通过区间偏最小二乘法(iPLS)谱区筛选方法、反向区间偏最小二乘法(biPLS)谱区筛选方法和联合区间偏最小二乘法(siPLS)谱区筛选方法优化光谱特征区间,建立黄酮含量分析模型,并与波数范围为4 000~8 000 cm-1的全光谱偏最小二乘(PLS)模型进行比较。结果表明,采用siPLS谱区筛选方法将全光谱均匀划分21个子区间,选择两个子区间(7、12区间)联合时,建立的siPLS谱区筛选模型预测效果最佳,其交互验证均方根误差和预测均方根误差分别为2.950 0和3.000,校正集和预测集相关系数分别为0.938 4和0.943 7。因此采用siPLS谱区筛选方法可以有效选择光谱特征区域,提高建模预测能力,实现银杏叶总黄酮含量的快速检测。  相似文献

基于高光谱的油茶籽内部品质检测最优预测模型研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
以油茶籽中油酸、亚油酸、棕榈酸为研究对象,寻求一种油茶籽脂肪酸成分含量的最佳预测模型。首先,利用高光谱成像系统以线扫描方式获取其反射光谱图像,选择感兴趣区域(ROI);然后,对原始光谱进行平滑与多元散射校正(MSC),通过相关性分析和逐步回归分析,得到能反映油酸、亚油酸、棕榈酸含量变化的最佳优化波段;进而对最优波段采用偏最小二乘回归(PLS)方法、主成分回归(PCR)方法及径向基神经网络(RBF)方法组建预测模型。比较这3种方法的建模效果,经外部验证表明:径向基神经网络建立的预测模型效果最好,其油酸、亚油酸、棕榈酸的交叉验证相关系数R分别为0.940 3、0.893 5、0.912 2;校正均方根误差和预测均方根误差分别为0.441、0.174 9、0.066 4和0.351 8、0.184、0.162。  相似文献

为寻找适合可见近红外光谱检测哈密瓜糖度含量的最佳光谱预处理方法,进行哈密瓜样品可见近红外光谱数据的预处理方法比较与研究。研究比较了4种光谱数据预处理方法对哈密瓜糖度偏最小二乘法建模精度的影响。研究结果表明:标准正态变量变换与二阶导数相结合是哈密瓜糖度含量可见近红外光谱检测的有效光谱预处理方法,其相关系数和内部交叉验证均方差分别为0.6893和0.666,并且利用该方法建立的哈密瓜糖度预测模型的相关系数、预测集均方根误差和校正集的相关系数、校正集均方根误差分别为0.7342、0.573、0.7605、0.588,最佳因子数为11。  相似文献

应用近红外光谱技术对草莓品种快速鉴别进行了研究。通过比较7种预处理方法,确定SNV+MAF+2D组合预处理方法最佳。采用相关系数阈值法提取了14个与草莓品种信息相关的特征光谱。建立了基于548~562nm范围内14个特征光谱的PLS—ANN、PLSR、PCR 3种校正模型。经预测集样品验证,主成分数为9时的PLS—ANN模型最优,其预测相关系数和预测均方根误差分别为0.9677和0.461。结果表明,通过提取少量特征光谱建立PLS—ANN校正模型能实现草莓品种的快速鉴别。  相似文献

绿茶杀青叶料含水率可见-近红外光谱检测   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
为实现绿茶杀青叶料含水率的快速无损检测,基于可见-近红外光谱分析建立含水率的预测模型。使用FieldSpec 3型便携式地物光谱仪,采集192个杀青叶料样品的漫反射光谱信息,基于X-Y共生距离的样本划分算法SPXY,确定144个样本的校正集和48个样本的预测集。进行一阶微分和移动平滑滤波预处理后,采用相关系数法优选出11个特征波段,建立了含水率检测的偏最小二乘回归、主成分回归、人工神经网络及其组合的模型。结果表明,选用5个主成分的偏最小二乘回归模型最佳,其校正和预测模型的相关系数分别为0.990和0.819,均方根误差分别为0.011和0.037,预测含水率的平均相对误差为3.30%。  相似文献

