The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of dietary supplementation of nanosize zinc on zinc digestibility, growth performances, immune response and serum parameters of weanling piglets. Ninety‐six LYD weanling piglets were assigned to control, zinc oxide (ZnO), organic‐Zn (Zn‐methionine) and nanosize ZnO (nano‐Zn) groups with four replicates. The zinc was at the 120 mg/kg level in the treatment group's diet, while the control group's was 80 mg/kg Zn. The experiment results indicated that the nano‐Zn and organic‐Zn groups had significantly higher Zn digestibility compared to the ZnO and control groups. For the immune response traits, the IgG level and goat red blood cells (GRBC) antibody titer were nano‐Zn and organic‐Zn>ZnO>control; in the phytohemagglutinin (PHA) challenge test result, nano‐Zn>organic‐Zn>ZnO>control; in regard to the γ‐globulin level, nano‐Zn and organic‐Zn>ZnO and control, with significant difference between groups. In the serum parameters aspect, serum Zn concentration in nano‐Zn and organic‐Zn groups were higher than in the ZnO and control groups, serum growth hormone concentration was increased in the nano‐Zn group than in the other groups. In conclusion, nanosize zinc oxide for dietary supplementation can increase zinc digestibility, serum growth hormone levels and carbonic anhydrase activity and enhance the immune response of weanling piglets.  相似文献

The objective of this experiment was to evaluate the effects of dietary supplementation with porous zinc oxide (HiZox) on growth performance, intestinal microbiota, morphology, and permeability in weaned piglets. A total of 128 weaned piglets [(Landrace × Yorkshire) × Duroc] with an average body weight (BW) of (6.55 ± 0.25 kg; 21 d of age) were randomly assigned to four dietary treatments: (1) a corn‐soybean basal diet; (2) basal diet + 3,000 mg/kg conventional ZnO; (3) basal diet + 200 mg/kg HiZox; (4) basal diet + 500 mg/kg HiZox. The experiments lasted for 28 days. Incremental HiZox in the diet increased ADG (linear p = 0.015; quadratic p = 0.043) and ADFI (linear p = 0.027; quadratic p = 0.038), and the diarrhea index decreased linearly and quadratically (p < 0.01) as HiZox supplemented increased. Furthermore, supplementation with HiZox increased the amounts of Lactobacillus spp. (p < 0.05) in the ileum and cecum in comparison with that of control treatment or 3,000 mg/kg ZnO treatment, while decreased the populations of Escherichia coli, Clostridium coccoides, and Clostridium. leptum subgroup (p < 0.05) in the ileum and cecum relative to those in control treatment. The addition of HiZox increased the villus height and villus‐to‐crypt ratio (VC) of duodenum, jejunum, and ileum (p < 0.05), while decreased the crypt depth of jejunum (p < 0.05) and tended to reduce the crypt depth of duodenum (p < 0.10) compared with the control treatment. Piglets fed with 500 mg/kg HiZox had lower serum D‐lactate and diamine oxidase (DAO) than those fed with basal control diet or 3,000 mg/kg ZnO diet (p < 0.01). The results suggested that supplementation with HiZox modulated intestinal microbial composition and improved intestinal morphology, which may exert protective effects on the integrity of the mucosal barrier function of weaned piglets, was as efficacious as pharmaceutical doses of ZnO in enhancing growth performance, indicating that the HiZox may be a promising alternative to pharmaceutical doses of ZnO.  相似文献

