Medical records of 142 dairy cows with clinical mastitis were examined to determine whether hematologic or serum biochemical results could be used to distinguish between mastitis episodes caused by gram-negative bacteria (n = 78) from those caused by gram-positive bacteria (n = 64). Signalment, historic information, hematologic and serum biochemical results, milk culture results, and outcome (discharged from hospital or died) were obtained from the medical records. Cows with gram-negative mastitis had significantly (P < .01) lower blood leukocyte, segmented neutrophil, monocyte, and lymphocyte counts and had higher blood hemoglobin concentrations and hematocrits than did cows with gram-positive mastitis. Serum urea nitrogen was the only serum biochemical result associated with pathogen type, and it was higher in cows with gram-negative mastitis than in those with gram-positive mastitis. Mortality rate (25% overall) did not differ between groups. Logistic regression indicated that routine hematologic analysis (segmented neutrophil count, monocyte count, and hemoglobin concentration) was an accurate predictor of gram-negative mastitis, with a sensitivity of .93, a specificity of .89, and an overall accuracy of 91%. The values for sensitivity and specificity were higher than those previously reported for clinical tests differentiating mastitis episodes caused by gram-negative bacteria from those caused by gram-positive bacteria. Our results indicate that routine hematologic analysis is useful for predicting pathogen type in dairy cows with clinical mastitis, thereby facilitating treatment decisions.  相似文献

乳房炎作为全球性奶牛养殖业的重要疾病,因对社会经济、养殖行业和人类健康的巨大影响使人们从发病机理、疾病诊断、预防等方面对其进行了不断的研究与探讨。作者立足于前期尤其是近几年的研究文献,以引起奶牛乳房炎的重要原因——病原菌为中心展开,探讨其感染类型、奶牛与病原菌及病原菌相互之间的关系。奶牛乳房炎是由包括病原菌的侵袭及宿主奶牛自身抵抗力等多种因素共同作用导致,乳腺对病原菌的入侵应答能力,病原与病原之间或促进或抑制都对其发生产生影响。金黄色葡萄球菌是公认的奶牛乳房炎的主要传染性病原菌,其独特的生物学特性使得其在体内难以治疗,并且耐药性普遍存在;无乳链球菌是环境性还是传染性病原尚有争议,在中国感染率较高,对大部分抗生素仍旧敏感,相对于其他病原菌治愈率较高,畜群清除容易;大肠埃希氏菌被作为环境性病原体,乳房炎感染的分离率仍较高,抗生素治疗结果还有待商榷,耐药性普遍存在并增强;牛支原体近十年的感染率有所上升,在国内外都是严重的乳房炎致病因素,治疗效果不佳,且耐药性正在增强,疫苗开发困难。文章对上述几种主要病原菌的流行、危害与防治等研究进行综述,以期为奶牛生产管理和科学研究方面提供参考。  相似文献

本研究对山东省济南、泰安、临沂三地区共386份乳房炎奶样进行了真菌的分离鉴定与流行情况调查。经鉴定其病原为白色念珠菌。调查结果表明真菌性乳房炎在不同地区均有发生。个体养殖户奶牛奶样的真菌阳性率(19.3%)明显高于规模化养殖场(7.62%);临床型乳房炎的真菌阳性率(13.11%)高于隐型乳房炎(3.75%)。本文的调查结果为更好地了解真菌在我国奶牛业的感染情况和采取有效的防治措施提供了一定的依据。  相似文献

Abstract

A database containing pathogen-specific information on mastitis has been established in Finland. The data consist of the results from routine milk samples collected from clinical and subclinical mastitis and submitted to laboratories all over the country. In the database, bacteriological information has been recorded on an individual cow basis. A total of 77,051 pathogen records submitted to the database from 1 January 2004 to 1 January 2006 were retrieved for this preliminary report of pathogen distribution. Staphylococcus aureus (18.26% and 17.73%) and coagulase negative staphylococci (CNS) (17.57% and 23.51%) were the most frequently isolated pathogens from the milk samples. Seasonal and regional differences in pathogen distribution were also found. The pathogen information is primarily used for targeting the antimicrobial treatment of the cow, but also for designing specific mastitis control strategies for the herds. Pathogen data can also be useful for national mastitis control programmes and breeding programmes of dairy cattle for the selection of more resistant animals.  相似文献

