酵母培养物在育肥猪中应用效果   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
为研究酵母培养物(YC)在育肥猪中的应用效果,选取90头健康的、体重约为60 kg的杜×长×大三元杂交猪,将其随机分为两组,每组45头。用猪场常规饲粮喂第1组(对照组)猪;在第2组(试验组)猪饲粮中添加加YC,并对其他原料比例适当调整,使2组饲粮主要养分含量相似。饲养试验周期60 d。结果表明:(1)试验组猪日均增重较对照组提高了11.84%(P0.05),饲料转化率提高3.58%(P0.05)。(2)试验组猪血糖较对照组增加了41.96%(P0.01),血清总抗氧化能力提高了17.21%(P0.01),血清谷丙转氨酶活性降低了15.05%(P0.01),血清谷草转氨酶活性降低了21.13%(P0.01),血清尿素氮减少了5.49%(P0.05),血清丙二醛降低了8.72%(P0.05)。(3)试验组猪背最长肌、肝中总超氧化物歧化酶活性较对照组分别提高了23.58%(P0.05)、6.23%(P0.05),肝中丙二醛降低了6.03%(P0.05),背最长肌滴水损失量降低了44.41%(P0.01),背最长肌亮度(L*)提高了3.57%(P0.05)。基于试验结果推断,YC可促进育肥猪生长,提高饲料转化率,改善猪体营养生化代谢,增强组织细胞稳定性,提高猪体抗氧化能力和猪肉保健价值。  相似文献

The polyphagous B-biotype of Bemisia tabaci (Gennadius) has demonstrated a high capacity to adapt to numerous hosts from diverse plant families. To illustrate induced responses by the host plant, biochemical research on eight plant-insect interaction correlative enzymes, representing detoxifying, antioxidant and digestive pathways, were investigated. Transferring whitefly adults to Zhongmian 23 from the pre-adapted host Zhongmian 41 induced activities of carboxylesterase (by 1.80-fold), glutathione S-transferase (by 3.79-fold), proteinase (by 1.62-fold) and amylase (by 2.41-fold) activities, but decreased polyphenol oxidase (by 1.89-fold) and peroxidase (by 1.88-fold). However, transferring whitefly adults to the favorite host abutilon from Zhongmian 41 was associated with increased activities of cytochrome P450 monooxygenase (by 1.61-fold) and amylase (by 1.42-fold), and decreased activities of polyphenol oxidase (by 2.96-fold) and peroxidase (by 2.07-fold). Our results, together with previous studies, proved that multiple pathways are involved in coping with host shifts by polyphagous herbivores, and the taxonomic status and preference of the host transferred would affect which pathway would be induced. These results would represent a key challenge in developing long-term sustainable insect control strategies.  相似文献

以戊二醛法制备BursinKLH,免疫BALB/c小鼠,取脾细胞,以PEG为融合剂,与SP2融合,用间接ELISA法筛选出与Bursin-BSA结合、不与BSA结合的2F9-4克隆株,经鉴定,抗体属性为IgM,K轻链。水溶性Bursin可阻抑2F9-4对鸡法氏囊的反应,切片标本经PBS处理,反应性消失,免疫组织化学染色于法氏囊上获得特征性阳性结果。  相似文献

考察饲粮中添加0.3%天然植物提取物对杜长大仔猪生长性能、肠道菌群、血清生化指标和免疫功能的影响。结果表明,与添加常规抗生素添加剂CSP-250的对照相比,仔猪日粮中添加0.3%天然植物提取物,使仔猪的日增重和饲料转化率分别提高了10.50%(P<0.05)和6.03%(P<0.05);使仔猪盲肠内双歧杆菌数、乳酸杆菌数分别增加了69.65%(P<0.05)和29.69%(P<0.05),大肠杆菌数和梭菌数分别下降84.38%(P<0.05)和58.07%(P<0.05)。使仔猪血清TP、GLO、CHO和TG3含量,分别增加了13.74%(P<0.05)、35.79%(P<0.05)、19.64%(P<0.05)和22.35%(P<0.05);使仔猪血液中的cAMPc、GMP含量分别提高了164.07%(P<0.05)、69.43%(P<0.05),使cAMP/cGMP比值提高了55.80%(P<0.05);使血清IgG和IgM水平分别提高了23.75%(P<0.05)和25.04%(P<0.05);使C3、C4水平分别提高了12.16%(P<0.05)和13.51%(P<0.05);使白细胞数量增加了46.31%(P<0.05),其中单核细胞、淋巴细胞、嗜酸性细胞和嗜中性细胞分别增加了80.79%(P<0.05)、76.60%(P<0.05)4、40.00%(P<0.05)和28.02%(P<0.05)。  相似文献