This study was aimed to evaluate the effect of dietary supplementation of lipid‐encapsulated (coated) zinc oxide ZnO on post‐weaning diarrhea (colibacillosis) in weaned piglets challenged with enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli (ETEC). Thirty‐two 35‐day‐old weaned piglets were orally challenged with 3 × 1010 colony forming units of ETEC K88 while eight piglets received no challenge (control). Each eight challenged piglets received a diet containing 100 ppm ZnO (low ZnO), 2500 ppm ZnO (high ZnO) or 100 ppm of lipid (10%)‐coated ZnO (coated ZnO) for 7 days; control pigs received the low ZnO diet. Daily gain, goblet cell density in the villi of the duodenum, jejunum and ileum, and villus height in the jejunum and ileum, which decreased due to the challenge, were equally greater in the coated ZnO and high ZnO groups versus low ZnO group. Fecal consistency score, serum interleukin‐8 concentration, subjective score of fecal E. coli shedding, and digesta pH in the stomach, jejunum and ileum, which increased due to the challenge, were equally low in the coated ZnO and high ZnO groups versus low ZnO. Results suggest that a low level of coated ZnO might well substitute for a pharmacological level of native ZnO in dietary supplementation to alleviate colibacillosis of weaned piglets.  相似文献

本试验旨在研究单宁和氧化锌不同水平组合对断奶仔猪粪便菌群及血清免疫、抗氧化和肝脏功能相关血液生化指标的影响。选用体重相近,25日龄杜×长×大断奶仔猪270头,随机分成9组,每组3个重复,每个重复10头猪。对照组饲喂基础日粮加高锌(3 000 mg/kg氧化锌)的日粮,试验1~8组(T1~T8)分别饲喂基础日粮添加以下氧化锌与单宁组合的日粮:(2 000+0)、(2 000+1 000)、(1 000+0)、(1 000+1 000)、(1 000+1 500)、(1 000+2 000)、(0+1 500)、(0+2 000) mg/kg。试验期30 d。分别于试验的第14与28天采集仔猪新鲜粪样,测定粪便中各细菌的数量。试验结束采集血样,测定血清免疫、抗氧化及肝脏功能相关指标。结果显示,试验第14天,各组断奶仔猪粪便大肠杆菌、乳酸菌和双歧杆菌数量均无显著差异(P>0.05)。试验第28天,T1、T6组断奶仔猪粪便乳酸菌数量极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),而双歧杆菌数量则显著高于对照组(P<0.05),但各组大肠杆菌数量均无显著差异(P>0.05)。各组断奶仔猪血清中IgG和IgA含量、MDA含量及GSH-Px活力均无显著差异(P>0.05)。但T5、T6、T7、T8组断奶仔猪血清GSH含量极显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。除了T2和T5组,其余各组猪血清谷草转氨酶活性均显著或极显著低于高锌对照组(P<0.05;P<0.01)。本试验结果表明,与单一使用高剂量氧化锌相比,单宁与氧化锌适量水平组合有利于乳酸菌及双歧杆菌的增殖、提高断奶仔猪抗氧化能力并对肝脏产生保护作用。  相似文献

本试验旨在研究饲粮添加不同水平三丁酸甘油酯对断奶仔猪生长性能、血清生化指标、肠组织形态和养分消化率的影响。选取平均体重为7.66 kg的21日龄“杜×长×大”断奶仔猪200头,随机分为5组,每组5个重复,每个重复8头猪。对照组饲喂添加40 mg/kg杆菌肽锌的基础饲粮,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组在基础饲粮中分别添加1000、1500、2000、2500 mg/kg三丁酸甘油酯,试验期为42 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,饲粮中添加2000和2500 mg/kg三丁酸甘油酯显著提高了仔猪平均日增重(P<0.05),显著降低了料重比(P<0.05),显著增加了血清中免疫球蛋白M含量(P<0.05);饲粮中添加1500、2000、2500 mg/kg三丁酸甘油酯显著提高了仔猪血清葡萄糖和总蛋白含量(P<0.05),显著提高了空肠、回肠的绒毛高度和绒毛高度/隐窝深度(P<0.05),显著提高了仔猪对饲粮中粗蛋白质、粗脂肪、钙和磷的表观消化率(P<0.05),显著降低了血清中球蛋白含量和二胺氧化酶活性(P<0.05);饲粮中添加1000 mg/kg三丁酸甘油酯显著提高了血清中总蛋白含量(P<0.05),显著降低了血清中二胺氧化酶活性(P<0.05),显著提高了仔猪对饲粮中粗蛋白质和粗脂肪的表观消化率(P<0.05)。由此可见,仔猪饲粮中添加1000~1500 mg/kg三丁酸甘油酯可替代抗生素药物添加剂;饲粮中添加2000~2500 mg/kg三丁酸甘油酯不仅可替代抗生素药物添加剂,而且可显著提高仔猪生长性能,改善肠组织形态,增强免疫力,提高养分消化率。  相似文献

