| 摘 要： | 牛怀异性双胎，雄性胎儿性腺发育较早，其分泌的雄性激素和缪勒氏管发育抑制因子（ＭＩＦ）通过两胎膜的血管吻合支对雌性胎儿的性系统发育产生了抑制，致使其成年后不育。表现为卵巢小，无卵泡或仅有极少发育低下的卵泡；雌性生殖器官发育不全，输卵管、子宫、子宫颈、阴道前庭、阴门出现缺失或节段性发育不良；有雄性迹象如阴蒂肥大，阴毛硕长，有精巢或精囊腺遗迹；雌性个体内出现雄性组型染色体如ＸＹ，ＸＸＹ等；血液激素处于低水平无波幅状态。从病史，上述各症状，累配不孕史方面实行早期诊断并加以淘汰，对生产有指导意义。

| Abstract: | If the towin and the fetal is female and male in cattle ,the gonads of male fetal developed earlier thanfemale and secrcted androgens and MIF reached the female embryo by way of the vascular anastomosis in theplacenta and this inhibited the development of the female gonads and genital tract.So that the female heifer isinfertility. The ovaries usually fait to develop and remain small ,no follicle; The female reproductive organ such asuterine tube , uterus , cervix , vagina , vestibule and vulvar present absence or section hypoplasia;Prominont clitoris,large tuft of vulvar hair , some undifferentiation toward the seminal vesicle or male gonad;The chromosomes arewith XX , XY chimerism in the female; The level of Hormone is low and no charge. The diagnosis from history,many Symptoms and infertility and eliminate the freemartin’s animal is useful on the practise. |