利用近红外反射分析技术, 采用偏最小二乘(PLS)回归方法,分别对光谱进行附加散射校正、变量标准化、一阶导数和二阶导数处理,建立了饲料中总能的预测模型.通过比较,附加散射校正和一阶导数处理定标效果最优.定标集化学分析值与预测值之间的决定系数R2和标准差RMSEC分别为0.9060和0.153,相对分析误差为3.36;验证集化学分析值与预测值之间的决定系数r2和标准差RMSEP分别为0.8924和0.156,相对分析误差为3.22.结果表明,利用近红外光谱反射(NIRS)分析技术可以定量检测充料总能的含量.  相似文献

基于可控气流-激光检测技术的鸡肉嫩度评估方法   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
以鸡肉嫩度为研究对象,采用可控气流-激光检测技术的瞬态、蠕变回复和应力松弛等动静态检测模态,并使用支持向量机分类器和全局变量偏最小二乘算法,结合不同预处理方法,对鸡肉嫩度进行定性判别和定量预测。结果表明3个激励模态结合不同预处理算法均可实现鸡肉嫩度的定性定量评估。在定性方面,瞬态模态对嫩度具有最佳的分类效果;S-G卷积平滑算法表现出最佳的预处理性能,校正集嫩/老分类精度分别为1和0.98,马修斯相关系数为0.97;而验证集分类精度也达到了0.95和0.84。在定量预测方面,S-G卷积平滑算法在提升原始数据的信噪比上同样具有最佳效果;瞬态模态校正集和验证集模型相关系数分别为0.948和0.913,均方根误差分别为0.736N和1.013N。因此,在组织结构引起的品质预测动态模态较静态模态更适用。本研究开展的可控气流-激光技术在鸡肉嫩度评估的应用,为肉品检测领域提供了新的解决方案。  相似文献

基于组合色彩特征的苹果树叶片各生长期氮含量预测   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
为精准预测开花期、幼果期和果实膨大期苹果树叶片的氮含量,提出一种基于组合色彩特征的苹果树叶片氮含量预测模型。首先,获取苹果树叶片图像并提取R、G、B单色分量及14种色彩组合参数共计17种色彩特征,通过主成分分析提取不同时期苹果树叶片氮含量关键影响因子,消除原始变量之间的相关性,降低模型输入向量维度;其次,对建立的PCA-SVM、PCA-BP、PCA-ELM预测模型在不同时期对苹果树叶片氮含量预测效果与精度进行对比,得到不同时期最佳的预测模型;最后,利用最佳预测模型对不同时期苹果树叶片氮含量进行预测,并通过自适应遗传算法对最佳预测模型参数进行优化。试验结果表明:在不同生长时期,PCA-SVM模型的预测精度均高于PCA-BP、PCA-ELM模型;优化后PCA-SVM预测模型在开花期、幼果期和果实膨大期的平均绝对误差分别为0.640、0.558、0.544g/kg,平均绝对百分误差分别为0.057、0.050、0.064g/kg,均方根误差分别为0.800、0.747、0.737g/kg,优于优化前预测模型。该模型具有良好的预测性能和泛化能力,可以为果园精准施肥管理、提升果品品质、避免资源浪费和环境污染提供理论依据。  相似文献

筛选具有代表性的100个新疆南疆和田冬枣作为试验样品,采用近红外光谱分析技术对冬枣样品的糖度进行分析。结果表明:通过相关系数法选取特征波长区间的波数分别为5 303~5 600 cm-1、6 205~6 302cm-1、7 308~7 405 cm-1,然后作多元散射校正、一阶导数和Savitzky-Golay卷积平滑法预处理后,建立的偏最小二乘法(PLS)校正模型效果最好,校正标准偏差(SEC)为0.613,预测标准偏差(SEP)为0.573,相关系数(R)为0.967,具有良好的预测效果,满足生产实践的要求。试验表明,近红外光谱分析技术适合南疆冬枣的糖度无损检测。  相似文献

