| 摘 要： | 文章在总结近年来国内外动物营养学和饲料科学的最新进展的基础上,利用系统思维方式对饲料科学中间的一些理论和技术问题进行诠释,并提出了一些新概念,其中包括在后现代化时代饲料科学的历史任务、对饲料营养组成和营养特性的新见解、组合效应理论和技术、饲料营养价值评定技术新进展以及传统日粮配合技术的新进展等等,特别是首次提出了饲料-营养组学理论新的研究方向,对饲料科学和动物营养学理论和技术体系的现代化有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Based on reviewing recent developments in animal nutrition and feed science and using the mode of thinking of system-science,some important theoretical principles and techniques in feed science were annotated and several new concepts were advanced in this paper,such as the tasks of feed science in the post modernization period,a new ideas for nutritional contents and characteristics of feedstuffs,the theoretical principles and techniques of the dietary associated effects and new advances in techniques for evaluation of nutritional values and for diet formulation.Especially,a new research direction in feed science and animal nutrition,called as Feed-Nutritomics was firstly proposed in this paper. |
