甘南“黑土滩”型退化草甸土壤理化特性及酶活性季节变化

摘    要:为明确甘南草原"黑土滩"型退化高寒草甸土壤特征,本研究分季节连续采集甘南州碌曲县4种退化程度(轻度退化(LD),中度退化(MD),重度退化(SD)和极度退化(ED))高寒草甸土壤,分析其理化性质及酶活性季节变化。结果表明:土壤含水量在8月份显著低于6月份和10月份,脲酶活性在6月份最高,土壤碱性磷酸酶活性在10月份最低;随退化程度加剧,土壤含水量和有机质含量均呈下降趋势,脲酶活性呈先上升后下降的趋势,土壤碱性磷酸酶活性呈上升趋势。8月份土层深度和退化程度两种因素的交互作用对土壤有机质、速效钾、速效磷、全氮和全钾含量均有显著影响(P<0.05)。综上所述,甘南"黑土滩"型高寒草甸表现出显著的土壤退化特征,土壤含水量、有机质含量和土壤脲酶活性呈降低趋势,而土壤速效磷、速效钾含量和碱性磷酸酶活性呈增加趋势。

Abstract:In order to clarify the soil characteristics of "Bare land" degraded alpine meadow in Gannan grassland,four degraded alpine meadow soils (light degradation (LD),moderate degradation (MD),severe degradation (SD) and extreme degradation (ED)) were collected continuously in Luqu County of Gannan Prefecture in different seasons,and the seasonal changes of soil physicochemical properties and enzyme activity were analyzed. The results showed:The soil moisture content in August was significantly lower than that in June and October,Urease activity was highest in June and alkaline phosphatase activity was lowest in October. With the lowering degradation degree,the content of soil moisture and organic matter showed a decreasing trend,the urease activity showed a trend of increasing firstly and then decreasing,and the soil alkaline phosphatase activity increased. Under the interaction of soil depth and degradation degree,the contents of soil organic matter,available potassium,available phosphorus,total nitrogen,and total potassium in August had significant influences (P<0.05). From what has been discussed above,"Bare land" degraded meadow showed significant soil degradation characteristics,in which the content of soil moisture,organic matter,and the activity of soil urease showed a decreasing trend,while the content of soil available phosphorus,available potassium,and the activity of alkaline phosphatase increased.