The aims of this study were to investigate the presence of genetic variation for susceptibility to pathogen-specific mastitis and to examine whether haplotypes of an identified quantitative trait locus with effect on unspecific mastitis resistance had different effects on specific mastitis pathogens. Bacteriological data on mastitis pathogens were obtained from the diagnostic laboratory at the Swedish National Veterinary Institute. The data were mainly from subclinical cases of mastitis but also clinical cases were included. Variance components were estimated for incidence of the six most frequent pathogens using Markov Chain Monte Carlo methodology via Gibbs sampling. Genetic variation for susceptibility to pathogen-specific mastitis was higher compared to estimates of general resistance to clinical mastitis in most other studies. However, because of the non-random nature of data collection, comparisons to other studies should be made by caution. The effect of haplotype on the risk of being infected by a given mastitis pathogen, relative to other pathogens, was studied using an allele substitution model. Although there were no significant haplotype substitution effects on the resistance to any of the six mastitis pathogens, there was a significant difference between the effects of two of the haplotypes regarding the risk of acquiring a Streptococcus dysgalactiae infection.  相似文献

AIM: To assess the effect of applying an external teat sealant or a slow-release intraruminal monensin capsule pre-calving on the prevalence and incidence of subclinical or clinical mastitis in dairy heifers post-calving. METHODS: The studies were undertaken in 13 herds. In two herds application of an external teat sealant was compared with a negative control; in nine herds treatment with monensin was compared with controls, and in two herds treatments were applied in a 2 x 2 factorial design. Heifers were randomly assigned within herd to be treated with a slow-release intraruminal device containing 32 g monensin (n=383), or left as untreated controls (n=389), approximately 30 days before the start of the spring calving period; or to be treated with a latex external teat sealant (n=206) when calving was impending, or be left as untreated controls (n=205). Milk samples were collected from each gland between 0 and 5 days after calving and from any gland diagnosed with clinical mastitis. The effect of the treatments on the prevalence of intramammary infection (IMI), i.e. subclinical mastitis, and clinical mastitis were initially analysed at the univariate level, with associated variables (p<0.2) being used in construction of multivariable models. RESULTS: The prevalence of IMI was 18.4% at the gland level, and coagulase-negative staphylococci followed by Streptococcus uberis were the most common isolates. Treatment with an external teat sealant reduced the prevalence, compared with controls, of any IMI (12.1 (SE 1.7)% vs 16.5 (SE 2.1)%, respectively; p=0.05) or IMI caused by a major pathogen (3.8 (SE 0.8)% vs 6.0 (SE 1.1)%, respectively; p=0.05). Monensin treatment did not affect the prevalence of any IMI (p=0.68) or IMI due to a major pathogen (p=0.11). The cumulative incidence of clinical mastitis was 14.2%. Neither monensin treatment (p=0.47) nor application of an external teat sealant (p=0.71) altered the risk of clinical mastitis. There was no interaction between the monensin and external teat sealant in the two herds where the treatments were applied in a 2 x 2 factorial design. CONCLUSIONS: Application of an external teat sealant resulted in a lower prevalence of any IMI and of an IMI caused by a major pathogen. Despite monensin reducing the mobilisation of body tissue and the risk of subclinical ketosis, it had no effect on the prevalence or incidence of IMI or clinical mastitis. CLINICAL RELEVANCE: Application of an external teat sealant is an option for reducing the prevalence of IMI in pasture fed dairy heifers.  相似文献

A within herd comparison of teat dipping and dry cow therapy (full treatment) with only selective dry cow therapy (partial treatment) was carried out in six commercial dairy herds for a two year period. In four herds, the incidence of clinical mastitis was 2 to 12 per cent higher in the partial treatment group. In another herd, in which the pattern of clinical mastitis isolates was unusual in that minor pathogens were isolated from 30 per cent of mastitis cases, the incidence was 43 per cent higher in the partial treatment group. In the remaining herd the incidence was 10 percent higher in the full treatment group. Streptococcus uberis mastitis was more common in the partial treatment groups of five herds; coliform mastitis was more common in the full treatment groups of two herds and similar in both groups in the other herds. High rates of coliform mastitis were associated with poor herd environmental conditions but this was not true for Strep uberis mastitis. Rates of staphylococcus aureus and Strep dysgalactiae mastitis were low in all herds. The level of major pathogen infection in cows completing the trial in all herds increased in the partial treatment group from 5 per cent of quarters at the start to 12 per cent at the finish of the trial. In the full treatment group, however, there was only a small increase in this level. In contrast, levels of Corynebacterium bovis infection increased by 17 per cent in both treatment groups. Continued use of teat dipping and dry cow therapy was associated with a higher rate of coliform mastitis in two of the three herds where there were poor standards of hygiene and husbandry.  相似文献

