试验旨在对戊二醛苯扎溴铵溶液熏蒸消毒与种蛋常规甲醛+高锰酸钾熏蒸消毒的消毒效果进行比较。消毒前用无菌棉签擦拭种蛋表面并将棉签放入无菌注射水中作为消毒前菌液,分别用两种消毒方法对种蛋孵化机内的种蛋消毒,消毒后再次用无菌棉签采集种蛋表面并将棉签放入无菌注射水中作为消毒后菌液,通过计算杀菌率比较两种消毒方法的消毒效果。结果显示:戊二醛苯扎溴铵溶液消毒剂消毒30 min和1 h的杀菌率分别为83.0%、95.8%,甲醛+高锰酸钾消毒30 min杀菌率为87.1%。试验表明,戊二醛苯扎溴铵溶液可以用于种蛋消毒,熏蒸1 h消毒效果优于甲醛+高锰酸钾消毒。  相似文献

为了评价过硫酸氢钾复合盐颗粒的现场消毒效果,探究最佳使用浓度,试验将过硫酸氢钾复合盐颗粒配成不同浓度的溶液,分别对牛舍、鸡舍进行地面消毒和空气消毒,并与进口的过硫酸氢钾复合粉进行消毒效果比较。结果表明:地面消毒中,过硫酸氢钾复合盐颗粒溶液高浓度(1∶100)消毒10 min,中浓度(1∶200)消毒30 min,杀菌率可达99%以上,与对照消毒剂过硫酸氢钾复合粉溶液(1∶200)消毒30 min效果相当;空气消毒中,过硫酸氢钾复合盐颗粒溶液高浓度(1∶100)和中浓度(1∶200)消毒10 min,杀菌率可达到99%以上,与对照消毒剂过硫酸氢钾复合粉溶液(1∶200)消毒10 min效果相当。说明使用过硫酸氢钾复合盐颗粒溶液对畜禽舍进行地面和空气消毒,在作用时间30 min以上时,溶液浓度为1∶100和1∶200的消毒效果好,杀菌率可达到99%以上,建议使用浓度为1∶200。  相似文献

为了解不同消毒模式对种鸭场空舍期舍内微生物种类和数量的影响,制定出适用于示范推广的种鸭场消毒方案,通过对潍坊地区规模化种鸭场的消毒情况进行调查,选取3个饲养模式类似但消毒程序不同的种鸭场,对其进行了消毒前后鸭舍内空气中及物体表面的细菌总数、大肠杆菌、葡萄球菌和真菌总数的检测。结果表明,消毒模式Ⅰ和Ⅱ对地面、水槽表面微生物的杀灭效果均显著,杀菌率在90.9%以上;模式Ⅰ对鸭舍空气中、墙壁表面微生物的杀灭效果优于模式Ⅱ,杀菌率在90%以上;模式Ⅱ对稻壳的消毒效果较好,杀菌率高于模式Ⅰ;模式Ⅲ对空气中、物体表面微生物的杀灭效果均较差。因此推荐该地区的种鸭场采用消毒模式Ⅰ和Ⅱ相结合的方式进行消毒。  相似文献

以一元化稳定性粉状二氧化氯与传统的福尔马林和高锰酸钾熏蒸消毒种蛋,进行杀菌效果对比试验。试验分为3组,第1组加热二氧化氯溶液,使其快速蒸发,用量为5克/米3;第2组用开水配制二氧化氯溶液,使其自然挥发,用量为5克/米3;第3组使用福尔马林、高锰酸钾熏蒸消毒,用量为每立方米25毫升:12.5克。于消毒前和消毒后的1小时、12小时、24小时分别采取种蛋5枚,做表面细菌培养和菌落计数。熏蒸消毒后1小时,第1、2、3组对种蛋表面的杀菌率分别为97.2%、36.2%和95.6%;消毒后12小时,对种蛋表面的杀菌率分别为99.9%、96.8%和100%;消毒后24小时,对种蛋表面的杀菌率均达到100%。结果表明,二氧化氯消毒剂熏蒸消毒与福尔马林、高锰酸钾熏蒸消毒效果相当,可在实际生产中推广应用。  相似文献

使用"84"消毒液分别对牛圈畜舍的空气、地面和饮水进行消毒实验,通过菌落计数法计算杀菌率来评定现场消毒效果。结果"84"消毒液对牛舍进行消毒后,空气中细菌数在消毒后20、40、60min时的杀菌率均达到90%以上";84"消毒液对牛舍地面消毒60min后,3种使用浓度的消毒液的细菌杀菌率均在99.9%以上;在饮水消毒中使用不同浓度的"84"消毒液,均能使每毫升饮水中的细菌数下降90%以上。"84"消毒液对牛舍的空气、地面和饮水的消毒效果良好,杀菌率均在90%以上,对牛舍地面的消毒效果比对空气和饮水的消毒效果更好。  相似文献

