不同品种肉用绵羊舍饲条件下前胃组织学变化   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采用组织切片方法观察研究了在相同舍饲条件下,蒙古羊、德国美利奴羊、特克塞尔羊、无角陶赛特羊和萨福克羊前胃黏膜组织学的变化.光镜观察结果表明:不同品种肉用绵羊前胃黏膜组织学结构基本相似.前胃胃壁上皮角化层厚度表现为蒙古羊最厚,其次为无角陶赛特羊,最薄的为特克塞尔羊;前胃肌层厚度以蒙古羊最厚,且与其它品种绵羊差异均显著(P<0.05);瘤胃和网胃黏膜下层厚度在不同品种羊间差异也均不显著(P>0.05);网胃和瓣胃粘膜肌层厚度以蒙古羊最厚,其次为无角陶赛特羊;瓣胃中央肌层厚度以德国美利奴羊最厚,且与其它品种羊差异显著(P<0.05).  相似文献

在冀西北高寒半干旱区,分别以夏洛来、无角陶赛特、德国肉用美利奴和特克赛尔四个肉用羊品种为父本,小尾寒羊为母本开展杂交试验,确定适宜配种组合。结果表明,无角陶赛特与小尾寒羊杂交效果最好,杂交一代3月龄体重(16.06kg)和7月龄体重(30.27kg)分别比纯繁的小尾寒羊提高9.48%、11.16%,差异显著(P<0.05)。其他杂交组合与纯繁的小尾寒羊相比差异不显著(P>0.05)或不明显。因此,建议该区以无角陶赛特与小尾寒羊进行经济杂交,生产商品肉羊。  相似文献

试验对周岁期的纯种无角陶赛特羊和萨福克羊的生长发育进行比较。试验结果表明:萨福克公母羔初生重均大于无角陶赛特公母羔,无角陶赛特公母羊的30日龄、断奶和周岁时的体重均大于萨福克公母羊。经t检验得出:两肉羊品种之间的初生重差异极显著(P<0.01),而在30日龄、断奶和周岁时的体重差异不显著(P>0.05)。  相似文献

研究目的:研究不同品种肉羊在胚胎移植方法下的繁殖能力。方法:采用子宫角冲胚方法,对德国美利奴、无角道赛特和白萨福克进行胚胎移植手术。结果:通过对冲胚情况比较表明,德国美利奴的冲胚数和可用胚数都最高,最高冲胚数达22枚,最高可用胚数达18枚。结论:通过比较显示,德国美利奴和无角道赛特在冲胚数和可用胚数上都存在显著差异(P0.05);德国美利奴与白萨福克羊在冲胚上和可用胚上都无显著差(P0.05)。  相似文献

选取饲养管理水平、年龄、采精频率、季节等条件一致的无角陶赛特羊、萨福克羊、夏洛莱羊、特克塞尔羊4个品种种公羊,采取相应精液进行品质比较。结果表明,所选种公羊的采精量、精子密度、鲜精活率、畸形率、顶体完整率都有差异,但采精量、鲜精活率、畸形率3个指标之间均差异不显著(P>0.05),而密度与顶体完整率两个指标间差异显著(P<0.05)。4个品种中萨福克种公羊的精子密度最高,其次为特克塞尔种公羊和夏洛莱种公羊,最低的为无角陶赛特种公羊。4个品种中无角陶赛特种公羊的精子顶体完整率最高,其次为特克塞尔种公羊和萨福克种公羊,最低的为夏洛莱种公羊。  相似文献

采用常规超排方法 ,使用相同FSH剂量对德国肉毛兼用型美利奴羊和无角陶赛特羊进行处理 ,两组羊超排效果没有显著差异 (P >0 0 5 )。其结果如下 :平均排卵数为 :15 4 6± 1 5 1个(德国肉毛兼用型美利奴羊 )、 14 6± 2 5 0个 (无角陶赛特羊 ) ;平均采集可用胚胎数为 :13 15±4 85枚 (德国肉毛兼用型美利奴羊 )、 12 4± 2 5 6枚 (无角陶赛特羊 )。  相似文献

