针对模糊水下图像增强后输入鱼类检测模型精度降低的问题,提出了模糊水下图像多增强与输出混合的鱼类检测方法。利用多种图像增强方法对模糊的水下图像进行增强,将增强后的图像分别输入鱼类检测模型得到多个输出,对多个输出进行混合,然后利用非极大抑制方法对混合结果进行后处理,获得最终检测结果。YOLO v3、YOLO v4 tiny和YOLO v4模型的试验结果表明,对比原始图像的检测结果,本文方法的检测精度分别提高了2.15、8.35、1.37个百分点;鱼类检测数量分别提高了15.5%、49.8%、12.7%,避免了模糊水下图像增强后输入鱼类检测模型出现精度降低的问题,提高了模型检测能力。  相似文献

针对果园目标检测时相机抖动以及物体相对运动导致检测图像模糊的问题,本文提出一种将DeblurGAN-v2去模糊网络和YOLOv5s目标检测网络相融合的D2-YOLO一阶段去模糊识别深度网络,用于检测识别果园模糊场景图像中的障碍物。为了减少融合网络的参数量并提升检测速度,首先将YOLOv5s骨干网络中的标准卷积替换成深度可分离卷积,并且在输出预测端使用CIoU_Loss进行边界框回归预测。融合网络使用改进的CSPDarknet作为骨干网络进行特征提取,将模糊图像恢复原始自然信息后,结合多尺度特征进行模型预测。为了验证本文方法的有效性,选取果园中7种常见的障碍物作为目标检测对象,在Pytorch深度学习框架上进行模型训练和测试。试验结果表明,本文提出的D2-YOLO去模糊识别网络准确率和召回率分别为91.33%和89.12%,与分步式DeblurGAN-v2+YOLOv5s相比提升1.36、2.7个百分点,与YOLOv5s相比分别提升9.54、9.99个百分点,能够满足果园机器人障碍物去模糊识别的准确性和实时性要求。  相似文献

针对温室环境植物叶片边缘检测中,植物图像通常含有噪声、背景复杂且图像数据存在模糊性和不完整性问题,提出了基于模糊逻辑的植物叶片边缘检测方法.首先,根据邻域像素的统计特性及绿色植物和土壤背景的颜色差异性,利用线性函数定义噪声和边缘的隶属度函数;其次,采用Sugeno模糊模型进行模糊推理,以减少模糊规则数量;最后,利用模糊推理结果先进行模糊滤波后再进行模糊边缘检测.实验证明,提出的方法克服了常规算法未考虑叶片像素和背景像素的颜色差异而导致产生大量伪边缘的问题,在噪声环境中能有效提取自然背景下植物叶片边缘信息,可有效用于温室环境的植物叶片图像边缘检测.  相似文献

在鸭蛋品质检测分级系统中,图像处理问题涉及边缘检测和边缘模糊矫正两大方面。对于边缘检测采用常规的灰度不连续理论,选用Sobel算子对成像区域进行从上至下、从左至右的矩阵搜索;用最小值滤波法解决边缘模糊矫正。研究和实践表明,经过处理后的图像在颜色和大小上与静止时的图像一致。  相似文献

针对图像处理与计算机视觉技术中低对比度、边缘模糊图像的边缘检测问题,参考局部极值与梯度方向两种因素,并结合图像边缘方向趋势,提出了一种单像素边缘跟踪策略。相较于应用广泛的Canny算法,该跟踪策略无需设置全局阈值,实现方式更为简洁、高效;提取的图像边缘连续、平滑、完整,并有效地减少了图像边缘的冗余像素,进而提升了图像后续处理的效率;边缘跟踪方向抗干扰性强,具有较强的鲁棒性。为了减小检测的图像边缘与真实图像边缘之间的偏差、提高图像边缘检测的精度,参考边缘像素点的相邻区域灰度,以边缘像素点的梯度分布为依据对该像素点进行亚像素定位。经实验验证,经过亚像素优化的图像边缘检测策略可用于检测边缘模糊、对比度低的图像,检测的图像边缘完整、连续且平滑。该策略有效地消除了程序运算中引入的截断误差,提升了图像边缘检测精度,且适用于亮度5~100000lx的高动态成像场景中。  相似文献

针对水下图像对比度差、模糊,致使检测出的边缘存在不连续和伪边缘的问题,提出一种基于改进的Canny和亚像素的水下图像边缘检测方法。采用改进的Canny算法检测水下图像的像素级边缘,在此基础上采用灰度矩提取图像的亚像素边缘特征,提高边缘的定位精度和检测率。实验结果表明,提出的算法相较于传统的像素级边缘检测算法在边缘轮廓的提取、减少伪边缘、提升边缘精度方面有较大优势,尤其是对深海环境中光源单一以及图像对比度差的物体边缘的检测具有更显著的效果和定位精度。  相似文献

针对热红外图像目标与背景区分不明显、效果模糊,以及传统的Roberts、Sobel、Canny等边缘检测方法难以取得理想检测效果的特点,以玉米植株为测试对象,首次将蚁群优化算法应用于热红外图像边缘检测。该算法由初始化过程开始,进行N步迭代构造信息素矩阵,然后执行信息素过更新过程,最后图像边缘由决策过程给出。仿真实验结果表明,该算法与传统边缘检测算法相比,能够较好地得到边缘检测结果,可为农作物热红外图像处理提供一种新的方法。  相似文献