本文旨在研究纳米氧化锌对断奶仔猪生长性能和肠黏膜屏障的影响及其机理。选用96头平均体重为(5.7±0.2)kg的21日龄"杜×长×大"断奶仔猪,随机分成3组:1)对照组,饲喂基础饲粮;2)氧化锌组,饲喂在基础饲粮中添加3 000 mg/kg锌(氧化锌)的试验饲粮;3)纳米氧化锌组,饲喂在基础饲粮中添加300 mg/kg锌(纳米氧化锌)的试验饲粮。每组4个重复,每个重复8头仔猪,试验期14 d。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,纳米氧化锌组断奶仔猪平均日增重提高了7.26%(P<0.05),腹泻率降低了70.82%(P<0.05),但与氧化锌组差异不显著(P>0.05)。2)与对照组相比,纳米氧化锌组仔猪28和35日龄绒毛高度分别提高了12.64%和10.80%(P<0.05);28日龄隐窝深度降低了15.42%(P<0.05);28和35日龄绒毛高度/隐窝深度分别提高了33.61%和17.11%(P<0.05);28和35日龄血浆D-乳酸含量分别降低了28.97%和20.23%(P<0.05),二胺氧化酶活性分别降低了28.61%和24.92%(P<0.05)。氧化锌组和纳米氧化锌组之间各指标差异不显著(P>0.05)。结果提示,断奶仔猪饲粮中添加300 mg/kg锌(纳米氧化锌)可提高平均日增重,降低腹泻率,改善肠黏膜形态,降低肠黏膜通透性,其效果与添加3 000 mg/kg锌(氧化锌)相当。  相似文献

试验将280只平均体重为(6.13±0.22)kg的断奶仔猪随机分为4组,每组7个重复,每个重复10只猪。试验基础日粮为玉米-大豆型日粮,对照组(锌含量为42.5 mg/kg)和试验组分别在基础日粮中分别以硫酸锌、硫酸锌+多糖及锌-多糖螯合物的影响分别添加80 mg/kg锌。结果表明,锌-多糖螯合物比硫酸锌和硫酸锌+多糖显著提高断奶仔猪的平均日增重和平均日采食量(P<0.05)。饲喂锌-多糖螯合物日粮的断奶仔猪较硫酸锌日粮组显著降低了腹泻率(P<0.05),且粗蛋白质表观消化率显著提高(P<0.05)。日粮添加锌-多糖螯合物较硫酸锌和硫酸锌+多糖组显著提高了十二指肠蛋白酶活性(P<0.05),同时锌-多糖螯合物组较对照组和硫酸锌组也显著提高了十二指肠淀粉酶活性(P<0.05)。结论:本试验结果表明,日粮添加锌-多糖螯合物在降低断奶仔猪腹泻率、提高十二指肠消化酶活性和生长性能方面表现出不同于硫酸锌或硫酸锌+多糖的生物活性。  相似文献

本试验旨在研究饲粮添加不同剂量的纳米氧化锌对断奶仔猪生长性能、血清免疫和生化指标的影响。试验选用28日龄体重(9.37±0.48)kg"杜×长×大"三元杂交断奶仔猪150头,随机分为5组,每组3个重复,每个重复10头猪。对照组饲喂基础饲粮;试验1、2、3组在基础饲粮中分别添加150、300和450 mg/kg的纳米氧化锌;高锌组在基础饲粮中添加3 000 mg/kg的普通氧化锌。试验期为21 d。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,饲粮添加纳米氧化锌显著提高了仔猪的平均日采食量和平均日增重(P0.05),显著降低了料重比和腹泻率(P0.05),其中以300和450 mg/kg剂量组的作用效果较佳,且与普通氧化锌效果相当;2)与对照组相比,饲粮中添加纳米氧化锌和普通氧化锌能显著提高血清中免疫球蛋白A、白细胞介素-6和肿瘤坏死因子α含量(P0.05),显著降低血清尿素氮含量(P0.05)。由此可见,饲粮中添加300或450mg/kg的纳米氧化锌能提高断奶仔猪的免疫机能,改善生长性能,降低腹泻率,具有替代普通氧化锌的潜在应用价值。  相似文献

