| 摘 要： | 乳酸、乙酸、丙酸、丁酸是紫花苜蓿青贮中的主要有机酸。运用高效液相色谱仪,Shodex KC-811色谱柱,3 mM高氯酸为流动相,流速1 mL/min,进样量5μL,柱温50℃,岛津SPD-10A检测器,检测波长210 nm,对紫花苜蓿青贮浸提液的乳酸、乙酸、丙酸、丁酸含量同时测定,有机酸分离效果理想,精密度高,回收率好。运用该方法测定数据真实可靠,操作简单。 |

| Abstract: | Lactic acid,acetic acid,propionic acid,and butyric acid content in alfalfa silage juices were determined simultaneously by using HPLC(Shodex KC-811 column,3 mM perchloric acid as mobile phase,1 mL/min flow rate,L sampling size,column temperature at 50 ℃,Shimadzu SPD-10A detector,and wave length at 210 nm).The results showed that the organic acids were separated well and the sensitivity and recovery were high;the value were reliable;and the operation were easy. |
