新型青贮添加剂对玉米青贮品质的影响

摘    要:试验采用近红外光谱分析,评价了自主研发的新型复合青贮添加剂(主要成分为乳酸菌和纤维素酶)对玉米青贮品质的影响。样品来自宁夏、新疆和河南等12个牧场,分别采集新型复合青贮添加剂使用前后的玉米青贮样品各3份,共72份青贮样品。结果显示,在使用新型复合青贮添加剂的青贮样品中,乳酸含量比对照组提高了2%,pH值降低了1.5%,中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维含量显著降低(P<0.05),粗蛋白质含量增加1.3%,干物质含量显著增加(P<0.05),产奶净能提高了5.2%。玉米青贮的标准品质从二级提升到了一级。研究结果表明,新型复合青贮添加剂对青贮中营养物质含量有提高作用。

Abstract:In this experiment,the effect of a new silage additive(the main components being lactobacillus and cellulase)was evaluatged by added it to corn silage.Three corn silage samples with the new additive were collected from each of 12 different farms in the areas of Ningxia,Xinjiang and Henan,and the same number of normal corn silage samples(each sample with 3 repeat,and 72 silage samples total)were collected in the same time manner,as control.The samples were then tested to detect the fermentation quality,nutritive value and milk production performance of the treated samples,using near infrared spectroscopy and by comparing the treated samples and the control.The results showed that,compared with normal silage,the silage supplemented with the new additive had a slight increase in lactic acid(2%),decrease in pH(1.5%),increase in crude protein(1.3%),significant decrease in ADF and NDF(P<0.05),and significant increase in dry matter contents(P<0.05);and more importantly,the treated silage enhanced its net milk production performance by 5.2%.The use of the new additive raised the quality of the corn silage from grade 2 to grade 1.The results of this study indicated that the new silage additive was effective in improving silage quality.
