不同锰源与水平对蛋鸡产蛋后期生产性能和蛋品质的影响

摘    要:试验旨在研究添加不同锰源与水平羟基蛋氨酸锰对蛋鸡产蛋后期生产性能和蛋品质的影响。对照组饲喂加含106 mg/kg硫酸锰(以锰计)的基础日粮,其余各组分别添加30、50、70 mg/kg的羟基蛋氨酸锰(以锰计)来替代基础日粮中的硫酸锰。结果表明:与对照组相比,试验第14 d,日粮中添加30 mg/kg羟基蛋氨酸锰显著提高了蛋壳厚度(P<0.05),添加50 mg/kg羟基蛋氨酸锰显著提高了蛋壳重(P<0.05);试验第28 d,日粮中添加50 mg/kg羟基蛋氨酸锰显著提高了蛋壳厚度(P<0.05),添加30 mg/kg羟基蛋氨酸锰显著改善蛋壳颜色(P<0.05);试验第42 d,蛋壳厚度与添加量呈二次曲线关系,蛋壳厚度在添加量为50 mg/kg时达到最大值(P<0.01)。与对照组相比,试验第14 d,日粮中添加30 mg/kg羟基蛋氨酸锰显著降低了鸡蛋的哈夫单位和蛋黄比例(P<0.05)。试验第42 d,与对照组相比,日粮中添加30 mg/kg羟基蛋氨酸锰显著降低了鸡蛋的蛋黄比例(P<0.05)。试验结果表明,添加50 mg/kg的羟基蛋氨酸锰来替代基础日粮中的硫酸锰效果最好。

Effect of different sources and supplemental levels of manganese on the production performance and egg quality in the late stage of laying hens
Abstract:Experiment was carried out for evaluting the effect of the manganese sources and different doseges on the production performance and egg quality of laying hens in the later stage. The birds in control group were fed with the basal diet added 106 mg/kg manganese sulphate(as manganese), and the other three treatments was respectively fed with MHAMn at the inclution levels of 30,50 and 70 mg/kg(as manganese) in replacing zinc sulphate. The results showed that: compared with the control group, on D14, the diet added 30 mg/kg MHA-Mn significantly increased egg shell thickness(P <0.05), the addition of 50 mg/kg MHA-Mn significantly increased egg shell weight(P<0.05). On D28, the 50 mg/kg MHAMn group significantly increased eggshell thickness(P<0.05), and the 30 mg/kg MHA-Mn group significantly improved eggshell color(P<0.05). On D42, the eggshell thickness has a quadratic curve with the amount added, the eggshell thickness reaches the maximum when the amount is 50 mg/kg(P<0.01). Compared with the control group, on D14, 30 mg/kg MHA-Mn group significantly reduced the Hastelloy units and egg yolk ratio of eggs(P<0.05). On D42, compared with the control group, the addition of 30 mg/kg MHA-Mn in the diet significantly reduced the egg yolk ratio of the eggs(P<0.05). The test results indicated that it is best to add 50 mg/kg MHA-Mn to replace manganese sulfate in the basic diet in the late stage of laying.
