甘露寡糖对围产期奶牛瘤胃微生物区系的影响

摘    要:试验旨在研究饲粮中添加不同水平的甘露寡糖(MOS)对荷斯坦奶牛围产后期瘤胃微生物区系的影响。选取60头荷斯坦奶牛,随机分4组,每组15头。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,低、中、高剂量组分别在基础饲粮基础上添加5、10、15 g/(头·d)MOS。结果显示,随着MOS添加量的增加,奶牛产后21 d瘤胃液中微生物蛋白含量、总挥发性脂肪酸(TVFA)浓度以及乙酸、丙酸、丁酸和异丁酸浓度和乙丙比均线性上升(P<0.05)。厚壁菌门和蓝藻菌门相对丰度呈线性下降(P<0.01),而淋溶菌门相对丰度线性上升(P<0.05)。研究在20个样品中共检测到147个属,其中11个属与MOS添加量显著相关,主要来自厚壁菌门,且与瘤胃液中TVFA浓度和乙酸摩尔比例具有较强的相关性。研究表明,围产期奶牛日粮中添加一定量的MOS可能能通过调节瘤胃微生物菌群结构来提高纤维的瘤胃降解率,进而改善奶牛生产性能,最适添加量为15 g/(头·d)。

Abstract:The study aimed to investigate the effect of different levels of MOS on rumen microflora in postpartum Holstein cows.60 Holstein cows were randomly divided into four groups,with 15 cows in each group.The cows in control group were fed with basal diet,and the low,medium and high dose groups were added with 5,10 and 15 g/(head·d)MOS respectively.The results showed that with the increase of MOS content,the contents of microbial protein,total volatile fatty acids(TVFA),acetic acid,propionic acid,butyric acid and isobutyric acid in rumen fluid increased linearly(P<0.05).The relative abundance of firmicum and cyanobacteria decreased linearly(P<0.01),while the relative abundance of eluvians increased linearly(P<0.05).147 genera were detected in 20 samples.Among them,11 genera were significantly correlated with MOS addition,mainly from firmicum,and had strong correlation with TVFA concentration and acetic acid molar ratio in rumen fluid.The study indicated that a certain amount of MOS in the diet of perinatal dairy cows may improve the rumen degradation rate of fiber by regulating the structure of rumen microbial flora,and then have the potential to improve the production performance of dairy cows,and the optimal addition amount of MOS is 15 g/(head·d).
