复合酶制剂对肉种鸡生产性能和繁殖性能的影响

摘    要:试验选用28周龄AA父母代肉种鸡576只,随机分为正对照组、负对照组、试验组Ⅰ(正对照组日粮添加500g/t复合酶)和试验组Ⅱ(负对照日粮添加500 g/t复合酶),研究在正常和低能量的玉米-豆粕型日粮中添加复合酶对肉种鸡生产性能和繁殖性能的影响。结果表明:高峰前期2个试验组在产蛋率方面都显著高于正对照和负对照组(P<0.05)。高峰后期加酶组的产蛋率有提高的趋势,但是差异不显著,试验组之间也无显著差异(P>0.05)。与正对照组相比,2个试验组在第36周龄的受精率有显著(P>0.05)提高;试验组Ⅱ的健雏率有显著(P<0.05)提高。与负对照相比,2个试验组在第45周龄的健雏率有显著(P<0.05)提高,试验组Ⅱ的孵化率比正对照有显著提高。说明在日粮中添加复合酶对生产性能和繁殖性能有一定的改善。

Abstract:Five hundred and seventy-six Abor Acor parent-breeding broilers(28-week-old) were randomly individed into 4 groups,which were positive control,negative control,trial Ⅰ(adding 500 g/t multi-enzyme preparations in basic diet) and trial Ⅱ(reducing 292 kJ/kg ME and adding 500 g/t multi-enzyme preparations in basic diet),to examine the effects of multi-enzyme preparation on broiler breeders fed on corn-soybean meal diet of normal and low energy level.The results indicated that compared with the controls,the trials treatments can improve the laying rate for breeder hens significantly(P<0.05),and decreased the feed cost,especially those during the laying earlier period;During the laying later period,there were no significant difference in the laying rate between control group and trial group(P>0.05).At the 36th week,the two trials increased the fertility rate significantly(P<0.05) compared with the positive control,but there were no significant difference between other groups;The trial Ⅱincreased the qualified chick rate significantly(P<0.05)compared with the positive control.At the 45th week,the two trial increased the qualified chick rate significantly(P<0.05)compared with the negative control,the trial Ⅱincreased the hatching rate significantly(P<0.05) compared with the positive control.It indicates that multi-enzyme preparations can improve productive performance and reproductive performance in broiler breeders.
