为了研究变速调节下轴流泵的性能和内部流场特性,基于 ANSYS CFX 软件,采用k-ε模型对模型泵多个工况点进行了三维湍流数值计算,计算得到了轴流泵的性能曲线和叶片表面的速度、压力分布。基于数值计算结果对轴流式模型泵性能和叶轮内部流场分析,结果表明:随着转速的增加,扬程曲线升高。效率曲线则随转速的降低而左移。在偏离设计工况的小流量区域,通过变速调节可以扩大轴流泵的高效工作区。  相似文献

为了提高轴流泵抗空化性能,采用泵的三元设计理论与数值试验相结合的方法,研究了汽蚀比转数为1 290的轴流泵抗空化性能.在相同的流量、扬程、转速等设计指标下,采用泵的三元设计理论对具有不同叶片数和过流通道形状的轴流泵模型分别进行了设计;并采用数值试验手段对所设计轴流泵模型性能进行计算和分析,得到了适合于该轴流泵的过流通道形状和最佳叶片数.运用相同的方法对不同叶片负载分布规律的轴流泵叶轮分别进行了设计,并采用数值试验手段计算了各水力模型的扬程、功率和效率特性曲线,对比和分析了不同负载分布规律对泵效率和抗空化性能的影响,得到了有利于轴流泵空化性能提高的负载分布规律.最后,根据数值计算结果,对如何有效提高轴流泵抗空化性能提出了建议:叶轮叶片后部重载光顺无阻塞的过流通道、适当增加叶片数将有利于轴流泵抗空化性能的提高.  相似文献

为了解叶轮叶片数对多级离心泵水利性能的影响,基于κ-ε湍流模型,采用SIMPLEC算法,利用Navier-Stokes时均化方程,对仅改变叶轮叶片数的某多级离心泵首级进行数值模拟。通过fluent数值计算得到泵内的压力,速度流场分布,对其进行分析,得出首级叶轮叶片数为六片时,此多级离心泵的内部流场压力及速度分布最均匀。同时利用fluent的后处理结果对此泵进行性能预测,得出叶轮叶片为六片时,泵的效率达到最高值70.68%。  相似文献

轴流式油气混输泵兼具泵和压缩机的性能,结构紧凑,能在高含气率下工作.针对混输泵内部流动复杂易产生气液分离,气相能量携带能力差,效率低,稳定性差,设计难度大等问题,采用轴流泵和轴流压缩机设计方法相结合,充分考虑高含气率下气相的可压缩性,用PRO/E对轴流式油气混输泵吸入室及压缩级建模,ICEM对模型划分网格,基于RNG k-ε紊流模型用FLUENT软件对不同含气率下模型流场流动情况进行了计算模拟;分析了流场模拟结果,并进行了实验.结果表明,利用此吸入室、压缩级的设计方法和模拟是合理的.  相似文献

首先对3种不同叶片角度轴流式风力灭火机进行了气动性能试验,然后基于N-S方程和k-ε模型对设计工况下的轴流式灭火风机内部流动状态进行了数值模拟,得到内部中心剖面流场云图,并分析得出轴流式灭火风机在设计条件下的内部流动情况.数值分析得到的轴流式灭火风机性能曲线与气动性能试验获得的结果比较吻合,证明了数值模拟的有效性和准确性.最终得到轴流叶轮叶片数Z=6、叶片角度为38°的3号轴流式灭火风机气动性能和气动设计良好,可以用于以森林消防灭火为目的的轴流式风力灭火机的产品设计和批量化生产.  相似文献

基于流固耦合的轴流泵叶片应力特性   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
为计算轴流泵叶片的应力及变形情况,在Workbench平台上,采用Ansys和CFX软件对轴流泵内部流场和叶轮结构响应进行双向顺序流固耦合联合求解,其中流场计算基于RANS方程,采用RNG k-ε双方程湍流模型,结构计算采用弹性体结构动力学方程.对叶轮叶片在流固耦合作用下的变形和应力分布进行了计算,分析了流固耦合作用对轴流泵扬程和效率的影响.计算结果表明:在流固耦合作用下轴流泵叶片的最大位移发生在叶片进水边轮缘处,叶片出水边及根部位移较小;叶片根部与轮毂接触处靠近进水边一侧存在明显的应力集中现象;叶片的应力和变形均随轴流泵流量的增大而逐渐减小;与不考虑流固耦合作用相比,考虑流固耦合作用的数值计算得到的轴流泵扬程和效率均有所下降,但下降幅度较小.  相似文献

