青海省境内的部分土种绵羊、马属动物、藏獒、骆驼、喜马拉雅旱獭、高原鼠兔、中华鼢鼠、藏羚羊和实验小鼠等动物的1039份血清样品,进行弓形虫特异性抗体的检测。结果检出68份阳性血清,阳性率为6.54%。

| Abstract: | 1039 Serum samples of animals which included local sheep,equine,Tibeton dog,camal,Himalayas bobac,plateau pika,Myospalax fonntanier;Milne-Edwards,Tibeton antelope and micl were used to detect the antiboby against Toxophasma gondii by the indirect hemagglutination assay（IHA）in Qinghai province.The results showed that 68 serum samples were positivi for antibody against Toxophasma gondii in 1039 serum samples examined and the positive rate was 6.54%. |
