| 摘 要： | 对2005年版《中国兽药典》芬苯达唑鉴别方法中紫外-可见分光光度法测定最大吸收波长存在的问题进行了讨论。建议采用色谱纯甲醇及选择296 nm波长处最大吸收进行芬苯达唑鉴别(1)的测定。

| Abstract: | Several prombles tending to affect fenbendazole identification by UV spectrophotometry in Chinese Veterinary Pharmacopeia 2005 edition were described.Based on the experimental verification,the improvement suggestions of the operating conditions solvents employed and their purity,test for wavelengths 296 nm were provided. |