A total of 144 weaned piglets were used to evaluate the effects of essential oil (EO) supplementation of a low‐energy diet on performance, apparent nutrient digestibility, small intestinal morphology, intestinal microflora, immune properties and antioxidant activities in weaned pigs. Pigs received a low‐energy diet (negative control, NC, digestible energy = 3250 kcal/kg), NC plus 0.025% EO or a positive control diet (PC, digestible energy = 3400 kcal/kg) for 28 days. Growth performance was similar between the EO group and PC group. However, EO supplementation increased (P < 0.05) average daily gain and the apparent digestibility of dry matter, crude protein and energy compared with pigs fed the NC diet. Greater (P < 0.05) villus height and lower (P < 0.05) counts of Escherichia coli and total anaerobes in the rectum in the EO group were observed compared with NC or PC groups. Pigs fed EO diet had higher (P < 0.05) concentrations of albumin, immunoglobulin A (IgA), IgG and total antioxidant capacity and lower fecal score than pigs fed the PC and NC diets. Above all, this study indicates that supplementation of EO to a low‐energy pig diet has beneficial results and obtains similar performance compared with normal energy (PC) diet.  相似文献

Pharmacological levels of zinc oxide (ZnO) can improve the health of weaning piglets and influence the intestinal microbiota. This experiment aimed at studying the dose-response effect of five dietary concentrations of ZnO on small intestinal bacteria and metabolite profiles. Fifteen piglets, weaned at 25 ± 1 days of age, were allocated into five groups according to body weight and litter. Diets were formulated to contain 50 (basal diet), 150, 250, 1000 and 2500 mg zinc/kg by adding analytical-grade (>98% purity) ZnO to the basal diet and fed ad libitum for 14 days after a 7-day adaptation period on the basal diet. Ileal bacterial community profiles were analysed by denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis and selected bacterial groups quantified by real-time PCR. Concentrations of ileal volatile fatty acids (VFA), D- and L-lactate and ammonia were determined. Species richness, Shannon diversity and evenness were significantly higher at high ZnO levels. Quantitative PCR revealed lowest total bacterial counts in the 50 mg/kg group. Increasing ZnO levels led to an increase (p = 0.017) in enterobacteria from log 4.0 cfu/g digesta (50 mg/kg) to log 6.7 cfu/g digesta (2500 mg/kg). Lactic acid bacteria were not influenced (p = 0.687) and clostridial cluster XIVa declined (p = 0.035) at highest ZnO level. Concentration of total, D- and L-lactate and propionate was not affected (p = 0.736, p = 0.290 and p = 0.630), but concentrations of ileal total VFA, acetate and butyrate increased markedly from 50 to 150 mg/kg and decreased with further increasing zinc levels and reached low levels again at 2500 mg/kg (p = 0.048, p = 0.048 and p = 0.097). Ammonia decreased (p < 0.006) with increasing dietary ZnO level. In conclusion, increasing levels of dietary ZnO had strong and dose-dependent effects on ileal bacterial community composition and activity, suggesting taxonomic variation in metabolic response to ZnO.  相似文献