采用四氧嘧啶诱发小鼠高血糖,观察苦瓜水煎液对高血糖模型小鼠血糖的影响.结果表明,051-15(大顶苦瓜×长身苦瓜)、051-1(大顶苦瓜×大顶苦瓜)、051-14(大顶苦瓜×长身苦瓜)、051-6(大顶苦瓜)、黑珍珠(刺瘤苦瓜)、社引苦瓜(长身苦瓜)6个品种苦瓜对小鼠血糖值影响不同.其中051-1苦瓜对小鼠血糖值的影响与用苦瓜液前比较,降低50.12%(P<0.01),与模型组比较,降低34.71%(P<0.01),饮水量降低63.59%(P<0.05);其次是051-15苦瓜,其小鼠血糖值与用苦瓜液前比较降低40.81%(P<0.01),与模型组比较,降低22.47%(P<0.01),饮水量降低57.92%(P<0.05).可见,051-1及051-15杂交苦瓜降糖效果最佳,并有相对减少小鼠饮水量的作用.  相似文献

It is shown by angle-resolved x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy that cavitands derived from resorcin[4]arenes provided with four dialkylsulfide chains form stable monolayers on gold surfaces that are well organized by self-assembly. The cavitand headgroups at the surface of the resorcin[4]arene monolayer act as molecular recognition sites for small organic molecules with remarkable selectivity for perchloroethylene (C(2)Cl(4)). Comparative thermal desorption experiments indicate binding sites with high interaction energies of C(2)Cl(4) at the surface of the resorcin[4]arene monolayers. Fast and reversible "host-guest" interactions were found by the monitoring of extremely small mass changes (in the nanogram range) with a quartz microbalance oscillator provided with gold electrodes coated by resorcin[4]arene monolayers.  相似文献

The fluorescent dye 1,8-anilinonaphthalenesulfonate competed with thyroxine for binding to thyroxine-binding globulin. Fluorescence analysis indicated that the dye bound to the globulin in a molar ratio of 1:1 and with an association constant (at 23 degrees C) of 4.19 x10(6)M(-1), and that thyroxine bound to the globulin in a molar ratio of 1:1 and with an association constant (at 23 degrees C) of 2.35x10(10)M(-1). Displacement of globulin-bound dye by thyroxine was shown by fluorescence quenching, and displacement of globulin-bound thyroxine by dye was demonstrated by ultrafiltration.  相似文献

[Objective] The aim was to explore a suitable cultivation approach for cas- sava in Hunan province. [Method] With SC9 (Southern China 9) as test materials, the test included four treatment methods, as follows: control group by traditional cultivation with crops uncovered (CK), treatment 1 by traditional cultivation with mulch coverage, treatment 2 by powder ridge cultivation with crops uncovered, and treatment 3 by powder ridge cultivation with mulch coverage. Water and fertilizer managements were kept the same. [Result] Compared with traditional cultivation (CK), the treatment by powder ridge cultivation with mulch coverage performed bet- ter. Specifically, yield per unit area reached 44 790 kg/hm2, increasing by 86.38% (20 760 kg/hm2) than that of control; starch content grew by 17.24%. The cultivation method considerably improved cassava yield and quality. [Conclusion] Powder ridge cultivation with mulch coverage is a cultivation approach suitable for cassava in Hu- nan province.  相似文献

利用可精确控制水分条件的水肥平衡场,在不同水肥耦合处理的条件下,分析了水肥耦合对春小麦生殖生长期群体叶面积及产量的影响。结果表明:在灌溉条件下,无机肥增施有机肥处理叶面积指数(LAI)较无肥和仅施用无机肥处理分别增加76.9%和45.5%,叶面积持续期(LAD)分别延长85.9%和53.5%,光能利用率分别提高51.4%和26.2%,产量分别提高38.3%和20.4%;在非灌溉条件下,无机肥增施有机肥处理叶面积指数(AI)较无肥和仅施用无机肥处理分别增加59.6%和7.1%,叶面积持续期(LAD)分别延长56.3%和9.5%,光能利用率分别提高46.9%和11.9%,产量分别提高28.4%和4.1%。增施有机肥对提高产量的促进作用明显。  相似文献

