秸秆醋液对油茶幼苗生长的影响   总被引:7,自引:1,他引:6  
通过油茶幼苗的盆栽实验,研究了喷施不同浓度的秸秆醋液对1年生油茶幼苗的苗高、地径、比叶重以及叶绿素含量的影响。结果表明:施用秸秆酢液后,对油茶地径、比叶重、叶绿素含量有明显的促进作用,其中以秸秆醋液稀释300倍处理效果最好。总体说,适宜浓度的秸秆醋液能促进油茶幼苗的生长,在油茶优质苗木生产中具有广阔的应用前景。  相似文献

研究了喷施不同浓度的秸秆醋液对辣椒生长的影响。结果表明:施用秸秆醋液后,对辣椒叶绿素含量、果肉厚度、维生素C含量以及辣椒产量有明显的促进作用,其中以稀释400倍处理最好。与对照相比,叶片叶绿素含量增加51.93%,辣椒果肉厚度增加22.16%,维生素C含量增加46.89%,产量增加9.9%。因此,适宜浓度的秸秆醋液能促...  相似文献

以水仙切花品种"Geranium"为试验材料,研究了不同浓度秸秆醋液对水仙切花瓶插寿命和相关生理指标的影响,结果表明,适宜浓度的秸秆醋液能够显著改善花瓣组织内的水分平衡,减少丙二醛的积累,维持细胞膜系统的相对稳定性,延缓可溶性蛋白含量的降低,从而延长水仙切花的瓶插寿命,提高切花品质,其中以稀释500倍浓度的秸秆醋液处理效果最佳。  相似文献

麦秸秆醋液的成分分析及抑菌性能研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采用气相色谱-质谱联用仪分析了麦秸秆醋液原料的主要化学成分,并对麦秸秆醋液的抑菌性能进行了研究.结果表明,麦秸秆醋液是一种含有70种组分的液态混合物,主要含有酚类(28.68%)、有机酸类(22.16%)、酮类(21.22%)、醇类(4.00%)和醛类(1.44%)等物质.抑菌试验发现,麦秸秆醋液对2种细菌(大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌)的抑菌环直径分别为10.2和9.2mm,两阴性对照样片均无抑菌环,表明麦秸秆醋液对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌均有一定的抑菌效果.  相似文献

以农林废弃物锯末和玉米秸秆作为培育樟子松轻型基质容器苗的材料,研究不同的配比对苗木生长、基质物理性状等方面的影响。通过试验发现:混合了锯末、秸秆的基质容重小,并具有良好的透水性和持水能力,但基质中锯末体积比不宜超过40%,秸秆体积比在26%~40%时,更适宜苗木生长。研究认为:风沙土60%、秸秆40%和风沙土48%、锯末26%、秸秆26%组合的轻型基质更适合培育樟子松容器苗。  相似文献

研究了农林生物质同时制取气、炭、液产品的工艺、设备及三种产品的高效、无公害、资源化利用途径.将农林生物质送入气化炉,有限量的供氧使其同时转化为炭、气、液三种产物,并可通过改变工艺条件调整三种产品的产量和质量.该过程产生大量的可燃气体,经气液分离、纯化后可用于发电或供气;冷凝同收得到的醋液可用于家畜饲养的消毒液、除臭剂或用于农药、肥料的助剂、促进作物生长的叶面肥,在有机作物中效果奇特;得到的生物质炭产品富含作物生长的必需营养元素,对水和肥有长效缓释作用,对重金属污染、退化的土壤具有改良、修复作用,可制成有机复合肥或钢铁工业的保温材料等.  相似文献

退耕还林板栗园林农间作是在退耕还林造林地块中间作套种具有农作物的林业立体种植模式。论述了农林间作对板栗生长的影响,重点通过对"板栗+辣椒+豌豆"和"板栗+烟草(蔬菜)+绿肥"间作模式的分析,分别从效益、种植技术、注意的问题等方面进行研究。结果表明:实施林农间作是提高土地利用率,提高单位面积经济效益的重要手段;通过农林间作,给作物施肥、浇水,同时也给林木补充了肥料和水,相互促进加速了树木的生长;合理间种在增加经济效益的同时,充分发挥了栗园的生态、经济、社会效益。  相似文献

在农林废弃物为基质的樟子松轻型基质容器苗上开展施肥试验,研究递增方式施肥对樟子松轻型基质容器苗的影响。试验结果表明:以沙土、秸秆、木屑混合成基质(体积比为2︰1︰1)递增施肥的S3处理苗木情况好于对照施肥处理,当年地径生长平均达到了8.81 mm,高生长达到了9.18 cm,但成活率较低。以沙土和玉米秸秆混合(体积比为6︰4)形成的基质培育樟子松容器苗,3种递增式施肥处理都能促进苗木生长,并且苗木的成活率也很高。  相似文献

根据油橄榄生理生态学特性对环境的反应,2007~2008年,在攀西干旱河谷设计不同品种和不同水分试验,系统研究水分胁迫对2年油橄榄幼树生长的影响。结果表明:在攀西干旱河谷旱季,随单株水分胁迫加剧,植株株高、茎粗、主枝长和单株叶面积下降,4个品种中,莱星的各项指标最高。该研究为攀西地区油橄榄水分管理提供支持。  相似文献

