土壤空间预测与数字化制图的精度受土壤样点规模、采样策略、预测模型选择、目标区域地貌与成土环境复杂程度、协变量数据质量等多种因素共同制约。选择河南省为研究区,基于9种土壤样点规模、5种采样方法,应用5种最具代表性的机器学习(Machinelearning,ML)算法对耕地表层土壤pH实施空间预测与数字化制图,用以对比分析不同样点规模与采样方法对ML模型的性能表现及土壤pH预测精度的影响。结果表明:(1)当研究区土壤样点规模从200个经由400个、800个、1 200个、1 600上升至2 000个时,无论使用何种采样方法,所有ML模型的性能表现与预测精度均呈快速上升的总体趋势;当样点规模达到并超过2 000个时,大多数ML性能表现及预测精度趋于稳定,表明2 000个土壤样点可能是这些ML模型预测研究区耕地表层土壤pH的样点规模阈值。(2)5种ML模型性能表现及其土壤pH预测精度存在明显差距,基于树结构的随机森林(Random forests,RF)和Cubist表现最好,无论使用哪种采样方法,这两种模型预测结果的决定系数(R2)均可稳定在0.75~0.80之间、RM...  相似文献

明确样点数量和空间分布对土壤属性空间预测的影响,有助于科学制定土壤采样策略、有效提高土壤空间预测精度。从5 403个土壤样点中随机抽取验证数据集以及包含不同样点数量的训练数据子集(每个子集包括五种样点空间分布实例),在研究区表层土壤有机质含量普通克里格(Ordinary Kriging,OK)和反距离加权(InverseDistanceWeighted,IDW)插值结果的基础上,分析和探讨样点数量与空间分布对土壤空间预测效果的影响。结果显示,当样点数量从5000降至39个时,OK和IDW插值图的局部变异信息逐渐减少,基于20和10个样点的插值图存在失真畸变。当样点数量从5 000降至1 250个时,OK插值精度相近(r变幅为0.55~0.59、RMSE变幅为3.03~3.15);从样点数量减少至625个开始,OK插值精度明显下降,同一训练子集不同样点空间分布的插值精度分异明显。IDW插值精度随样点数量与空间分布的变化与OK插值相似,不同的是从1 875个样点开始出现插值精度的明显下降和不同空间分布插值精度的明显分异。在插值图发生失真畸变之前,OK平均插值精度大于IDW。研究结果表明,样点数量及空间分布均可在不同程度上影响土壤属性空间预测结果,当样点数量足够多时,样点数量和空间分布对预测结果的影响非常有限;当样点数量减少至一定程度时,随着样点数量的减少,空间预测图的局部变异信息逐渐减少,预测精度逐渐下降,同时样点空间分布对预测结果的影响开始凸显;在空间预测结果发生失真畸变之前,与OK相比,IDW插值精度较低且更早响应样点数量和空间分布的变化。  相似文献

研究不同模型对土壤有机质空间预测的性能差异对制定更加科学合理的采样策略、提升采样效率和提高土壤空间预测精度有着重要的指导意义。本研究将6496个土壤样点按8∶2的比例分层随机分成训练集与验证集,应用普通克里格、随机森林以及随机森林-回归克里格三种有代表性的数字化土壤制图(Digital Soil Mapping,DSM)模型,对河南省许昌市耕地表层土壤有机质含量及空间分布进行预测,对三种模型性能表现进行综合评价。三种模型输出的预测结果显示:研究区耕地表层土壤有机质含量水平一般,均值为18.70 ~ 18.81 g kg?1,变异系数0.15 ~ 0.17,属中等强度变异;空间分布总体格局为西北与西南部分山地褐土区、东南部砂姜黑土区表层有机质含量高,中北部脱潮土、石灰性潮土区表层有机质含量低。验证结果表明:三种模型性能表现无明显差距,预测精度基本一致,输出结果对研究区耕地表层土壤有机质变异解释百分比在33% ~ 34%之间,在相同和相近尺度土壤有机质空间预测案例研究里属中等水平。在协变量有限且样点分布较为均匀的情况下,普通克里格模型便于快速获得研究区目标变量的空间分布;如果协变量比较丰富且易于收集利用,或是进行空间预测的同时还需要甄别不同因素对目标变量的影响大小,则建议采用随机森林模型;协变量有限,但样点密度较大时,随机森林-回归克里格模型可能是对目标变量进行空间预测的不错选择。  相似文献

