| 摘 要： | 利用ＲＡＰＤ技术对４个地方鸡种和１个引进鸡种的群体遗传结构进行分析，通过筛选的５个随机引物ＯＰＨ－０２、ＯＰＨ－０５、ＯＰＨ－１３、ＯＰＨ－１６、ＯＰＧ－０７对５个鸡种的池ＤＮＡ进行多态性研究，结果表明：５个引物共产生条带６１个，扩增产物片段的长度一般从１５０ｂｐ－４ｋｂ。

| Abstract: | Genetic constitutions of population in 4 local chicken breeds and 1 imported breed were analysed by RAPD technique,and 5 selected random primers (OPH-02,OPH-05,OPH-13,OPH-16,OPG-07)were used to study DNA polymorphism of pooled DNA in the 5 breeds.The results indicated:61 bands were brought about by 5 random primers,and fragment lengths of amplied products are generally from 150bp to 4kb.Every breed has spe cific bands respectively because of different primers,which may research genetic difference among breeds.The similar index between breeds according to pooled DNA is the biggest between Langsan-breed and Xiaosan breed,and is the smallest between K strain and Gushi breed in all breeds,which may be related to geographic location of every breed.ln conclusion,it is feasible and effcient that RAPD technique was used as an assistant means in analysing genetic constitution of population. |