建立了水产品中阿维菌素残留量的固相萃取一高效液相色谱荧光分析法.样品用乙腈提取,碱性氧化铝SPE柱净化,N-甲基咪唑(NMIM)和三氟乙酸酐(TFAA)的乙腈溶液衍生化,衍生物用高效液相色谱分析,激发波长为365 nm,发射波长475 nm.该方法下阿维菌素在1.0~100.0 μg/L范围内呈线性关系,相关系数为r=O.999 9,加标回收率在80.28%~98.46%之间,变异系数为2.86%~9.68%,检测限为0.1旭:μg/kg.  相似文献

影响绵羊、山羊超数排卵及胚胎移植效果因素分析   总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6  
在生产条件下,对3个优良品种的127只绵羊(道塞特47只、萨福克49只、杜泊31只)和111只波尔山羊供体使用不同国别生产的促卵泡素(FSH)实施超数排卵处理,然后对1231只小尾寒羊和奶山羊受体实施不同方法的胚胎移植,旨在筛选出切合于生产实际成本低、效率高的超数排卵和胚胎移植方案。实验结果表明,使用新西兰产FSH对波尔山羊超数排卵后平均获得可用胚胎14枚/只,显著高于澳大利亚产FSH效果(平均7.59枚/只)(P〈0.05).而中国科学院产FSH的超排效果(平均10.38枚/只)与新西兰产无显著性差异(P〉0.05);进一步采用中国科学院产和新西兰产FSH分别对道塞特、萨福克和杜泊3个品种绵羊实施超数排卵结果,获得平均可用胚胎数均无显著性差异(P〉0.05);使用腹腔内窥镜法和常规手术法胚胎移植结果表明,移植妊娠率分别为57.44%和60.20%.2种方法间无显著性差异(P〉0.05)。由于中国科学院产FSH价格便宜,而腹腔内窥镜法胚胎移植可大大缩短操作时间,两者结合可降低成本、提高效率,适宜羊胚胎移植产业化应用。  相似文献

To compare the helper activities of different avian viruses for propagation of recombinant avian adeno-associated virus (rAAAV), AAV-293 cells were cotransfected with the AAAV vector pAITR-GFP containing green fluorescent protein (GFP) gene, the AAAV helper vector pcDNA-ARC expressing the rep and cap genes, and the adenovirus helper vector pHelper expressing Ad5 E2A, E4, and VA-RNA genes. Chicken embryonic fibroblast (CEF) or chicken embryonic liver (CEL) cells were cotransfected with the AAAV vector and the AAAV helper vector, followed by infection with Marek's disease virus (MDV), avian adenovirus, chicken embryo lethal orphan (CELO) virus or infectious bursal disease virus (IBDV). Infectious rAAAV particles generated by the two strategies were harvested and titrated on CEF and CEL cells. A significantly higher viral titer was obtained with the helper activity provided by the pHelper vector than by MDV or CELO virus. Further experiments showed that rAAAV-mediated green fluorescent protein (gfp) expression was overtly enhanced by MDV or CELO virus super infection or treatment with sodium butyric acid, but not by IBDV super infection. These data demonstrated that MDV and CELO viruses could provide weak helper activity for propagation of rAAAV, and rAAAV- mediated transgene expression could be enhanced by super infection with the helper viruses.  相似文献

【目的】明确降水条件下生物炭对红壤理化性状的影响。【方法】采用室内模拟降水的方法,将以花生壳为原料在400℃热解制备的生物炭施入红壤,在气温25-30℃、单次降水量20 mm条件下进行连续试验约20 d,分析生物炭对施肥和未施肥红壤的速效钾(SAK)、速效磷(SAP)、铵态氮(SAN)、硝态氮(SAN)、有机碳(SOC)、活性铝(SAA)以及pH值在降水前后的变化。共设8个试验处理:未施肥+未施C(CK)、未施肥+1%生物炭(C1)、未施肥+2%生物炭(C2)、未施肥+3%生物炭(C3);施肥+未施C(F)、施肥+1%生物炭(FC1)、施肥+2%生物炭(FC2)、施肥+3%生物炭(FC3)。施肥土壤施用KH2PO4 0.14 g·kg-1、KNO3 0.51 g·kg-1、NH4NO3 0.80 g·kg-1和Ca(NO3)2 0.95 g·kg-1。【结果】施用生物炭的红壤,其速效钾、速效磷、硝态氮、铵态氮、活性铝、有机质和pH等指标在降水后均有较大变化,且不同生物炭用量对红壤理化性质的影响存在较大差异。施用3%生物炭时,土壤理化性质在降水前后变化最为显著,C3处理的pH值比CK处理提高了0.60个单位,速效钾的下降幅度比CK少9.5%,速效磷、硝态氮的下降幅度分别比CK高出33.2%和40.5%,有机碳和铵态氮则没有明显变化,活性铝下降了91.1%。而降水后FC3处理的pH值比F处理提高了1.09个单位,速效钾的下降幅度比对照少10.3%,速效磷和硝态氮的下降幅度分别比F处理高23.4%和21.9%,有机碳和铵态氮的增幅分别比F处理高23.6%和5.4%,活性铝下降了94.8%。【结论】在降水条件下,生物炭有利于酸性红壤保持适宜的速效钾含量,提高土壤pH值和有机碳含量,以及能大幅降低土壤活性铝浓度,且对施肥后酸性红壤理化性质的影响更明显。  相似文献