黄土高原不同地貌区农田土壤有机质预测方法研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
  【目的】  开展黄土高原不同地貌区农田土壤有机质 (SOM) 预测方法研究,探讨不同预测方法在不同区域的适用性及不确定性,以便更准确地估算农田SOM空间分布特征,对土壤资源高效利用和农田精细化管理具有重要意义。  【方法】  在黄土高原3种典型地貌区进行试验,包括丘陵沟壑区 (庄浪县)、高塬区 (宁县) 和平原区 (武功县),分别布设样点3788、4048和3860个,分析农田土壤0—20 cm SOM含量。运用地统计学理论,分析各典型区SOM空间分布特征。提取原始样本75%为建模点,其余25%为验证点,利用普通克里格 (OK)、随机森林 (RF) 和随机森林+普通克里格 (RF + OK) 等方法,结合土壤类型、地形、气候、植被、人类活动等多源影响因子,对SOM分布进行空间预测,并对预测结果进行误差分析和空间结构检验,明确各方法的不确定性。  【结果】  丘陵沟壑区、高塬区、平原区SOM平均含量分别为14.29、13.15、14.48 g/kg,均属于较低水平;变异系数分别为18.96%、19.54%、26.71%,呈中等变异;块金效应分别为8.60%、17.41%和10.01%,受随机性和结构性因子共同作用,且受后者影响更大;丘陵沟壑区和平原区SOM含量的Moran’s I分别为0.26和0.14,Z[I]分别为26.56和13.51,存在显著空间自相关性,而高塬区SOM含量Moran’s I为0.02,Z[I]为1.55,不存在空间自相关性。丘陵沟壑区、高塬区、平原区SOM含量空间分布分别受温度、海拔、降水影响最大。在平原区,RF + OK法较RF法和OK法,MSE、RMSE、MAE等误差均最小,实测值与预测值的相关系数 (r) 最高,预测值的空间结构与实测值更接近。高塬区SOM空间分布无规律,OK法在该区域不适用,RF法和RF+OK法的各项误差无明显差异,但RF法的r更高,且预测值的空间结构更符合宁县实际特征。在平原区,OK法预测结果的不确定性较大,RF和RF + OK方法各项误差和r均无明显差异,但RF方法预测值的空间结构与实测值更接近,且较其它两个地区,其SOM变异性及建模点和验证点的各项误差均最大。  【结论】  在不同地貌区,环境要素、空间结构不同,同一预测方法的预测精度存在差异,平原区较丘陵沟壑区和高塬区,其空间预测结果的不确定性更大。在同一地貌区,3种预测方法的预测结果存在差异,丘陵沟壑区使用RF + OK法预测SOM空间分布效果较好,而高塬区和平原区则用RF法较好。当区域SOM存在显著空间相关性,且半方差函数的拟合度较高、残差较小时,采用RF + OK方法可显著提高模型预测精度。  相似文献