One hundred and forty piglets ((Landrace × Yorkshire) × Duroc, 21 day of age) with an initial weight of 6.50 ± 0.71 kg, were randomly allotted into four treatments to determine the effects of a modified form of zinc oxide (ZnO) on growth performance, nutrient digestibility, blood profiles, fecal microbial shedding and fecal score in weanling pigs. Dietary treatments were: (i) NC, negative control, basal diet containing zinc (Zn) from the premix; (ii) PC, positive control, basal diet containing Zn‐free premix + 3000 ppm ZnO; (iii) H1, basal diet containing Zn‐free premix + 3000 ppm ZnO (phase 1, days 1 to 14)/200 ppm modified ZnO (phase 2, days 15 to 42); (iv) H2, basal diet containing Zn‐free premix + 300 ppm modified ZnO (phase 1)/200 ppm modified ZnO (phase 2). During days 1 to 14, average daily gains (ADG) were higher (P = 0.04) in PC, H1 and H2 groups than that in NC group. Overall, H1 treatment increased the ADG compared with NC (P = 0.05). On day 14, the alkaline phosphatase and plasma Zn concentration were increased (P = 0.01 and 0.04, respectively) in PC, H1 and H2 treatments compared with NC treatment. On days 14 and 42, the fecal Lactobacillus counts in NC group were lowest (P = 0.01, P = 0.04 respectively) among treatments. All supplemented groups showed lower (P = 0.03) fecal score than NC treatment on days 21 and 28. In conclusion, dietary supplementation with modified ZnO increased growth rates and reduced fecal scores in weanling pig. Modified ZnO could be used as a substitute to ZnO as a growth promoter and reduce Zn excretion to the environment because of the lower dosage. A study was conducted to investigate effects of zinc‐bearing zeolite clinoptilolite (ZnCP), as an alternative for zinc sulfate (ZnSO4), on laying performance, tissue Zn accumulation and Zn transporter genes expression in laying hens. Hy‐Line Brown laying hens were allocated to three treatments, each of which had six replicates with 15 hens per replicate, receiving basal diet supplemented with ZnSO4 (control, 80 mg Zn/kg diet), 0.23% ZnCP (40.25 mg Zn/kg diet) and 0.46% ZnCP (80.50 mg Zn/kg diet) for 8 weeks, respectively. Compared with control, hens fed diet containing 0.23% ZnCP had similar Zn content in measured tissues (P > 0.05). A higher ZnCP inclusion (0.46%) enhanced Zn accumulation in liver (P < 0.05) and pancreas (P < 0.05). In addition, ZnCP inclusion increased blood iron (Fe) content (P < 0.05). ZnCP supplementation enhanced jejunal metallothionein‐4 (MT‐4) messenger RNA (mRNA) abundance (P < 0.05). ZnCP inclusion at a higher level (0.46%) increased mRNA expression of MT‐4 in pancreas (P < 0.05) and zinc transporter‐1 (ZnT‐1) in jejunum (P < 0.05). The highest ZnT‐2 mRNA abundance in jejunum was found in hens fed 0.23% ZnCP inclusion diet (P < 0.05). The results indicated that ZnCP reached a higher bioavailability as compared with ZnSO4 as evidenced by enhanced tissue Zn accumulation and Zn transporter genes expression.  相似文献

为研究饲粮中不同锌水平对某些含锌酶活性及血、胰和胫骨锌含量的影响,试验选择1日龄健康AA肉鸡公雏300只,随机分为5个处理组,各处理组锌的含量分别为30、60、90、120、150 mg/kg。结果表明:(1)21日龄时,120、150 mg/kg锌组血锌含量显著增加(P<0.05),与对照组相比,分别提高了56.75%和91.45%;150 mg/kg锌组胰锌含量显著增加(P<0.05),与对照组相比,提高了130.77%;90、120、150 mg/kg锌组胫骨锌含量显著增加(P<0.05),分别比对照组提高14.16%、19.50%和26.61%。42日龄时,150 mg/kg锌组血锌含量显著增加(P<0.05),比对照组提高77.25%;60、90、120 mg/kg锌组胰锌含量显著增加(P<0.05),分别比对照组提高194%、198%和212%;120、150 mg/kg锌组胫骨锌含量显著增加(P<0.05),分别比对照组提高37.80%和43.29%。(2)21日龄时,120、150 mg/kg锌组心肌金属硫蛋白(MT)含量显著增加,分别比对照组提高9.79%和32.17%;90、120、150 mg/kg锌组骨骼肌MT含量显著增加,分别比对照组提高54.55%、57.02%和90.91%。42日龄时,心肌和骨骼肌中的MT含量没有表现出显著的差异。(3)21日龄时,150 mg/kg锌组肝脏铜锌超氧化物歧化酶(CuZn-SOD)活性显著提高,42日龄时,150 mg/kg锌处理组肝脏CuZn-SOD活性显著低于其他处理组。在本试验条件下,饲粮中添加硫酸锌可以显著提高肉鸡血清、胰脏、胫骨组织中的锌沉积,并对肝脏CuZn-SOD活性有一定的影响。  相似文献