对陶赛特、萨福克、萨门、德克赛尔4个肉用羊品种和滩羊、小尾寒羊2个粗毛羊品种的羊毛品质进行了综合分析。结果表明:粗毛羊外层粗毛的自然长度大于肉用羊,且粗毛羊中滩羊大于小尾寒羊,肉用羊中以陶赛特的羊毛最长;萨门羊的羊毛密度极显著高于其他品种羊(P<0.01),以陶赛特的密度最小;滩羊的净毛率最高,肉用羊间净毛率差异不显著(P>0.05),但以陶赛特最高,萨门的最低。  相似文献

在同等环境条件下,用德国肉用美利奴(German Mutton Merino)、无角道塞特(Poll Dorset)、萨福克(Suffolk)和蒙古羊(Mongolian sheep)四个品种进行12个正反交试验.结果表明萨福克和德国肉用美利奴羊能显著提高改良品种的产肉率,杂种优势明显;同时证明,在肉羊配套系建设和商品肉羊杂交中,蒙古羊具有突出的种用价值,作为我国著名的地方品种,蒙古羊完全可以作父本使用.  相似文献

绵羊MyoG基因外显子的单核苷酸多态性群体遗传学分析   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采用PCR—SSCP技术分析了肌细胞生成素(MyoG)基因外显子1、2在蒙古羊、无角陶赛特羊、德国肉用美利奴羊和白萨福克羊这4个绵羊品种的多态性。结果表明在在外显子1(exonⅠ)所扩增的片段中存在3种基因型(AA型、AB型和BB型),在外显子2(exonⅡ)所扩增的片段中不存在多态性。对于exonⅠ扩增片段,4个绵羊品种均检测到AA和AB基因型;BB基因型只在蒙古羊、陶赛特羊和白萨福克羊中检测到。在4个绵羊品种中,蒙古羊的AA基因型频率最高,而其它3个品种羊是AB基因型频率高;A等位基因频率明显高于B等位基因频率。exonⅠ的多态性片段测序分析表明:MyoG基因第305处发生了单碱基突变(T→C),并导致了所编码氨基酸由半胱氨酸变为精氨酸。  相似文献

【目的】应用分子生物学技术探究绵羊不同胃室组织褪黑素(MT)特异性膜受体MT1和MT2的分布规律及表达模式,以初步探明绵羊不同胃室组织褪黑素调节胃消化的生物效应机制。【方法】采集绵羊瘤胃背囊、瘤胃腹囊、网胃、瓣胃和皱胃5个组织部位,用ELISA、实时荧光定量PCR、免疫组化和Western blotting方法检测褪黑素特异性膜受体MT1和MT2在绵羊胃组织不同部位的分布规律及表达模式。【结果】ELISA结果显示,绵羊各胃组织中均含有褪黑素,且皱胃中褪黑素含量最高,瓣胃次之,瘤胃背囊、瘤胃腹囊和网胃中均较低。实时荧光定量PCR结果显示,MT1和MT2基因mRNA在皱胃中含量均最高,其次是瘤胃腹囊,在瘤胃背囊和网胃中含量较低。免疫组化结果显示,MT1和MT2蛋白在绵羊各胃组织中均有分布,主要表达于各胃组织的黏膜层,且在皱胃腺体中的分布呈从底部到颈部逐渐增多的趋势。Western blotting结果显示,MT1和MT2蛋白在网胃中表达均最高,瓣胃次之,在瘤胃背囊、瘤胃腹囊和皱胃中表达均较低。【结论】褪黑素在绵羊各胃组织中差异化表达从而发挥多样性生理功能,可能通过与胃组织上特异性受体MT1和MT2结合,通过信号传导系统而调控前胃受食糜刺激后发生反刍生理过程。  相似文献