气候变化效应评估、土壤固碳潜力和肥力管理等,迫切需要详尽的土壤有机质(soil organic matter, SOM)空间分布信息。该文以江苏省第二次土壤普查的1 519个典型土壤剖面的表层(0~20 cm)SOM含量为例,选择1 217个样本为建模集,302个为验证集,选取年均温度、年均降雨、物理性黏粒和土壤pH值等因子进行SOM的地理加权回归(geographically weighted regression, GWR)建模。从建模集中分别随机抽取100%(1 217个)、80%(973个)、60%(730个)、40%(486个),20%(243个)的样点,对比不同样点数量下GWR和传统全局回归模型的精度差异,并选择最优模型进行SOM空间预测制图。结果表明:1)江苏省SOM含量在不同空间尺度上存在极显著的空间自相关性。不同样点数量的建模集的全局自相关性和局部空间自相关聚类图结果相似。全局Moran''s I值介于0.25~0.61(P<0.001)。SOM含量空间分布以空间聚集特征为主,"高-高"聚集区主要分布在苏中和苏南地区,"低-低"聚集区主要分布在苏北地区。2)GWR建模结果均优于传统的传统全局回归建模,其残差在不同的空间尺度上均不存在空间自相关性。不同建模集的GWR的R2adj较全局建模均提高0.15~0.20,其AIC和RSS均比全局模型有大幅降低,为56.08~360.19和17.40~76.67。不同建模样本数量的GWR模型对SOM的解释能力差异较小。3)建模样点数量(除建模样本n=243)对GWR预测制图结果的精度影响不大,RMSE介于5.56~5.75 g/kg之间,MAE介于3.87~4.05 g/kg之间,R2介于0.52~0.48之间,均优于全部建模样点的普通克里格插值验证结果。该研究可为样点数较少的省级尺度地区SOM空间建模与制图提供借鉴。  相似文献

对于土壤景观复杂的大区域,样点往往较为稀疏,如何准确地进行土壤预测制图仍是一个需要研究的问题。本文以青海省为研究区,基于近年采集205个土系调查点数据,采用随机森林模型,分别建立了表层(0~20 cm)土壤全氮、有机碳、粉粒含量和pH四个基本土壤属性与环境协同变量(海拔、坡度、地形湿度指数、年降水量、年平均气温、归一化植被指数、地表温度和地表反射率)之间的定量关系模型,对该地区进行了土壤多要素预测制图,分析了影响土壤空间变异的控制性因素。交叉验证结果显示,全氮、有机碳、粉粒含量和pH的R~2分别是0.61、0.53、0.47和0.54,这说明随机森林模型可解释47%以上的土壤空间变异。表层土壤全氮和有机碳空间分布趋势东南高,西北低,pH呈现出相反的空间模式;粉粒含量东高西低,预测结果高值出现在柴达木盆地和南部玉树、果洛地区。环境变量的重要性分析表明,年降水量对表层土壤全氮、有机碳、pH空间分布模式具有控制性影响,夜间地表温度与表层土壤粉粒含量空间变异具有较强的协同关系。  相似文献

以安徽省江淮丘陵地区的定远县为例,利用测土配方施肥获取的1 401个农田表层样点数据,运用地统计学方法和GIS技术研究了土壤有机质(SOM)、全氮(TN)、速效磷(AP)和速效钾(AK)含量的空间变异特征及其影响因素。结果表明,定远县SOM含量为17.74 g/kg,TN含量为1.04 g/kg,AP含量为13.45 mg/kg,AK含量为115.00 mg/kg,属中等水平。变异系数介于28.85%~73.38%,属中等变异强度。地统计分析表明,定远县土壤养分的变异函数符合指数模型,具有中等强度的空间自相关性,SOM和TN的空间自相关性稍强。土壤养分在空间上呈块状分布,SOM、TN和AK的空间分布总体上东南高、西北低;AP总体上西高东低。土壤养分空间变异主要受地形和土壤类型影响。  相似文献

为研究大兴安岭地区土壤有机质(SOM)空间特征并进一步探究其影响因素,使用采样间距为15 m×15 m的五点采样方法采集具有较强代表性的土壤样点数据共181个,获取各点属性数据及坐标值,再通过普通克里金插值方法初步分析SOM分布情况,并与遥感影像反演得出的SOM预测结果相结合。结果表明:大兴安岭地区的SOM含量变异系数为76.95%,属中等程度变异;与光谱反射率数据进行数学变换后得到的近红外波段5存在显著相关,相关系数最高可达-0.676;其次是红色波段4,相关系数为-0.508;SOM含量北高南低,其中大多数山区的含量较高。研究区的SOM空间变异是变海拔、坡度、坡向和土壤pH等因素综合影响的,其中海拔和土壤pH为主控因素。在累积与消耗SOM过程中,地形因子及人类活动可能会造成深远影响,研究结果可为大兴安岭地区的土壤资源可持续发展、农业结构调整及大尺度下预测分析SOM提供参考。  相似文献