提出了一种基于模糊聚类的黄瓜病害图像自动分割方法,模糊聚类与差分进化算法相结合,在进化过程中根据聚类中心对应的阈值确定模糊聚类中心的个数,由差分进化适应度函数值确定聚类中心是否被选中,以此实现图像的模糊聚类自动分割。经黄瓜炭疽病叶图像、白粉病叶图像、灰霉病叶图像和霜霉病叶图像的实验测试,该方法可以实现无人干预情况下的黄瓜病害图像自动分割,与相同类别个数的FCM算法相比,表现出了更好的性能。  相似文献

Cultivation of paddy rice in semiarid areas of the world faces problems related to water scarcity. This paper aims at characterizing water use in a set of paddies located in the central Ebro basin of Spain using experimentation and computer simulation. A commercial field with six interconnected paddies, with a total area of 5.31 ha, was instrumented to measure discharge and water quality at the inflow and at the runoff outlet. The soil was classified as a Typic Calcixerept, and was characterized by a mild salinity (2.5 dS m−1) and an infiltration rate of 5.8 mm day−1. The evolution of flow depth at all paddies was recorded. Data from the 2002 rice-growing season was elaborated using a mass balance approach to estimate the infiltration rate and the evolution of discharge between paddies. Seasonal crop evapotranspiration, estimated with the surface renewal method, was 731 mm (5.1 mm day−1), very similar to that of other summer cereals grown in the area, like corn. The irrigation input was 1874 mm, deep percolation was 830 mm and surface runoff was 372 mm. Irrigation efficiency was estimated as 41%. The quality of surface runoff water was slightly degraded due to evapoconcentration and to the contact with the soil. During the period 2001–2003, the electrical conductivity of surface runoff water was 54% higher than that of irrigation water. However, the runoff water was suitable for irrigation. A mechanistic mass balance model of inter-paddy water flow permitted to conclude that improvements in irrigation efficiency cannot be easily obtained in the experimental conditions. Since deep percolation losses more than double surface runoff losses, a reduction in irrigation discharge would not have much room for efficiency improvement. Simulations also showed that rice irrigation performance was not negatively affected by the fluctuating inflow hydrograph. These hydrographs are typical of turnouts located at the tail end of tertiary irrigation ditches. In fact, these are the sites where rice has been historically cultivated in the study area, since local soils are often saline-sodic and can only grow paddy rice taking advantage of the low salinity of the irrigation water. The low infiltration rate characteristic of these saline-sodic soils (an experimental value of 3.2 mm day−1 was obtained) combined with a reduced irrigation discharge resulted in a simulated irrigation efficiency of 60%. Paddy rice irrigation efficiency can attain reasonable values in the local saline-sodic soils, where the infiltration rate is clearly smaller than the average daily rice evapotranspiration.  相似文献

对引进的谷子新品种金谷子耐旱TG118进行品种比较试验和多点试种。结果表明:该品种抗旱、耐瘠、适应性强,稳产、高产、抗病抗风抗倒伏强,品质优良,粮草兼用,种植简单,省工易管;一般产量在6000kg/hm2以上,比当地主栽品种增产20%以上。最高产量达9450kg/hm2,适于在辽西北地区推广应用。  相似文献

About 30 years have passed since the Government of Egypt embarked on implementing a series of large scale drainage projects. At present, about 3.8 million acres have been provided with drainage systems on the basis of systematic pre-drainage investigations and designs. The target is to provide drains in approximately 6.4 million acres in the Nile Valley and Delta.The implementation of the subsurface drainage system is carried out by the public sector and private contractors under direct supervision of governmental regional departments. The implementation process depends on many factors related to the drainage material, machinery, manpower, site requirements, farmers and organizations involved. Problems and constraints are sometimes challenging, however, the annual rate of implementation has gradually increased to 170,000 acre/year.This paper discusses the different aspects involved in the implementation process of drainage systems. The development in materials, machinery and construction technologies will be reviewed. Institutional and management factors are going to be also considered.  相似文献

We present a pan-European irrigation map based on regional European statistics, a European land use map and a global irrigation map. The map provides spatial information on the distribution of irrigated areas per crop type which allows determining irrigated areas at the level of spatial modelling units. The map is a requirement for a European scale assessment of the impacts of irrigated agriculture on water resources based on spatially distributed modelling of crop growth and water balance. The irrigation map was compiled in a two step procedure. First, irrigated areas were distributed to potentially irrigated crops at a regional level (European statistical regions NUTS3), combining Farm Structure Survey (FSS) data on irrigated area, crop-specific irrigated area for crops whenever available, and total crop area. Second, crop-specific irrigated area was distributed within each statistical region based on the crop distribution given in our land use map. A global map of irrigated areas with a 5′ resolution was used to further constrain the distribution within each NUTS3 based on the density of irrigated areas. The constrained distribution of irrigated areas as taken from statistics to a high resolution dataset enables us to estimate irrigated areas for various spatial entities, including administrative, natural and artificial units, providing a reasonable input scenario for large-scale distributed modelling applications. The dataset bridges a gap between global datasets and detailed regional data on the distribution of irrigated areas and provides information for various assessments and modelling applications.  相似文献
