摘    要:试验旨在探究饲粮添加发酵饲料对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质、输卵管壁厚及卵泡分级的影响。取鸡舍环境条件趋于一致的580日龄海兰褐蛋鸡960只,随机分为4组,每组8个重复,每个重复30只鸡。各组饲粮分别添加0(A组)、2.0%(B组)、2.5%(C组)、3.0%(D组)发酵饲料。预试期1 w,正式试验期6 w。结果显示,与对照组相比,C组蛋鸡日产蛋率显著升高(P<0.05);各试验组蛋壳重均显著升高(P<0.05);C组蛋黄颜色显著改善(P<0.05);各试验组6~8 mm卵泡数目显著升高(P<0.05),其中C组卵泡数量最多。研究表明,饲粮中添加2.5%发酵饲料可以提高蛋鸡生产性能,改善蛋品质,优化卵泡分级。

Abstract:The experiment was to explore the effect of adding fermented feed to laying hens on production performance,egg quality, tubal wall thickness and follicular grading. A total of 960 580-day-old Hailan brown laying hens with consistent environmental conditions in hen house were randomly divided into four groups, with eight replicates in each group and 30 hens in each replicate. The diets of each group were supplemented with 0(group A), 2.0%(group B), 2.5%(group C) and 3.0%(group D) fermented feed, respectively. The pre-trial period was 1 w, and the formal test period was 6 w.The results showed that compared with control group, the daily egg production rate in group C was significantly increased(P<0.05). The eggshell weight in each experimental group was significantly increased(P<0.05). The color of egg yolk in group C was significantly increased(P<0.05). The number of 6~8 mm follicles in each experimental group was significantly increased(P<0.05), among which group C had the largest number of follicales. The experiment indicates that adding 2.5% fermented feed to the diet can improve the production performance of laying hens, and improve egg quality and optimize follicle grading.