依托南水北调东线一期工程某低扬程泵站的设计参数,基于三维湍流流动雷诺时均N-S方程和RNG k-ε湍流模型,对由肘形进水流道、轴流泵和虹吸式出水流道组成的低扬程立式轴流泵装置模型内部流动进行数值模拟,分析了小流量工况(0.180 m3/s)、设计流量工况(0.299 m3/s)和大流量工况(0.360 m3/s)等3个典型工况时的泵装置流态和叶轮叶片表面的压力分布情况,对泵装置模型的能量性能进行预测,并与泵装置模型试验结果进行对比分析.结果表明:泵装置效率的数值计算结果与模型试验结果基本一致,最优工况点附近较为接近,在计算范围内最大差值不超过2%;设计流量工况时泵装置进、出水流道内的三维湍流流动状况,与进、出水流道分别进行数值计算时的状况基本一致;3种不同典型工况时泵装置进水流道内的流场分布状况相同,而出水流道内的流场差别很大.对不同工况时立式轴流泵装置模型内部三维湍流流动的研究结果,可为低扬程泵装置多工况水力设计优化研究提供一定的参考.  相似文献

基于标准k-ε湍流模型,采用ANSYS Workbench中的自适应网格技术,对轴流泵叶轮出口与导叶进口轴向间距值为10、20、30、40mm时进行多工况数值模拟,研究改变轴向间距对轴流泵性能的影响,得到了不同轴向间距下叶轮出口轴向速度分布。数值计算所得的扬程、效率与试验结果接近。计算结果表明,轴向间距的变化对轴流泵内部流场有明显的影响,适当增大轴向间距有利于改善小流量工况下泵运行性能。  相似文献

基于雷诺时均Navier-Stokes方程和标准k-ε湍流模型,应用三维无结构四面体网格及SIMPLEC算法建立自吸泵内部流场的数值模型,利用计算流体力学软件Fluent对设计工况及多个非设计工况下自吸喷灌泵叶轮和蜗壳的三维不可压缩湍流流场进行了数值模拟,得到其内部流场的速度分布和压力分布情况,揭示了泵自吸过程中流体的运动规律,最后预估该泵的扬程及效率并与试验值进行对比分析.结果表明,在相同半径处,叶片工作面压力比背面压力大;在回流孔处存在较大的压力梯度和速度梯度,并且由于分离室边壁的影响形成了大小不同的旋涡;数值模拟性能曲线与试验曲线基本一致.  相似文献

流场压力脉动对轴流泵的运行稳定性具有重要影响,为了准确分析潜水轴流泵的压力脉动特性,采用RNG k-ε湍流模型和SIMPLEC算法,对ZQA系列潜水轴流泵进行了全流道三维流动数值模拟和压力脉动分析.计算结果表明:轴流泵的扬程、功率、效率等外特性计算结果与试验结果基本吻合;轴流泵内部叶轮进口截面压力脉动幅值最大,泵内的压力脉动的主要频率与叶片通过频率相同,导叶后的脉动以低频为主,叶片表面从轮毂到轮缘压力脉动低频成分逐渐减少;在叶片工作面,压力脉动的幅值从轮缘到轮毂逐渐减小,从叶轮进口到出口逐渐增大.叶片进水边轮缘处压力脉动的幅值是轮毂处的1.22倍.在叶片背面,叶片进水边轮缘处压力脉动的幅值是轮毂处的1.77倍,出水边轮缘处压力脉动的幅值是轮毂处的0.92倍,叶片背面的压力脉动幅值明显小于工作面;叶轮进口截面,在0.8Q工况流量下压力脉动最大,为设计工况的2倍.计算结果为进一步分析轴流泵压力脉动提供了参考.  相似文献