为了进一步提高胚蛋的利用率和胚蛋表面无菌率,防止胚胎受大肠肝菌和霉菌等病源微生物感染,选择不同的消毒液、不同的消毒方式、不同的消毒时间在种蛋入孵前进行消毒实验,以期找到更适合生产实际的消毒液和消毒方法。结果表明:仅单独使用喷雾的方法进行种蛋消毒并没有达到很好的除菌效果,与甲醛熏蒸30min及消毒液喷雾+甲醛熏蒸试验组的消毒效果相比差异显著(P<0.05),明显低于后两者的消毒效果。各试验组之间的利用率差异不显著(P>0.05),所以在利用率相当的情况下,对胚蛋除菌效果好的消毒液喷雾+甲醛熏蒸40min的除菌效果最好,然后依次是消毒液喷雾+甲醛熏蒸30min的除菌效果、甲醛熏蒸30min的除菌效果、消毒液喷雾+甲醛熏蒸20min的除菌效果、最后是百毒杀喷雾的消毒效果。  相似文献

[Objective] The paper was to verify the disinfection effect of ozone on livestock and poultry houses.[Method] The empty chicken house was disinfected by ozone with the help of ozone disinfector.[Result] As the ozone disinfector was worked for 60 min,the average sterilizing rate of air was 85.33%;the average sterilizing rate on the surface of chicken coop was 86.77%;and the average sterilizing rate of wall was 89.13%.The disinfection effect was obvious.[Conclusion] The results will provide references for promotion and application of ozone disinfector in breeding in-dustry.  相似文献

The objective of this study was to develop and test a rapid (< 2 h) sanitation protocol designed for porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSV) positive commercial transport vehicles involving cold water washing and disinfection via fumigation using scale models of weaned pig trailers. The study consisted of 2 phases. Following experimental contamination of model trailers with PRRSV MN 30-100 (5 x 10(5)TCID50), phase 1 evaluated the presence or absence of PRRSV RNA by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) on swabs collected from the trailer interiors 0, 60, and 90 min after treatment. Phase 2 consisted of evaluating the infectivity of trailers 90 min posttreatment by monitoring changes in the PRRSV-status of naive sentinel pigs housed for 2 h. Treatments included washing only (treatment 1), washing plus formaldehyde fumigation (treatment 2), washing plus fumigation with glutaraldehyde-quaternary ammonium chloride (treatment 3), and washing plus overnight drying (treatment 4). Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus RNA was detected in all trailers (20 out of 20 replicates) at 60 and 90 min following the application of treatments 1 and 2. These trailers also contained infectious PRRSV, as determined by the infection of naive pigs housed in treated trailers and the testing of organic debris collected from the interior of trailers by swine bioassay. At 90 min posttreatment, all trailers treated with glutaraldehyde-quaternary ammonium chloride were PCR-negative, non-infectious to sentinel pigs, and swine bioassay negative. Similar results were observed in trailers allowed to dry for 8 h. Under the conditions of this study, it appears certain disinfectants may possess different levels of efficacy against PRRSV and PRRSV-positive models may be effectively sanitized in the absence of overnight drying.  相似文献

[目的]旨在研究皖北地区肉牛能繁母牛繁殖疾病的发生情况。[方法]通过走访,并结合调查问卷,对皖北地区的22个母牛繁育场的3088头母牛的繁殖疾病发病情况及病因进行调查。[结果]结果显示:皖北地区母牛繁殖疾病以胎衣不下的发病率最高(5.99 %)、其次是子宫内膜炎(5.44 %)、难产(3.92 %)、流产(2.75 %)、子宫积脓(1.45 %)、阴道脱出(1.33 %)、卵巢囊肿分别(1.39 %)、持久黄体(1.52 %)。[结论]繁育场的饲养管理技术影响母牛繁殖疾病的发病率,针对这些因素提出了对应的改进意见,以期为安徽省的能繁母牛的扩拦增量工作提供决策参考。  相似文献

目前,我国无特定病原(SPF)鸡生物洁净技术较发达国家还有差距,仍需不懈探索和研究。SPF鸡生物洁净技术的精髓主要有2条:一是利用先进的屏障设施净化空气,阻断所有病原微生物进入SPF鸡生物洁净室;二是利用严格的管理措施,杜绝人为将病菌病毒带入SPF鸡舍,通过消毒灭菌消灭洁净室遗漏、残存的病菌病毒。对SPF鸡舍净化管理技术进行了简要的分析,以期为SPF鸡群净化质量的提高提供相应的理论基础。  相似文献