为揭示牦牛皱胃组织结构和黏膜免疫相关细胞的分布与数量变化的规律,采用组织化学法、图像分析法及透射电镜技术,对牦牛皱胃组织结构及上皮内淋巴细胞、浆细胞和肥大细胞变化进行了研究.结果表明:牦牛皱胃胃壁由黏膜层、黏膜下层、肌层和浆膜构成.皱胃幽门腺区胃小凹深度最深、腺体最长、肌层最厚;3个腺区肌层厚度、腺体长度之间差异极显著(P<0.01);幽门腺区与胃底腺区、贲门腺区之间胃小凹差异极显著(P<0.01),胃底腺区与贲门腺区之间差异不显著(P>0.05).牦牛皱胃黏膜上皮内淋巴细胞数量和浆细胞数量,3个腺区之间差异不显著(P>0.05);肥大细胞数量以胃底腺区最多,幽门腺区最少,两者之间差异极显著(P<0.01),贲门腺区与胃底腺区和幽门腺区之间差异不显著(P>0.05).皱胃各腺区固有层中均有大量的弥散淋巴细胞和孤立淋巴小结.电镜观察表明,胃小凹柱状上皮细胞排列紧密.幽门腺区固有层中有大量的黏液细胞,黏液细胞呈高柱状或锥体状,核位于基底部,在细胞顶端常聚集有较多的电子密度较高的颗粒.胃底腺区和贲门腺区有大量的壁细胞和主细胞.牦牛皱胃的组织结构和其他反刍动物基本相似,但各层有其明显特点.牦牛皱胃各腺区固有层中均有大量弥散淋巴细胞和孤立淋巴小结,使牦牛皱胃具有比其他反刍动物更强的黏膜免疫功能.  相似文献

Homozygous grey Karakul lambs are born with a lethal genetic factor responsible for death and weaning age. When put on a high roughage diet under field conditions they develop distended, thin-walled rumens and sand impacted abomasa. Homozygous white Karakul lambs have a similar factor but survive for a longer period. Black Karakul lambs are not affected. The present study was undertaken to compare by image analysis the thickness of the tunica muscularis of the forestomach and abomasum of 24-hour old grey, white and black Karakul lambs. One square centimetre samples were taken from equivalent areas in each case of the rumen, reticulum, omasum and abomasum of 38 embalmed Karakul lambs. Haematoxylin and eosin stained histological sections of each sample were studied with a Vids 2 Image Analyzer and the thickness of the circular and longitudinal muscle layers was measured. An analysis of variance indicated a significant difference between the groups in the thickness of the tunica muscularis of the rumen, reticulum and abomasum; the grey group displaying the thinnest and the black group the thickest. The omasa were not affected. The study indicates a reduction in thickness of the tunica muscularis of the homozygous grey and white lambs when compared to normal black lambs.  相似文献

The appearance and development of prochymosin- and pepsinogen-producing cells were investigated in the ovine abomasum from fetus to adult using immunohistochemistry. Prochymosin immunoreactivity appeared first in the proper gastric glands of the 100-day-old fetus. The intensity and distribution of prochymosin-immunoreactive cells increased gradually with the progress of gestation, and their most intense immunoreactivities and widest distribution were observed in 3-day-old lambs. They were subsequently reduced throughout postnatal growth. A few prochymosin-immunoreactive cells were scattered in the glands of adult sheep. Pepsinogen immunoreactivity appeared at first in a small number of cells in the base of some proper gastric glands of 120-day-old fetuses. After 130 days, pepsinogen-immunoreactive cells increased their staining intensities and distribution. They reached a peak in area at 21 days, which is comparable to adult sheep. In the pyloric glands, prochymosin- and pepsinogen-immunoreactive cells appeared from 100 and 130 days, respectively. Numbers were reduced in comparison to gastric glands and their occurrence was capricious. The results demonstrated that the ontogeny of prochymosin- and pepsinogen-immunoreactive cells in the abomasum of sheep is more similar to that in cattle than to that in the goat. The present data will contribute to the overall understanding of the development of ruminant gastric proteases.  相似文献

Cimetidine, a histamine H2-receptor blocking agent which reduces gastric acid flow in simple stomach animals was administered directly into the abomasum of sheep at 100 mg kg-1 twice daily for five consecutive days and again on the eighth day. The drug caused a significant increase in the pH values of the abomasal contents and was highly effective in reducing the adult population of Haemonchus contortus (100 per cent) and Ostertagia circumcincta (70 per cent) in the abomasum of sheep. The possibility of using cimetidine as a method of treating abomasal nematode parasitism is discussed.  相似文献

