| 摘 要： | 我国生猪养殖产业受到非洲猪瘟的影响,生猪养殖产业链结构、生猪消费市场结构及猪肉贸易等方面均发生重大变化,繁殖母猪存栏量显著下降,生猪养殖数量和规模受到重创,同时猪肉进口量创新高。现阶段我国国务院及农业农村部等相继出台一系列的非洲猪瘟防控政策和方案,保障疫病良好控制及我国生猪养殖产业科学恢复,猪肉畜牧产品价格获得一定的回落。该文将对现阶段我国生猪养殖产业市场的供需情况,非洲猪瘟疫情下我国生猪养殖市场中价格波动特点及下一阶段非洲猪瘟的防控对策和建议等进行介绍,促进我国生猪养殖产业健康发展。

| Abstract: | China's pig breeding industry has been affected by African swine fever,and major changes have taken place in the structure of the pig breeding industry chain,the structure of the pig consumption market and the pork trade,etc.,the number and scale of pig farming has been hit hard,while pork imports have hit a record high.At this stage,China's state council and the Ministry of Agriculture and rural areas have issued a series of policies and programs for the prevention and control of African swine fever to ensure good control of the epidemic and scientific recovery of China's pig breeding industry,the price of pork and animal husbandry products has fallen down to some extent.This article will introduce the supply and demand situation of China's pig breeding industry market at the present stage,the characteristics of price fluctuation in China's pig breeding market under the epidemic situation of African swine fever,and the countermeasures and suggestions for the prevention and control of African swine fever in the next stage,promoting the healthy development of pig breeding industry in China. |
