苦豆子根、茎、叶浸提液对4种牧草种子萌发的化感作用

摘    要:牧草种子的萌发直接关系牧草的生产,本文通过苦豆子根、茎、叶浸提液对紫花苜蓿、红豆草、无芒雀麦和老芒麦4种种子萌发的影响,发现不同部位、不同浓度的苦豆子浸提液对4种牧草种子萌发均存在不同程度的化感作用。通过所测指标,发现苦豆子不同部位浸提液浓度升高至0.065 g·mL-1时,4种牧草种子萌发均受到了明显抑制(P<0.05)。其中,从化感综合效应指数来看,苦豆子化感作用的强弱与浸提液浓度有关,高浓度下抑制作用更为明显。因此,本研究结果期望为植物化感作用能够在草地农业生态系统中的实际应用提供一定的参考依据。

Abstract:The germination of herbage seeds is directly related to the production of herbage. In this paper,the effects of the extracts from the roots,stems and leaves of Sophora alopecuroides on the germination of four kinds of seeds of Medicago sativa,Onobrychis viciifolia,Bromus inermis and Elymus sibiricus were studied. It was found that the extracts from different parts and concentrations of S. alopecuroides had different degrees of allelopathic effect on the germination of four kinds of herbage seeds. According to the measured indexes,it was found that when the concentration of extracts from different parts of S. alopecuroides was increased to 0.065 g·mL-1,the germination of four forage seeds was significantly inhibited (P<0.05). Among them,according to the synthetic effects of allelopathic index,the allelopathic effect of S. alopecuroides is related to the concentration of the extract,and the inhibition is more obvious at higher concentration. Therefore,the results of this study could provide some reference for the practical application of plant allelopathy in grassland agroecosystem.
