摘    要:奇异变形杆菌(proteus mirabilis,PM)作为人畜共患传染病病原,其危害性仅次于沙门氏菌等强致病菌,是一种常见的条件致病菌。近年来,PM引起的食品中毒事件屡见报道,其在畜禽养殖业上造成的损失也逐年增加。因此笔者将近年对PM的研究情况进行整理,使研究人员对PM有进一步的了解,以便于更好地防控该菌株引起的生物危害。同时,了解PM的耐药特征,对于指导临床合理应用抗生素、减少耐药菌株的生产和传播具有重要意义。