本试验旨在研究发酵床饲养模式下日粮中添加地衣芽孢杆菌对仔猪生长性能、胰腺和小肠黏膜消化酶活性及肠道主要菌群数量的影响。选用108头体重13kg左右的35日龄健康苏钟猪,随机分为3组,每组3个重复,每个重复12头,分别饲喂基础日粮(对照组)、基础日粮+40mg/kg杆菌肽锌+20mg/kg硫酸黏杆菌素(抗生素组)、基础日粮+300mg/kg地衣芽孢杆菌(益生菌组)的试验日粮。预试期7d,正试期52d。结果表明:1与对照组相比,日粮中添加地衣芽孢杆菌能够在一定程度上提高仔猪平均日增重、平均日采食量,降低料重比,但各组间差异均不显著(P0.05)。2与对照组相比,日粮中添加地衣芽孢杆菌能够极显著提高仔猪胰腺中淀粉酶活性、十二指肠黏膜中麦芽糖酶活性和空肠黏膜中乳糖酶活性(P0.01),十二指肠黏膜和空肠黏膜中蔗糖酶活性显著提高(P0.05)。3与对照组相比,日粮中添加地衣芽孢杆菌能够显著提高仔猪盲肠芽孢杆菌数量(P0.05);乳酸杆菌数量较对照组提高4.09%,大肠杆菌数量较对照组降低4.86%,但均未达到显著水平(P0.05)。综上所述,在本试验条件下,日粮中添加300mg/kg地衣芽孢杆菌能够提高发酵床饲养仔猪胰腺、小肠黏膜消化酶活性及盲肠芽孢杆菌数量,同时仔猪生长性能也在一定程度上有所改善。  相似文献

A total of 120 weanling barrows weighing 6.11 ± 0.20 kg were randomly allotted to four treatments with three replications (i.e. pen) of ten piglets per replicate. Pigs were received corn‐soybean basal diet (control) or the same basal diet supplemented with the following sources of zinc: (i) 100 mg/kg of Zn as ZnSO4; (ii) 100 mg/kg of Zn as chitosan‐Zn chelate (CS‐Zn); and (iii) 100 mg/kg of Zn as ZnSO4 mixed with chitosan (CS + ZnSO4). The results showed that CS‐Zn could highly improve average daily gain and average daily feed intake than those of ZnSO4 or CS+ ZnSO4 (P < 0.05). The pigs fed dietary CS‐Zn had lower diarrhea incidence and higher apparent digestibility of crude protein than those of the pigs fed dietary ZnSO4 (P < 0.05). The protease activities in duodenal content of the pigs receiving CS‐Zn diets was higher than that of the pigs fed dietary ZnSO4 or CS + ZnSO4 (P < 0.05). The amylase activity in duodenal content of the pigs fed dietary CS‐Zn was higher than that of the pigs receiving ZnSO4 diets or basal diets (P < 0.05). These results indicated that dietary CS‐Zn showed different bioactivities from ZnSO4 or CS + ZnSO4 in reducing the incidence of diarrhea, improving activities of digestive enzymes and growth performance of weaned pigs.  相似文献

