| 摘 要： | 探索了一种从牛蒡子中提取、纯化牛蒡苷元的方法。将脱脂牛蒡子粗粉用含5%盐酸的50%乙醇溶液回流5 h,过滤后,药渣用50%乙醇溶液重复提取1 h,合并滤液后用5 mol/LNaOH溶液调节至中性,氯仿萃取2次,减压旋转蒸干后得牛蒡苷元粗品。粗品用硅胶柱层析纯化2次,获得类白色粉末,HPLC法进行分析。结果表明,牛蒡苷元样品保留时间与对照品保留时间一致,约为12.1 min,其相对百分含量为99.3%。牛蒡苷元总提取率为1.1%。该方法是一种有效的、简便的、能满足常规实验室设备要求的牛蒡苷元制备方法。