AIM: To compare the proportions of clinical and bacteriological cure of glands of dairy cows diagnosed with clinical mastitis, following treatment with one of three different intramammary antibiotic preparations. METHODS: Cows from dairy cow herds (n=28) across New Zealand which were diagnosed with clinical mastitis in one or more glands at any stage of lactation were randomly assigned at the cow level within sequentially presented groups of three animals to be treated with one of three intramammary antibiotics. The treatments were 1 g procaine penicillin, 0.25 g cefuroxime, and a combination of 1 g procaine penicillin and 0.5 g dihydrostreptomycin (DHS). All treatments were infused on three occasions at 12-hourly intervals. Duplicate milk samples were collected for bacteriology before initial treatment, and 21-42 days later. Logistic regression or generalised linear mixed models were used to analyse the proportion of cows or quarters retreated for mastitis within 30 days of initial treatment ('clinical treatment failure'), and the proportion of glands from which bacteria were isolated initially but from which the same bacterial species was not re-isolated ('bacteriological cure'). RESULTS: The annual herd average cumulative incidence rate of clinical mastitis was 12.7 cases/100 cows. The incidence rate was higher in young (2-year-old) and old (> or = 9-year-old) cows relative to 3- and 4-year-old cows, and was higher in Friesian than Jersey or crossbred cows. Streptococcus uberis was the pathogen most commonly isolated, and its relative prevalence declined with time postpartum. Cows treated with cefuroxime were more likely (p<0.01) to be re-treated for clinical mastitis in the 30 days after initial treatment than cows treated with procaine penicillin or procaine penicillin and DHS. Bacteriological cure occurred in 74% of treated glands and there was no difference in the proportion of cures among the treatments (p=0.4). The proportion of cures was lower when treatment occurred 28-72 days after calving (p<0.01) and if a major pathogen was isolated (p<0.001). CONCLUSIONS AND CLINICAL RELEVANCE: There was no benefit in terms of clinical or bacteriological cure rate in treating clinical mastitis cases with the combination of procaine penicillin and DHS compared to treatment with procaine penicillin alone. The proportion of clinical mastitis cases re-treated differed among herds, and more cows treated with cefuroxime were retreated within 30 days of initial treatment. However, the bacteriological cure proportion was the same among the treatments. Cure proportions were lower in cows from which major mastitis pathogens were isolated and when treatment commenced 28-72 days after calving.  相似文献

本试验选取新疆垦区七个试验牛场,临床调查和试剂诊断,检测奶牛712头,采集奶牛乳房炎阳性乳样314份。其中,奶牛隐性乳房炎阳性检出率平均为36.3%,临床性奶牛乳房炎为16.7%;采集阳性奶样经试验分离鉴定,革兰氏阳性菌仍是引起奶牛乳房炎的主要致病菌,但金色葡萄球菌已基本取代链球菌成为主要的致病菌,其检出率为78.98%。另外,常见环境性致病菌如沙门氏菌、大肠杆菌已明显减少,检出率仅为21.1%和9.24%。相反,绿脓杆菌和蜡样芽孢杆菌的检出率明显增加,其检出率为5.41%和11.15%,而且绿脓杆菌和隐球菌已经成为引起临床性乳房炎爆发的两种新的病原,其中隐球菌已经成为造成顽固性乳房炎的又一种新型病原。  相似文献

This report was delineated to study the clinical, bacteriological and therapeutic aspects concerned with acute coliform mastitis in buffaloes. Bacteriological examination of 80 quarter milk samples obtained aseptically from 56 buffaloes with acute mastitis revealed that coliform bacteria was the most common pathogen (45 cases) followed by Staphylococcus aureus (seven cases) then Streptococcus uberis (three cases), and Streptococcus agalactiae (one case). Clinically, hotness, swelling and painful reaction with serous excretion containing clots was recorded in buffaloes with coliform mastitis. The efficacy of ceftiofur was evaluated in the treatment of buffaloes with acute coliform mastitis. Parenteral ceftiofur neither improved clinical signs nor returned milk to pre-infection production level, whereas intramammary ceftiofur and combination of intramammary with parenteral ceftiofur improved the clinical signs in 10/15 and 12/15 buffaloes, respectively. On quarter level, 3/17, 12/17 and 15/21 quarters recovered in groups received parenteral, intramammary and combination therapy, respectively. This study demonstrates that systemic ceftofur is not effective in the treatment of clinical coliform mastitis in buffaloes.  相似文献

