蛋鸡用复合微生物饲料添加剂的研究

摘    要:选择34周龄的尼克红蛋鸡370只进行复合微生物饲料添加剂最佳组合筛选试验。试验结果显示:混合芽孢杆菌组和混合芽孢杆菌+酵母菌组蛋鸡与对照组比较,产蛋率分别提高了6.99%和6.64%(P<0.05),混合芽孢杆菌+乳酸菌组和混合芽孢杆菌+黑曲霉菌组相比差异不显著;而混合芽孢杆菌+乳酸菌组和混合芽孢杆菌+酵母菌组蛋鸡的蛋均重与对照组相比分别提高3.03%、1.96%(P<0.05),其它两组有提高趋势;除芽孢杆菌+乳酸菌组外,其余3个试验组蛋鸡的破蛋率,与对照组相比分别降低70.37%、51.85%和100%;饲料报酬比较,除混合芽孢杆菌+乳酸菌组外,其余3个试验组与对照组相比分别提高7.69%、6.07%和7.29%;每只鸡的收益比较,试验组除混合芽孢杆菌+乳酸菌组外,其余3组比对照组分别提高19.41%、14.36%和17.82%。综合考评其生产性能以及耐保存能力,以芽孢杆菌组合为优。选择开产的尼克红蛋鸡408只进行芽孢杆菌复合制剂适宜添加量的筛选试验,试验结果表明:与对照组比较,添加0.1%的效果最佳,产蛋率提高7.85%;蛋均重增加1.24%;饲料报酬提高9.60%;软蛋率降低43.64%;破蛋率降低76.04%。

Abstract:370 Nikehong layers of 34 weeks old were tested screening the best compound microbe group. Compared with the control, the results were as follows: The layer rate of mix bacillus group and mix bacillus + yeast group increase by 6.99%(P<0.05) and 6.64%(P<0.05) respectively, other trial groups were not difference. The egg weight of bacillus + lactic acid bacteria group and bacillus + yeast group significantly raise by 3.03%(P<0.05) and 1.96%(P<0.05), other two trial groups have a raising trend. The worn egg rate, expect bacillus + lactic acid bacteria group, other trial groups reduce by 70.37%, 51.85% and 100% respectively. The feed conversion, except bacillus + lactic acid bacteria group, other trial groups increase by 7.69%, 6.07% and 7.29% respectively. Compared the economy benefit of every layer between the groups, except that 1 group', the other groups' heightened than the control group' 19.41%, 14.36% and 17.82% respectively. To Sum up, it is found that the mix bacillus group is the best group. 408 beginning layers were tested screening the suitable additive quantity of compound microbe feed additires. Compared with the control, the result showed that the administered 0.1% mix bacillus group is the best group, the laying rate raise by 7.85%(P<0.05); the egg weight increase by 1.24%(P<0.05); the feed conversion raise by 9.60%; the soft-shelled egg reduce by 43.64%; the worn egg rate reduce by 76.04%.