Cultivation of paddy rice in semiarid areas of the world faces problems related to water scarcity. This paper aims at characterizing water use in a set of paddies located in the central Ebro basin of Spain using experimentation and computer simulation. A commercial field with six interconnected paddies, with a total area of 5.31 ha, was instrumented to measure discharge and water quality at the inflow and at the runoff outlet. The soil was classified as a Typic Calcixerept, and was characterized by a mild salinity (2.5 dS m−1) and an infiltration rate of 5.8 mm day−1. The evolution of flow depth at all paddies was recorded. Data from the 2002 rice-growing season was elaborated using a mass balance approach to estimate the infiltration rate and the evolution of discharge between paddies. Seasonal crop evapotranspiration, estimated with the surface renewal method, was 731 mm (5.1 mm day−1), very similar to that of other summer cereals grown in the area, like corn. The irrigation input was 1874 mm, deep percolation was 830 mm and surface runoff was 372 mm. Irrigation efficiency was estimated as 41%. The quality of surface runoff water was slightly degraded due to evapoconcentration and to the contact with the soil. During the period 2001–2003, the electrical conductivity of surface runoff water was 54% higher than that of irrigation water. However, the runoff water was suitable for irrigation. A mechanistic mass balance model of inter-paddy water flow permitted to conclude that improvements in irrigation efficiency cannot be easily obtained in the experimental conditions. Since deep percolation losses more than double surface runoff losses, a reduction in irrigation discharge would not have much room for efficiency improvement. Simulations also showed that rice irrigation performance was not negatively affected by the fluctuating inflow hydrograph. These hydrographs are typical of turnouts located at the tail end of tertiary irrigation ditches. In fact, these are the sites where rice has been historically cultivated in the study area, since local soils are often saline-sodic and can only grow paddy rice taking advantage of the low salinity of the irrigation water. The low infiltration rate characteristic of these saline-sodic soils (an experimental value of 3.2 mm day−1 was obtained) combined with a reduced irrigation discharge resulted in a simulated irrigation efficiency of 60%. Paddy rice irrigation efficiency can attain reasonable values in the local saline-sodic soils, where the infiltration rate is clearly smaller than the average daily rice evapotranspiration.  相似文献

对引进的谷子新品种金谷子耐旱TG118进行品种比较试验和多点试种。结果表明:该品种抗旱、耐瘠、适应性强,稳产、高产、抗病抗风抗倒伏强,品质优良,粮草兼用,种植简单,省工易管;一般产量在6000kg/hm2以上,比当地主栽品种增产20%以上。最高产量达9450kg/hm2,适于在辽西北地区推广应用。  相似文献

About 30 years have passed since the Government of Egypt embarked on implementing a series of large scale drainage projects. At present, about 3.8 million acres have been provided with drainage systems on the basis of systematic pre-drainage investigations and designs. The target is to provide drains in approximately 6.4 million acres in the Nile Valley and Delta.The implementation of the subsurface drainage system is carried out by the public sector and private contractors under direct supervision of governmental regional departments. The implementation process depends on many factors related to the drainage material, machinery, manpower, site requirements, farmers and organizations involved. Problems and constraints are sometimes challenging, however, the annual rate of implementation has gradually increased to 170,000 acre/year.This paper discusses the different aspects involved in the implementation process of drainage systems. The development in materials, machinery and construction technologies will be reviewed. Institutional and management factors are going to be also considered.  相似文献

We present a pan-European irrigation map based on regional European statistics, a European land use map and a global irrigation map. The map provides spatial information on the distribution of irrigated areas per crop type which allows determining irrigated areas at the level of spatial modelling units. The map is a requirement for a European scale assessment of the impacts of irrigated agriculture on water resources based on spatially distributed modelling of crop growth and water balance. The irrigation map was compiled in a two step procedure. First, irrigated areas were distributed to potentially irrigated crops at a regional level (European statistical regions NUTS3), combining Farm Structure Survey (FSS) data on irrigated area, crop-specific irrigated area for crops whenever available, and total crop area. Second, crop-specific irrigated area was distributed within each statistical region based on the crop distribution given in our land use map. A global map of irrigated areas with a 5′ resolution was used to further constrain the distribution within each NUTS3 based on the density of irrigated areas. The constrained distribution of irrigated areas as taken from statistics to a high resolution dataset enables us to estimate irrigated areas for various spatial entities, including administrative, natural and artificial units, providing a reasonable input scenario for large-scale distributed modelling applications. The dataset bridges a gap between global datasets and detailed regional data on the distribution of irrigated areas and provides information for various assessments and modelling applications.  相似文献