 【目的】探讨西瓜与旱作水稻间作减缓西瓜连作障碍的可行性,并从微生物多样性与连作障碍关系角度阐释该方法的作用机理。【方法】盆栽方法研究西瓜与旱作水稻间作改善西瓜连作障碍的效果,传统微生物计数及磷脂脂肪酸(PLFA)法研究西瓜根际土壤微生物区系。【结果】西瓜连作土壤上单作西瓜其枯萎病发病率为 66.7%,死亡率为44.4%,与旱作水稻间作后西瓜生长正常。西瓜定植30 d后,间作处理西瓜根际的尖孢镰刀菌数量显著低于单作;50 d后,间作西瓜根际土中的真菌数量显著低于单作,而细菌、放线菌及总微生物数量均显著高于单作。磷脂脂肪酸(PLFA)法分析土壤微生物多样性发现,单作处理的西瓜根际土壤中真菌数量较多,细菌数量较少,而且主要是革兰氏阳性菌,而间作西瓜根际则含有较多的革兰氏阳性菌、革兰氏阴性菌和放线菌。间作处理西瓜体内的丙二醛(MDA)含量及保护性酶类如根系及叶片中的过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)和根系中的苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)活性均显著低于单作西瓜。【结论】西瓜与旱作水稻间作条件下西瓜根际尖孢镰刀菌数量显著降低,根际微生物区系向细菌与放线菌占主导的趋势发展,有效防止了西瓜枯萎病的发生,改善了西瓜连作障碍。  相似文献

[目的]分析遵义朝天椒部分成分,初步寻找其优势指标。[方法]采用经典的BCA法测定蛋白质含量,菲咯啉显色法测定维生素C含量,C-ELISA法测定辣椒素含量,有机溶剂法(GB10783-1996)测定红色素含量,高效气相色谱法测定农药残留(有机磷、有机氯、拟除虫菊酯),钼蓝比色法测定磷含量,原子荧光光度计法测定铅、硒含量,原子吸收光谱法测定锌、铁、钙含量。[结果]遵椒2号的蛋白质、维生素C、铁含量最高(P〈0.05)。遵椒(1、2、3号)的锌含量均高于韩国椒(理想单生、朝天王)(P〈0.05)。遵椒(1、2、3号)的辣椒素含量均低于韩国椒(理想单生、朝天王)(P〈0.05)。样品农药残留均符合国标要求。[结论]遵椒2号是极具营养优势的品种;富含锌是遵义朝天椒(1、2、3号)的优势。  相似文献

以尿素、硫酸铵和硝酸钙为氮源,分别在基肥和追肥中选择不同氮肥施用,确定不同氮肥配施对马铃薯块茎形成和发育的影响。结果表明,与单施尿素相比,配施硫酸铵或硝酸钙可不同程度促进块茎形成和发育。其中,硫酸铵作基肥施用块茎总产量分别增加16.7%(2016年)和33.5%(2017年)(P0.05),商品薯产量增加20.1%(2016年)和40.7%(2017年)(P0.05);而硝酸钙作追肥施用块茎总产量增加10.4%(2016年)和26.2%(2017年)(P0.05),商品薯产量增加15.0%(2016年)和32.8%(2017年)(P0.05)。  相似文献