Ocimum species are well known for their medicinal values and this has increased demand from individuals and the pharmaceutical industry. In order to meet the demand for this plant species three different Ocimum species (Ocimum basilicum, Ocimum gratissimum and Ocimum americanum) were propagated by two methods (stem cutting and seed) and their morphometric characteristics were evaluated after six and eight weeks. The chlorophyll content, proximate composition and phytochemical content of the plants were determined. The results obtained showed that the stem cutting propagated Ocimum species performed better than the seed propagated species. The results also revealed that there was a strong correlation between plant height and other morphometric characters. Also, it was discovered that the Ocimum species propagated by seed contained more phytochemicals than those propagated by stem cutting. However, gratissimum species propagated by stem cutting appeared to perform better than two other Ocimum species in terms of plant height, leaf number, stem girth and number of branches.  相似文献

A Weibull function was used to model the vertical distribution of leaf area of individual trees in a 25-year-old Chamaecyparis obtusa (Siebold & Zucc.) Endl. plantation. The parameter representing the shape of the leaf distribution was independent of tree size. A scale parameter tended to decrease with tree size suggesting a critical minimum height for retention of foliage by trees. On the basis of leaf distribution, the photosynthetic production of individual trees was estimated from the canopy photosynthetic production, which was determined from a model of canopy photosynthesis. The data indicated that the photosynthesis of a tree was proportional to the corresponding tree weight to the power of 1.84. Furthermore, the photosynthetic production varied as the 3/2nd power of total leaf area of the tree. Thus, it was concluded that the photosynthetic production per unit of leaf area, that is, the mean photosynthetic activity of a tree, is proportional to the stem girth at clear length, or the square root of the leaf area of the tree.  相似文献

竹醋液作为植物生长调节剂的开发研究:室内和田间试验   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
本文采用萝b子叶扩张法,萝卜、小麦和黄瓜的幼苗生长法,分别对原竹醋液和中和竹醋液进行室内生物活性筛选试验。结果表明:(1)低浓度(〈500mg/L),具有植物生长调节剂功效,其功能与2,4-D类、激素类除草剂相似;高浓度竹醋液(2000—5000mg/L)抑制作物生长,具有除草剂活性;也与植物生长调节剂GA,和6-BA具有相似的功效;(2)中和竹醋液的效果明显高于原竹醋液;(3)几种筛选指示物的敏感性从高到低的顺序为:萝卜子叶〉黄瓜根茎长〉萝卜根茎长〉小麦根茎长,其中对于黄瓜、萝卜和小麦,根长敏感性均高于茎长。对原竹醋液和中和竹醋液在苹果、柑橘、草莓等作物上进行应用试验。表明:竹醋液不仅显著地提高农林作物的产量;具有明显改善叶片质量,延长叶片寿命,提高果实硬度从而改善果实的储藏品质,改善果品的内在品质和外观品质等功能;在调节果实成熟期减少锈斑面积、落叶、落果和病害等方面均有显著作用。  相似文献

干旱对紫稳槐幼苗的茎高、地径、叶片外部形态、生长状态等生态指标的影响的结果表明:干旱胁迫对植株的生长有明显的抑制作用。随着干旱胁迫时问的延长、胁迫强度的加剧,其株高和地径减小,复叶叶柄总长度、小叶数量,叶面积也逐渐减小;在长时间干旱胁迫下紫穗槐采用脱落下部枝叶的方式,确保个体生存以增强抗旱性。  相似文献

以玉米和大豆秸秆粉碎物按不同质量比与土壤充分混拌配制成混合栽培基质,研究其对越橘生物量的影响,结果表明:玉米秸秆与土壤混合栽培基质可有效提高越橘的生物量,其中以玉米与土壤120质量比的混合栽培基质效果最为显著。从植苗2个月至翌年的7月15日,基质的pH值稳定在4.3~5.2之间;株高、基生枝和延长枝的净生长量和叶片面积分别为46.2 cm、31.5 cm、7.46 cm、23.66 cm2,分别为对照的120.9%、120.2%、119.2%和117.6%;植株整株干重119.18 g,为对照的106.2%;坐果率达到94%,单株产量393.11 g,为对照的115%。  相似文献

Early-growth differentiation among seven provenances of Prosopis flexuosa (algarrobo dulce) from the Monte phytogeographic province, Argentina, was studied by comparing their height growth; whole-seedling dry mass gain; allocation to root, stem and leaves; leaf number and leaf area in a common garden. Differentiation among provenances was detected for all the seedling characters examined except leaf number. Family variation within provenances was significant for height growth and leaf number. Variation on the provenance level was related to the elevation, geographic location, and some abiotic conditions of the seed source such as mean annual temperature and frost free period. Latitudinal clines were evident for almost all the growth traits. They were more pronounced for height and aboveground mass, and moderate for total plant mass and leaf area per plant. In addition, a good correspondence in growth traits between young seedlings and older trees of this species (studied by others authors) was also assessed. This fact would permit an early selection and genetic advances in the short term in breeding programs.  相似文献

Silver birch (Betula pendula Roth) seedlings were grown individually in containers arranged in rows radiating from a central point (Nelder plot) at densities spanning the range from 207 to 891 plants m(-2). Height of one set of seedlings was measured at weekly intervals and additional seedlings were harvested each week for dry mass and leaf area measurements. Height and shoot:root dry mass ratio increased with plant density. Seedling-to-seedling variability in dry mass, but not height, increased with increasing plant density. The red to far-red (R:FR) photon ratio in horizontally propagated radiation decreased with increasing density, even when plant densities and leaf area index values were low. In a separate experiment, elongating internodes of seedlings were irradiated locally by red and far-red light emitting diodes and stem elongation measured. Far-red light markedly increased stem elongation, suggesting that changes in light quality sensed by growing internodes are involved in the observed responses to growth density.  相似文献