Intramammary infections of dairy cows with Gram-positive bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus (major cause of mastitis) have received a lot of attention because of their major economic impact on the dairy farm through production losses induced by an increase in somatic cell count. Management strategies, including greater awareness for efficient milking and hygienic measures, have limited the spread of Gram-positive bacteria and resulted in a significant decrease of proportion of S. aureus isolates and subclinical mastitis worldwide. Other organisms such as coliform subspecies and Streptococcus uberis, both environmental bacteria that cause clinical mastitis, have received less attention. Escherichia coli causes inflammation of the mammary gland in dairy cows around parturition and during early lactation with striking local and sometimes severe systemic clinical symptoms. This disease affects many high producing cows in dairy herds and may cause several cases of death per year in the most severe cases. It is well known that bacterial, cow and environmental factors are interdependent and influence mastitis susceptibility. Many studies, executed during the last decade, indicate that the severity of E. coli mastitis is mainly determined by cow factors rather than by E. coli pathogenicity. During E. coli mastitis, the host defense status is a cardinal factor determining the outcome of the disease. Today, we know that the neutrophil is a key factor in the cows' defense against intramammary infection with E. coli. Effective elimination of the pathogen by neutrophils is important for the resolution of infection and the outcome of E. coli mastitis. This review is a compilation of some major findings over the last 15 years concerning mainly host factors that modulate and influence neutrophil function and the mammary inflammatory reaction. The individual chapters address: virulence factors of E. coli strains, how neutrophils kill E. coli, connection between endotoxins, tumor necrosis factor-alpha and nitric oxide, severity classification of E. coli mastitis, lifespan of neutrophils, host factors that influence severity, tissue damage and production loss.  相似文献

Lactoferrin, lysozyme and the lactoperoxidase-thiocyanate-peroxide-system are naturally occurring antimicrobial components of milk. The objective of this study was to examine, whether these components were responsible for negative results, when mastitis milk is cultured microbiologically. Quarter milk samples from 75 cows with clinical mastitis on a dairy farm in Brandenburg were submitted for microbiological culture and analysed for the content and the activities of the three components. Animals from all stages of lactation with clinical mastitis were included in the study. Animals were examined clinically and milk samples were collected prior to first treatment. Secretions from quarters with clinical mastitis were compared to those of neighbouring quarters without clinical mastitis. Secretions with positive cultural results were compared to those with negative results. The concentrations or activities of the three factors were significantly higher in the diseased quarters than in the quarters without clinical signs of mastitis. The concentration of lysozyme increased with severity of the clinical signs (local swelling and changes in secretion). The concentration of lactoferrin was significantly higher in quarters with slight alterations of glandular tissue than in quarters with medium or severe alterations (P < 0.05). LPS-activities did not correlate with the severity of clinical signs. No differences in the concentration of lactoferrin or LPS-activities were seen between mastitis with positive and negative culture results. The concentration of lysozyme was even higher in culturally positive samples than in negative samples (P < 0.05). Results from this study indicate that the three factors examined did not impair the results of microbiological culture of milk samples from quarters with clinical mastitis.  相似文献

Three experiments were conducted to evaluate four different Petrifllm products (3M, Neuss) for detection of mastitis pathogens in quarter and bulk milk samples, comparing them to the results of standard microbiological techniques. The aim of experiment 1 was to determine the sensitivity of 3M Rapid Coliform Count Plate in identifying clinical mastitis cases caused by coliform bacteria. Within 12 h of incubation, three times more coliform bacteria could be identified with Petrifilm than with the standard technique. For a valid result, milk samples must be free of contamination. Experiment 2 focused on whether Petrifilm was able to monitor S. aureus on bulk milk level in herds being infected with this pathogen. In relation to the gold standard (combination of both procedures (standard and Petrifilm, prevalence 52%), sensitivity for the standard procedure amounted to 15.4% and to 94% for Petrifilm. In Experiment 3 the combination of several Petrifilm (RUEGG, 2004) was compared with the standard diagnostic technique (gold standard). Sensitivity of the Petrifilm method approached the assumed gold standard to 43% and specificity to 29%. The positive predictive value of 28% showed that both procedures are not directly comparable with each other. Due to the definition of a gold standard, the weaknesses of the classical technique can be interpreted as a disadvantage of the Petrifilm procedure. The strength of the available Petrifilm as mastitis diagnostic tools is the identification of S. aureus and coliform microorganisms, moreover E. coli.  相似文献