This study aimed to investigate the effects of manganese (Mn) supplementation on nutrient digestibility and antler growth in male sika deer. Twenty 3‐year‐old male sika deer were divided into four groups (Control, T40, T80 and T120). The control diet contained 22.2 mg Mn/kg. The treatment diets were supplemented with 40, 80 and 120 mg of Mn/kg (provided as Mn methionine). The results showed that the digestibility of dry matter and crude protein in the T80 group was greater than other groups. Higher digestibility of neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber was observed in the T80 group than in the control group. Plasma Mn concentrations in the T80 and T120 groups were higher (P < 0.01) than control and T40 group (P < 0.01). The concentration of Mn in feces was increased with increasing Mn amount. Average daily gain of fresh antler and dry antler of T80 was greater than other groups, especially the control group (P < 0.05). In conclusion, the suitable level of Mn supplementation was found to be 80 mg/kg (total Mn content 103.4 mg/kg dry matter), which significantly increased antler daily gain and feed digestibility in 3‐year‐old sika deer.  相似文献

为研究饲料锌在育肥猪粪尿中的排泄规律,建立饲料锌摄入量与锌排泄量的预测模型,试验选用健康、体重相近的约克夏去势育肥公猪20头,随机分成5组,每组4个重复,每个重复1头猪,单独饲养于代谢笼中。对照A组饲喂基础日粮,锌添加量为0,试验B、C、D、E组分别饲喂在基础日粮中添加20、40、60、80 mg/kg锌的试验日粮(硫酸锌形式)。预试期7 d,正试期4 d。结果表明:(1)与对照组相比,除试验B组外,其他试验各组风干粪锌含量和粪锌日排泄总量随日粮锌添加水平或日粮总锌水平增加显著升高(P<0.05);经回归分析,日粮锌添加水平或日粮总锌水平与风干粪锌含量和粪锌日排泄总量存在极显著的线性回归关系(P<0.01),可用所建立的回归方程进行预测和控制。(2)各组尿锌含量和尿锌日排泄总量均无显著差异(P>0.05);经回归分析,日粮锌添加水平或日粮总锌水平与尿锌含量和尿锌日排泄总量无显著回归关系(P>0.05)。综上,日粮中多余的锌主要通过消化道从粪中排泄,可根据日粮中锌水平预测粪锌排泄量,从源头上控制锌对环境的污染。  相似文献

本试验旨在研究饲粮添加不同水平葡萄糖氧化酶(GOD)对断奶仔猪生长性能、血清生化指标和抗氧化功能及养分消化率的影响。试验选取28日龄断奶仔猪150头[平均体重(8.41±0.06)kg],随机分为5个组,每组3个重复,每个重复10头,公母各占1/2。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验Ⅰ组~Ⅳ组分别饲喂在基础饲粮中添加120、180、240和300 U/kg葡萄糖氧化酶的试验饲粮。试验期30 d。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,添加葡萄糖氧化酶对仔猪末重、平均日增重(ADG)、平均日采食量(ADFI)及料重比(F/G)无显著影响(P0.05),试验Ⅱ组腹泻率显著降低(P0.05)。2)试验Ⅳ组仔猪血清白蛋白(ALB)含量显著高于对照组(P0.05),试验Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组血清尿素氮(UN)含量显著高于对照组(P0.05)。3)试验Ⅱ组血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性显著高于试验Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组(P0.05),试验Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组血清丙二醛(MDA)含量显著性低于对照组和试验Ⅳ组(P0.05)。4)试验Ⅱ组仔猪干物质消化率显著高于对照组和试验Ⅰ组(P0.05),试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组仔猪粗蛋白质消化率显著高于对照组(P0.05),试验Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组仔猪总能消化率显著高于对照组(P0.05)。综上,断奶仔猪饲粮中添加葡萄糖氧化酶可改善仔猪血清抗氧化功能,降低腹泻率,促进机体对蛋白质、糖和脂质代谢与消化吸收,从而提高生长性能,建议添加量为180 U/kg。  相似文献
