摘    要:研究了4个不同施牦牛粪便的处理对高寒草句植物群落多样性和生产力的短期影响。结果表明,(1)处理S1,S2和s3的植物群落盖度显著高于对照(SO)(P〈0.05),各处理的植物群落高度与对照(SO)相比都呈上升趋势,且S3与S0差异显著(P〈0.05);(2)处理S1、S2和S3的Pielou均匀度指数与sO相比逐渐下降,且S2与sO有显著差异(P〈0.05)。处理S1、s2和S3的Shannon—Wiener物种多样性指数与S0相比逐渐下降,且S2与S0差异极显著(P〈0.01)。而Simpson物种多样性指数的变化则表现为无规律性。(3)施牦牛粪便后植物群落的地上总生物量出现增加趋势,且S2,S3与s0间达到差异显著(P〈0.05)。

Abstract:In order to find out the short term impact of different yak manure fertilization gradient to plant di versity and productivity in alpine meadow, this study compared the alpine meadow plant response characteristics in four different fertilizer treatments (SO no fertilizer,S1 fertilization 0.11 kg/m^2 ,S2,fertilization 0. 33 kg/m^2 , S3,fertilization 0.56/m^2). The results showed that (1) the vegetation cover degrees of fertilization treatments (S1 ,S2 and S3 ) were significantly higher than that of SO (P〈0.05). Compared to S0,the vegetation heights of fertilization treatments (S1 ,S2 and S3 ) were showing a rising trend,and there were significant differences be-tween S3 and S0 (P〈0.05) ;(2) The Pielou index of S1, S2, S3 decreased compared with SO, and there were sig nificantly differences between S2 and S0 (P〈0.05). The Shannon-Wiene index and the Pielou index were basi cally the same, but there were significantly differences between S2 and SO (P〈0.01). The changes of the Simp son index has no regularity. (3) aboveground biomass of plant communities showed an increasing after fertilizing,and there were significant differences between S2,S3 and S0 (P〈0. 05).