Dissection is a very useful method of learning veterinary anatomy. However, formaldehyde, which is widely used to preserve cadavers, is an irritant, and it has recently been classified as a carcinogen. In 1997, the Instituto Nacional de Seguridad e Higiene en el Trabajo [National Institute of Workplace Security and Hygiene] found that the levels of formaldehyde in our dissection room were above the threshold limit values. Unfortunately, no optimal substitute for formaldehyde is currently available. Therefore, we designed a new ventilation system that combines slow propulsion of fresh air from above the dissection table and rapid aspiration of polluted air from the perimeter. Formaldehyde measurements performed in 2004, after the introduction of this new system into our dissection laboratory, showed a dramatic reduction (about tenfold, or 0.03 ppm). A suitable propelling/aspirating air system successfully reduces the concentration of formaldehyde in the dissection room, significantly improving safety conditions for students, instructors, and technical staff during gross anatomy learning.  相似文献

在SPF级环境下,对神经系统转GFP和YFP基因荧光小鼠的生长繁殖性能和血液生化指标进行比较研究。选择10周龄GFP和YFP小鼠各30只(雌雄各半),采取近亲交配繁殖(雌雄1:1),并统计其生长繁殖性能,用全自动生化分析仪测定小鼠血清中15项生化正常指标。小鼠体重增长在雌雄间有差异而品种间无差异;绝大多数血液生化指标在雌雄间和品种间均无差异。两种小鼠的体格大小相当,产仔能力YFP小鼠强于GFP小鼠,正常血液生化指标主要受遗传基因控制。  相似文献

Commercial hatcheries typically infuse hydrogen peroxide or formaldehyde gas into hatching cabinets to reduce airborne pathogens that may lead to disease transmission during the hatch. A nonchemical option, an electrostatic space charge system (ESCS), was customized for full-sized commercial hatching cabinets and was tested extensively in broiler hatcheries. The ESCS cleans air by transferring a strong negative electrostatic charge to dust and microorganisms that are aerosolized during the hatch and collecting the charged particles on grounded plates or surfaces. In studies with three poultry companies, the ESCS resulted in significant (P < 0.0001) reductions of airborne dust of 77%-79%, in Enterobacteriaceae and fungus levels not significantly different (P > or = 0.05) from those with formaldehyde, and in 93%-96% lower Enterobacteriaceae than with no treatment or with hydrogen peroxide treatment (P < 0.01). The ESCS significantly (P < 0.05) reduced airborne Salmonella by 33%-83% compared with no treatment or hydrogen peroxide treatment. Results of this study suggest that the ESCS is a viable alternative to chemical treatment for reducing airborne pathogens in full-sized commercial hatchers, and it also provides dust control and containment, which should be helpful in reducing cross contamination and loading of ventilation ducts within different areas of the hatchery.  相似文献

为了解笼养肉鸡舍整个养殖周期空气中细菌群落组成及病原菌菌属特征,采用FA-3型气溶胶粒度分布采样器,对山东省潍坊市昌邑(X)和安丘(A)2个养殖场空舍期消毒前,消毒后,鸡日龄在7、14、21、28、35 d时舍内空气中细菌进行了采集,应用Illumina HiSeq高通量测序技术测定细菌16S rDNA的V3-V4区序列,分析养殖周期不同时期样本的细菌群落组成。结果表明,所有样本在97%相似度水平下共产生1494个有效操作分类单元(operational taxonomic units,OUT)OUT,涵盖了34门、75纲、102目、147科、220属、75种的细菌;笼养肉鸡舍空舍期消毒和带鸡消毒有一定作用效果,合理通风与笼养肉鸡舍舍内细菌种类的减少有密切关系。通过对空气样本菌群中丰度较高的病原菌属统计,以期为笼养肉鸡场的消毒、用药和笼养肉鸡场生物安全体系的制定提供理论依据。  相似文献

The efficacy of chlorine dioxide (ClO2) as an alternative sanitizing agent for hatching eggs was investigated because of the health concerns about formaldehyde fumigation. Hatchability of chicken eggs was reduced when the eggs were dipped in the ClO2 solutions for more than 5 minutes or in concentrations greater than 100 ppm Cl. However, treating hatching eggs with a ClO2 foam or fumigating with formaldehyde had no adverse effect on hatchability compared with untreated control eggs. Sanitizing soiled duck eggs with ClO2 foam improved hatchability by more than 10% and hatch by more than 6% compared with untreated eggs (P less than 0.05). A novel method for assessing bactericidal potential of egg-sanitizing agents was developed. Using this technique, both chlorine dioxide foam and formaldehyde fumigation reduced the number of egg-contaminant bacteria inoculated on sterile chicken eggs compared with the number of bacteria on untreated eggs (P less than 0.05). These findings suggest that sanitizing hatching eggs with ClO2 foam may be a viable alternative to fumigating with formaldehyde.  相似文献