Catalytic hydrolysis of vasoactive intestinal peptide by human autoantibody   总被引:11,自引:0,他引:11  
Vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP) labeled with 125I, [Tyr10-125I]VIP, can be hydrolyzed by immunoglobulin G (IgG) purified from a human subject, as judged by trichloroacetic acid precipitation and reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The hydrolytic activity was precipitated by antibody to human IgG, it was bound by immobilized protein G and showed a molecular mass close to 150 kilodaltons by gel filtration chromatography, properties similar to those of authentic IgG. The Fab fragment, prepared from IgG by papain treatment, retained the VIP hydrolytic activity of the IgG. Peptide fragments produced by treatment of VIP with the antibody fraction were purified by reversed-phase HPLC and identified by fast atom bombardment-mass spectrometry and peptide sequencing. The scissile bond in VIP deduced from these experiments was Gln16-Met17. The antibody concentration (73.4 fmol per milligram of IgG) and the Kd (0.4 nM) were computed from analysis of VIP binding under conditions that did not result in peptide hydrolysis. Analysis of the antibody-mediated VIP hydrolysis at varying concentrations of substrate suggested conformity with Michaelis-Menton kinetics (Km). The values for Km (37.9 X 10(-9) M) and the turnover number kcat (15.6 min-1) suggested relatively tight VIP binding and a moderate catalytic efficiency of the antibody.  相似文献

采用ICR纯系小鼠为试验动物,对新中成药擦剂神峰精进行消炎镇痛药理试验.结果显示:神蜂精局部外用对角叉菜胶皮下注射诱发的急性炎症模型抑制率为13.92%,超过阳性激素药氯氟舒松软膏的抑制率8.73%(P<0.05;对巴豆油局部刺激诱发的急性炎症性水肿抑制率达44.32%,与阳性对照药氯氟舒松软膏的抑制率46.79%相返对皮下注射甲醛诱发的亚急性炎症抑制率为29.36%,而阳性对照药氯氟舒松软膏抑制率为42.63%;神蜂精局部外用对埋棉球所诱发的皮下慢性肉肿形成的抑制率为24.97%,而皮下注射的阳性对照药氢化可的松抑制率为35.91%;对皮下注射角叉菜胶诱发的疼痛反应,外涂神蜂精对疼痛反应抑制率为45.31%,与阳性对照药氯氟舒松软膏的抑制率49.17%相近.试验结果提示,神蜂精具有很好的消炎镇痛作用,其应用前途广泛.  相似文献

以L-氨基酸为手性源,合成了多种具有C2-对称的手性双-S-2-(咪唑-1-基)脂肪酰二胺并且进行了结构表征。在碱性条件下,L-氨基酸和乙二醛、甲醛经过缩合反应生成了(S)-2-(咪唑-1-基)羧酸钠,与甲醇作用转化为甲酯后继与二胺进行胺解反应制得目标分子。这些化合物可进一步合成新型手性咪唑鎓环蕃或进行配位络合、分子识别等研究。  相似文献

垄沟集雨种植对旱作紫花苜蓿生长特性及品质的影响   总被引:8,自引:1,他引:7  
 【目的】垄沟覆膜种植紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa L.),为年降水量250—350 mm的中国西北黄土高原区旱作紫花苜蓿的种植提供理论依据。【方法】试验设置膜垄和土垄集雨处理,垄为集雨区,沟为种植区,研究不同沟垄宽比和覆盖方式对旱作紫花苜蓿生长及其品质的影响,并确定最优的集雨处理。【结果】各指标值反映出,膜垄处理明显优于土垄处理;所有处理中以MR60(覆膜处理,沟垄宽比为60 cm﹕60 cm)表现最优,出苗率、成苗率和越冬率分别较对照(平作,CK)提高16.01%、16.03%和18.25%,生长速度和再生速度分别较CK提高65.30%、56.41%,生长高度、分枝数和干草产量分别较CK提高65.12%、29.04%和238.20%,茎叶比较CK降低22.45%,粗蛋白(crude protein,CP)和粗脂肪(crude extract,EE)含量分别较CK提高29.82%、9.31%,粗灰分(crude ash,CA)含量较CK降低14.54%,粗纤维(crude fiber,CF)含量与CK差异不显著。【结论】在试验地区及其相似地区采用垄覆膜沟覆秸秆集雨种植紫花苜蓿,可以促进苜蓿出苗和成苗,提高苜蓿越冬率,促进苜蓿生长,显著提高苜蓿干草产量的同时有效改善干草的品质,最终实现高产、优质的双重目标。  相似文献