目前关于土壤有机质(SOM)影响因子的研究多涉及单一或少量因素,缺少环境因子与农田管理相结合的详细分析。为综合分析环境和人为因素对农田SOM的影响,利用2011年采集于典型黑土样区的281个样点和水稻土样区的193个样点,结合相应农田管理调查数据,采用双样本Kolmogorov-Smirnov检验、Kendallτ相关分析、随机森林模型进行对比研究。结果表明,通过综合环境与农田管理措施数据,随机森林方法可以较好地预测农田SOM含量,对其变异的解释度达到80%以上。人为与环境因素对SOM变异的解释能力在两样区间存在差异。SOM含量水平在黑土区受环境因子影响为主,在水稻土区受人为因子主导。相对重要性分析显示黑土区水热条件、黏粒含量影响显著,水稻土区田间管理作用明显。  相似文献

【目的】以富士(Fuji)、 秦冠(Qinguan)嫁接在平邑甜茶(Malus hupehensis Rehd.)上的当年生盆栽苗为试验材料,采用砂培方法,研究了缺氮胁迫和干旱对富士和秦冠生长情况、 光合参数、 植株各部位氮磷钾含量及氮素利用效率的影响,分析比较了低氮干旱条件下富士和秦冠生长及氮素利用的差异,以期为果树生产高效肥水利用提供理论指导。【方法】试验共设四个处理: 正常氮正常水(ZZ)、 低氮正常水(DZ)、 正常氮干旱(ZG)、 低氮干旱(DG)。氮素和水分均设置两个水平,分别为正常氮(6 mmol/L NO-3-N)、 低氮(0.3 mmol/LNO-3-N)、 正常供水(保持盆中砂子相对含水量为饱和含水量的80%~85%)、 干旱处理(保持盆中砂子相对含水量为饱和含水量的60%~65%)。【结果】富士和秦冠的生物量(茎和叶)、 株高茎粗等生长指标以及光合速率、 气孔导度、 蒸腾速率均为正常氮正常水(ZZ)>低氮正常水(DZ)>正常氮干旱(ZG)>低氮干旱(DG),并且相对应处理下秦冠的以上指标均高于富士;正常供水下,缺氮处理使富士、 秦冠的根冠比比正常氮处理均有所增加,富士提高了2.05%,秦冠提高了22.40%。富士和秦冠的氮、 磷、 钾含量均表现出正常氮正常水(ZZ)>低氮正常水(DZ)>正常氮干旱(ZG)>低氮干旱(DG); 氮、 钾元素含量在植株各部位的分布顺序依次是叶>根>茎,磷元素则是根>叶>茎;光合氮素利用效率(PNUE)和氮素利用效率表现为秦冠处理之间差异极显著,富士处理之间差异不显著;秦冠的PNUE和NUE明显高于富士,在低氮正常水(DZ)处理下,秦冠氮肥利用率比富士高42.07%,在低氮干旱(DG)处理下高64.14%;低氮胁迫下富士和秦冠的NUE显著提高,并且秦冠提高的幅度高于富士。【结论】施用氮肥能够显著提高富士与秦冠的干物质量,同等水肥条件下,秦冠生长优于富士;水分亏缺会减少叶片对氮的吸收,干旱条件下适度增施氮肥,可提高果树的抗旱能力;低氮干旱胁迫下秦冠的生长指标、 光合指标及氮素利用效率指标均优于富士,表现出较强的抗低氮干旱胁迫的能力。  相似文献