Prevention of heifer mastitis is a key element in preventing mastitis. Since pathogenesis of heifer mastitis is not fully understood yet, combating it is arduous. The goal of this study was to examine whether the premature loss of the keratin plug of the teat canal represents an important risk factor for the development of heifer mastitis. 84 dairy heifers (German Holstein) from six high-yielding dairy herds in Northern Germany were examined between March 2005 and June 2006. Each quarter was examined clinically at least three times before calving. If the teat canal of a quarter was open, secretion samples were collected for bacteriological analysis. After calving, four quarter samples were collected during the first lactation. A rapid increase of the proportion of open teat canals was detected in the preparturition period. No teat canals were open till 80 days before parturition, while 60% of the teat canals were open at 60 days before parturition. A time-scheduled infection pattern was observed: during the days 90-61, 60-31, and 30-0 before calving, skin inhabitants (coagulase-negative staphylococci, coryneform bacteria), cow-related, and environment-related microorganisms prevailed, respectively. A total of 77% of intramammary infections encountered at parturition had established previously. No significant association between the duration of open teat canals before calving and the udder health post partum was found. However, the incidence of clinical mastitis during first lactation was influenced largely by the duration of infection ante partum and the mastitis pathogen involved. This study shows that a high proportion of teat canals already opens several months before calving and that opening of the teat canal before calving is an important factor in the aetiology of heifer mastitis.  相似文献

Bovine mastitis caused by Escherichia coli can range from being a subclinical infection of the mammary gland to a severe systemic disease. Cow‐dependent factors such as lactation stage and age affect the severity of coliform mastitis. Evidence for the efficacy of antimicrobial treatment for E. coli mastitis is very limited. Antimicrobial resistance is generally not a limiting factor for treatment, but it should be monitored to detect changes in resistance profiles. The only antimicrobials for which there is some scientific evidence of beneficial effects in the treatment for E. coli mastitis are fluoroquinolones and cephalosporins. Both are critically important drugs, the use of which in animals destined for food should be limited to specific indications and should be based on bacteriological diagnosis. The suggested routine protocol in dairy herds could target the primary antimicrobial treatment for mastitis, specifically infections caused by gram‐positive bacteria. In E. coli mastitis with mild to moderate clinical signs, a non‐antimicrobial approach (anti‐inflammatory treatment, frequent milking and fluid therapy) should be the first option. In cases of severe E. coli mastitis, parenteral administration of fluoroquinolones, or third‐ or fourth‐generation cephalosporins, is recommended due to the risk of unlimited growth of bacteria in the mammary gland and ensuing bacteremia. Evidence for the efficacy of intramammary‐administered antimicrobial treatment for E. coli mastitis is so limited that it cannot be recommended. Nonsteroidal anti‐inflammatory drugs have documented the efficacy in the treatment for E. coli mastitis and are recommended for supportive treatment for clinical mastitis.  相似文献

Mastitis in primiparous heifers immediately postpartum can be both a significant welfare concern and a heavy economic loss. Interventions successfully researched include intramammary therapies. This study considered the clinical and practical effects of a parenteral approach to controlling clinical mastitis in heifers immediately postpartum. The objective of this field trial was to determine whether preventative treatment of heifers with a single parenteral treatment of 15 million iu micronised procaine penicillin within 12h after calving would reduce the incidence of clinical mastitis in early lactation as detected by farmers. All heifers (n=609) calving on three commercial dairy farms in New Zealand during the spring of 2006 were randomly allocated to either treatment or no treatment. Treatment (15 million iu micronised procaine penicillin) was given at the first milking following calving. All clinical mastitis was recorded. Treatment reduced the odds of having clinical mastitis within the first 7 days in milk by over half (Mantel-Haenszel adjusted OR=0.456; p=0.044); and reduced the odds of having mastitis within the first 100 days in milk by just under half (Mantel-Haenszel adjusted OR=0.518; p=0.027). Treatment had a significant effect on increasing the median days to clinical mastitis (p=0.019; beta=1.961, LCI 1.117, UCI 3.445). Preventative treatment of heifers immediately following calving with 15 million iu micronised procaine penicillin parenterally could be of benefit as part of a control programme aimed at reducing the incidence of clinical mastitis in heifers in their first lactation.  相似文献