Cultivation of paddy rice in semiarid areas of the world faces problems related to water scarcity. This paper aims at characterizing water use in a set of paddies located in the central Ebro basin of Spain using experimentation and computer simulation. A commercial field with six interconnected paddies, with a total area of 5.31 ha, was instrumented to measure discharge and water quality at the inflow and at the runoff outlet. The soil was classified as a Typic Calcixerept, and was characterized by a mild salinity (2.5 dS m−1) and an infiltration rate of 5.8 mm day−1. The evolution of flow depth at all paddies was recorded. Data from the 2002 rice-growing season was elaborated using a mass balance approach to estimate the infiltration rate and the evolution of discharge between paddies. Seasonal crop evapotranspiration, estimated with the surface renewal method, was 731 mm (5.1 mm day−1), very similar to that of other summer cereals grown in the area, like corn. The irrigation input was 1874 mm, deep percolation was 830 mm and surface runoff was 372 mm. Irrigation efficiency was estimated as 41%. The quality of surface runoff water was slightly degraded due to evapoconcentration and to the contact with the soil. During the period 2001–2003, the electrical conductivity of surface runoff water was 54% higher than that of irrigation water. However, the runoff water was suitable for irrigation. A mechanistic mass balance model of inter-paddy water flow permitted to conclude that improvements in irrigation efficiency cannot be easily obtained in the experimental conditions. Since deep percolation losses more than double surface runoff losses, a reduction in irrigation discharge would not have much room for efficiency improvement. Simulations also showed that rice irrigation performance was not negatively affected by the fluctuating inflow hydrograph. These hydrographs are typical of turnouts located at the tail end of tertiary irrigation ditches. In fact, these are the sites where rice has been historically cultivated in the study area, since local soils are often saline-sodic and can only grow paddy rice taking advantage of the low salinity of the irrigation water. The low infiltration rate characteristic of these saline-sodic soils (an experimental value of 3.2 mm day−1 was obtained) combined with a reduced irrigation discharge resulted in a simulated irrigation efficiency of 60%. Paddy rice irrigation efficiency can attain reasonable values in the local saline-sodic soils, where the infiltration rate is clearly smaller than the average daily rice evapotranspiration.  相似文献

对引进的谷子新品种金谷子耐旱TG118进行品种比较试验和多点试种。结果表明:该品种抗旱、耐瘠、适应性强,稳产、高产、抗病抗风抗倒伏强,品质优良,粮草兼用,种植简单,省工易管;一般产量在6000kg/hm2以上,比当地主栽品种增产20%以上。最高产量达9450kg/hm2,适于在辽西北地区推广应用。  相似文献

About 30 years have passed since the Government of Egypt embarked on implementing a series of large scale drainage projects. At present, about 3.8 million acres have been provided with drainage systems on the basis of systematic pre-drainage investigations and designs. The target is to provide drains in approximately 6.4 million acres in the Nile Valley and Delta.The implementation of the subsurface drainage system is carried out by the public sector and private contractors under direct supervision of governmental regional departments. The implementation process depends on many factors related to the drainage material, machinery, manpower, site requirements, farmers and organizations involved. Problems and constraints are sometimes challenging, however, the annual rate of implementation has gradually increased to 170,000 acre/year.This paper discusses the different aspects involved in the implementation process of drainage systems. The development in materials, machinery and construction technologies will be reviewed. Institutional and management factors are going to be also considered.  相似文献

We present a pan-European irrigation map based on regional European statistics, a European land use map and a global irrigation map. The map provides spatial information on the distribution of irrigated areas per crop type which allows determining irrigated areas at the level of spatial modelling units. The map is a requirement for a European scale assessment of the impacts of irrigated agriculture on water resources based on spatially distributed modelling of crop growth and water balance. The irrigation map was compiled in a two step procedure. First, irrigated areas were distributed to potentially irrigated crops at a regional level (European statistical regions NUTS3), combining Farm Structure Survey (FSS) data on irrigated area, crop-specific irrigated area for crops whenever available, and total crop area. Second, crop-specific irrigated area was distributed within each statistical region based on the crop distribution given in our land use map. A global map of irrigated areas with a 5′ resolution was used to further constrain the distribution within each NUTS3 based on the density of irrigated areas. The constrained distribution of irrigated areas as taken from statistics to a high resolution dataset enables us to estimate irrigated areas for various spatial entities, including administrative, natural and artificial units, providing a reasonable input scenario for large-scale distributed modelling applications. The dataset bridges a gap between global datasets and detailed regional data on the distribution of irrigated areas and provides information for various assessments and modelling applications.  相似文献