AIMS: Both adult and larval Ostertagia circumcincta infections raise abomasal pH and serum gastrin and pepsinogen concentrations, either because of physical effects of the worms or from their chemical secretions. The study was designed to examine whether adult worms require contact with the gastric mucosa to effect changes in gastric secretion. METHODS: Abomasal pH and serum gastrin and pepsinogen concentrations were measured in four groups of sheep: Group A (n = 4): abomasal contents containing about 18,000 adult O. circumcincta were obtained from donor sheep, concentrated and infused into 5 microm mesh porous bags attached to surgically implanted abomasal cannulae. A second worm transplantation was carried out 1 week later to assess worm survival after 16 hours. Group B (n = 4): about 9000 adult worms, recovered after migration out of abomasal contents set in agar, were placed in small 5 microm mesh bags which were inserted through indwelling abomasal cannulae and left for 3 days. Group C (n = 2): about 3000 adult worms from the population recovered from agar were infused through abomasal cannulae which allowed. free movement in the abomasum. Group D (n = 3) was left uninfected. RESULTS: Worms transplanted directly into the abomasum (Group C) caused rapid and marked effects on abomasal secretion. Adult O. circumcincta died within 16 hours of transfer into the abomasum when they were restrained within porous bags. Nevertheless, in sheep receiving 18,000 worms, abomasal pH increased soon after new feed was presented on Days 1, 2 and 4 after worm transfer; serum gastrin was elevated in three sheep from 113 hours and serum pepsinogen increased in one animal. Sheep receiving 9000 worms showed similar trends but the results were equivocal. CONCLUSIONS: Adult O. circumcincta prevented from physical contact with the gastric mucosa by restraint in porous bags are able to raise abomasal pH. This study implicates parasite excretory-secretory products in mediating changes in gastric secretion caused by adult abomasal worms.  相似文献

The aim of this study is to describe differences in the ontogenesis of the abomasum in sheep (domestic ruminant) and deer (wild ruminant). Histomorphometric and immunohistochemical analysis were carried out on 50 embryos and fetuses of the sheep and 50 red deer from the first prenatal stages until birth. To compare similar periods of gestation in both species, we calculate the percentages of gestation. The appearance of the abomasum was earlier in the red deer (22% gestation) than in the sheep (25% gestation). Throughout development the epithelium happened sequentially, being of the types pseudostratified to simple cylindrical. This important modification was earlier in the red deer than the sheep. At 46% gestation in red deer and 50% in sheep, gastric pits were observed on the surface of abomasal folds. Our studies suggest a close link between the initial formation of these pseudoglandular structures and the clear separation of lamina propria and submucosa separated by de muscularis mucosae. At 54% gestation in red deer and at 60% in sheep, in the bottom of these pits the first outlines of glands were distinguishable. Finally, the presence of neuroendocrine and glial cells were detected in deer at earlier stages than in sheep.  相似文献

A 4-year-old female Barbary sheep (Ammotragus lervia) was found dead in the Gwangju Uchi Park Zoo. The animal had previously exhibited weakness and lethargy, but no signs of diarrhea. The carcass was emaciated upon presentation. The main gross lesion was characterized by severe serous atrophy of the fat tissues of the coronary and left ventricular grooves, resulting in the transformation of the fat to a gelatinous material. The rumen was fully distended with food, while the abomasum evidenced mucosal corrugation with slight congestion. Microscopic examination revealed the presence of Balantidium coli trophozoites within the lymphatic ducts of the gastric lymph node and the abdominal submucosa. On rare occasions, these organisms may invade extra-intestinal organs, in this case the gastric lymph nodes and abomasum.  相似文献

为研究冷应激对阿勒泰羊脂蛋白脂酶(lipoprotein lipase,LPL)mRNA表达的影响,试验分别采集冷应激前与冷应激后阿勒泰羊6个部位的组织,采用实时荧光定量PCR方法检测各组织中LPL mRNA的表达水平,分析其在不同部位中表达的变化.结果显示,阿勒泰羊LPL mRNA表达量在冷应激后显著或极显著升高(P<0.05;P<0.01),其中颈部肌间脂肪和尾部脂肪冷应激后表达量最高.表明阿勒泰羊在低温下脂肪组织的动员能力较强,使机体产热增加,以抵抗冷应激.  相似文献