A three-year survey to determine the incidence of clinical mastitis and the associated bacteria in dairy herds in England and Wales is described. Escherichia coli was the predominant organism in each year. Streptococcus uberis and Staphylococcus aureus were important for part for each year. The annual incidence of mastitis declined from 54.6 cases per 100 cows in 1980 to 41.2 in 1982. The incidence increased with age and declined with increasing herd size. The culling rate due solely to mastitis was 3 per cent. Strep uberis was the pathogen most frequently isolated from clinical cases which occurred in the dry period. Thirty per cent of all cases recurred at least once and staphylococcal cases exhibited the highest frequency of recurrence.  相似文献

An increase in clinical mastitis infections was observed in a high-producing 77-cow Holstein herd. Low bulk tank somatic cell counts and individual cow Dairy Herd Improvement Association somatic cell counts observed before, during, and after the epizootic were suggestive of herd environmental mastitis. However, bacteriologic culture survey of the total herd indicated that, in addition to infections possibly attributable to environmental pathogens, 22% (17/77) of the cows were infected with coagulase-positive Staphylococcus spp. Conceivably, investigative efforts and management changes, without bacteriologic culturing, might have resulted in reduction of the clinical infection rate in this herd. However, the continued high prevalence of a contagious pathogen with potential future implications would have gone unnoticed. Somatic cell count in milk from individual cows generally is a useful tool for monitoring the probability of intramammary infection, but must be complemented with bacteriologic culture of milk to determine whether contagious or environmental pathogens are responsible.  相似文献

Escherichia coli is a major pathogen in the aetiology of bovine mastitis. Although classically considered to be an environmental pathogen causing mainly transient infection, the incidence of persistent E. coli mastitis infections may be increasing, suggesting an adaptation of this pathogen to the bovine udder environment. Mastitis E. coli strains have been demonstrated to enter bovine mammary cells in vitro but little is known about the invasion mechanism or the intracellular fate of the bacteria. In order to further understand the pathogenesis of persistent E. coli bovine mastitis we investigated the intracellular trafficking of mastitis E. coli isolates in primary bovine mammary cells using confocal microscopy and fluorescent markers of endocytic compartments. Consistent with other studies, mastitis E. coli were found to invade primary bovine mammary cells in vitro. This process did not involve in the rearrangement of the actin cytoskeleton. Intracellular bacteria were observed within membrane-bound compartments that labelled with the early endosomal marker phosphatidylinositol 3-phosphate (PtdIns(3)P) and also within late endosome-like compartments labelled with the small GTPase Rab7, indicating an endocytic mechanism of bacterial internalization. Bacteria were not observed within acidified lysosomal compartments or autophagic vacuoles, suggesting that the internalized bacteria are not targeted for lysosomal degradation via either the classical endocytic pathway or the autophagic response. 为查明甘肃省某奶牛场发生临床型奶牛乳房炎的主要病原菌并选择治疗用敏感药物,随机无菌采集了6份临床型病牛乳样和1份大罐乳样,采用划线分离、菌落形态观察、革兰染色镜检、生化鉴定及16S rDNA序列分析等方法进行细菌分离鉴定,同时采用K-B法测定主要分离菌株对抗菌药物的敏感性。结果表明,从临床型乳房炎乳样中分离鉴定出大肠埃希菌、芽胞杆菌、凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌(腐生葡萄球菌)3种细菌,其中大肠埃希菌的分离率最高,为66.67%;从大罐奶样中也分离出大肠埃希菌。药敏试验结果表明,大肠埃希菌对氨苄青霉素、阿莫西林、头孢噻吩、杆菌肽、红霉素均存在不同程度的耐药,耐药率为29%~100%;对诺氟沙星、恩诺沙星、氟苯尼考、头孢哌酮等药物敏感。说明此次牛场临床型乳房炎的主要病原菌是大肠埃希菌、葡萄球菌和芽胞杆菌,而且分离的大肠埃希菌具有多重耐药性。根据检测分析结果,给奶牛场提出针对性的防控措施,临床型乳房炎的发病率下降,病情得以控制。  相似文献
