循环水养殖模式对水体微生物、蛋鸭粪便微生物和土壤微生物的影响

摘    要:试验旨在研究循环水养殖模式对水体微生物、蛋鸭粪便微生物和土壤微生物的影响。分别采集样品检测饮水管、戏水池、排水沟、各级消化池的水样和鸭舍内粪样、运动场粪样及周边土壤样品,采用平板计数法检测微生物数量。结果表明:(1)与排水沟的微生物数量相比,各级消化池和饮水管的大肠杆菌数分别降低28.13%、32.42%、40.98%和33.94%,"沙门+志贺"氏菌数分别降低13.75%、53.13%、82.5%和79.38%,均差异极显著(P<0.01);(2)与鸭舍内粪便微生物数量相比,运动场的大肠杆菌数和"沙门+志贺"氏菌数分别增加3.08%和2.29%,但差异不显著(P>0.05),土壤的大肠杆菌数和"沙门+志贺"氏菌数分别降低9.00%和3.70%,均差异不显著(P>0.05)。由此可知,循环水养殖模式能显著减少各级消化池和饮水管中病原微生物的数量。

Abstract:The aim of the trial was to investigate the effects of recirculating aquaculture model on water microbes, feces microbes in duck egg and soil microbes.Samples were collected during the test to detect water samples from drinking water pipes, playing pools, drainage ditch, digesters at all levels, and fecal samples in the duck house, fecal samples from the sports field, and the microbes count in the surrounding soil.Water samples from drinking pipes, paddling pools, drainage ditches, digestion tanks at all levels, and manure samples in the duck house, manure samples in the playground, and surrounding soil samples were collected, and the number of microorganisms was detected by the plate counting method.The results showed:(1)compared to the microbes count in drainage ditch,the E. coli count in digesters at all levels and drinking water pipes decreased by 28.13%, 32.42%, 40.98% and 33.94% respectively, the "Salmonella and Shigella" bacteria count decreased by 13.75%, 53.13%, 82.5% and 79.38% respectively, and the difference was highly significant(P<0.01);(2) compared with the microbes count in the duck house, the E. coli count and "Salmonella and Shigella" bacteria count in the sports field increased by 3.08% and 2.29% respectively, but the difference was not significant(P>0.05), the E. coli count and "Salmonella and Shigella" bacteria count in the soil decreased by 9.00% and 3.70% respectively, and the difference was not significant(P>0.05). In conclusion,the recirculating aquaculture model can significantly reduce the pathogenic microbes count in digesters and drinking pipes at all levels.