Staff members of the Department of Botany of Palacký University in Olomouc and Gene Bank Department – Workplace Olomouc, Research Institute of Crop Production in Prague, Czech Republic, conducted an expedition in seven European countries (Austria, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Switzerland) in August/September 1999 to collect wild Lactuca spp. germplasm and study its geographic distribution, ecology and biodiversity. During the mission, more than 600 locations were visited resulting in the collection of 602 seed samples (accessions) of wild Lactuca species and 13 seed samples of related genera (Chondrilla and Mycelis). Lactuca serriola f. serriola, L. serriola f. integrifolia, L. saligna and L. viminea subsp. chondrilliflora were prevalent in southern Europe (Italy, France), however, only L. serriola was common in central and western Europe (Austria, Czech Republic, Germany, Netherlands, Switzerland). The greatest diversity of Lactuca species was found in France, where also the most seed samples (165) were collected. The most characteristic habitats with a high density of Lactuca spp. populations were observed along roads and highways, grassy ditches, ruderal communities, and dust-heaps. Natural infections by powdery mildew (Erysiphe cichoracearum) and downy mildew (Bremia lactucae) on some wild Lactuca spp. were observed. Recent observations concerning the geographic distribution, population structure, habitats, and natural occurrence of diseases of Lactuca spp. are discussed. This assemblage of genetic resources of Lactuca spp. can serve as the basis of future studies of species diversification, spatial population structure, plant microevolution, domestication processes, and genetic variability of host-parasite interactions.  相似文献

Laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS) is a new technique for the analysis of plant material. This study investigates the application of LIBS to pasture-based plant samples. The LIBS measurements were obtained from pelletized pasture samples (100 samples) that had been also analyzed by inductively coupled plasma–optical emission spectroscopy (ICP-OES) following microwave digestion for calibration and comparison purposes. Comparisons for elements sodium (Na), potassium (K), magnesium (Mg), calcium (Ca), manganese (Mn), iron (Fe), copper (Cu), zinc (Zn), boron (B), phosphorus (P), and sulfur (S) showed that LIBS could be used for almost all the standard profile total elements with concentrations down to low mg/kg levels (observed error of Na: 0.024 percent, K: 0.18 percent, Mg: 0.016 percent, Ca: 0.073 percent, P: 0.017 percent, Mn: 31 mg/kg, Fe: 150 mg/kg, Zn: 6.6 mg/kg, and B: 1.1 mg/kg). Elemental analysis at less than mg/kg levels was not possible using LIBS. The elements S and Cu were particularly difficult to analyze with reliability using LIBS at the concentration levels found in the plant samples. Replacing microwave digestion and subsequent ICP analysis with a direct analysis of dried plant samples using LIBS has the potential to improve the productivity and reduce the cost of testing.  相似文献

We have studied the effect of anaerobically digested (ADMSW) and composted municipal solid waste (CMSW) on mineralization and foodweb dynamics to verify the hypothesis that ADMSW would immobilize N right after addition to soil in contrast to addition with CMSW. Another hypothesis was that the mesofauna (enchytraeids and microarthropods) would stimulate N release from the decomposer community. We measured excretion of -N and urea-N from the mesofauna and hypothesized that enchytraeids would release urea. ADMSW and CMSW were amended to pots with sandy loam and barley. The pots were divided into treatments with or without mesofauna. Mesofauna, plant N and biomass, soil N and ergosterol (fungal biomass) were measured over a 113-day period of four equidistant samplings. Soil respiration, N mineralization and N release by the mesofauna were modelled from concurrent studies. ADMSW- and CMSW-treated soils initially (<20 days) immobilized N. The amendments did not increase plant growth substantially, and this was probably due to N-limitation in the early stages of plant growth. Enchytraeid abundance was about three times higher in ADMSW- than CMSW-treated soils, indicating that ADMSW contained more labile compounds, bacteria, and microfauna. The mesofauna did not affect N-content, but the cumulated -N excreted by the mesofauna was estimated to be substantial and about one-fifth of total plant N in ADMSW. An explanation for this discrepancy might be that in the absence of the mesofauna, other members of the detrivore and microbivore community performed the mesofauna’s function. Neither enchytraeids nor microarthropods excreted urea.  相似文献

“Wicked” problems are those that are complex and that change when solutions are applied. Many conflicts in conservation fall into this category. The study approached the problem of how to constrain the apparent wickedness of a problem in the conservation management of a species by using simple empirical indicators to carry out iterative assessment of the risk to a population and to document how this risk evolves in relation to the addition of new data and the implementation of management actions. Effects of high levels of uncertainty within data and also concerning population structure were examined through stochastic simulation and by exploration of scenarios. Historical trends in the example used, the Steller sea lion, showed rapid declines in abundance in some regions during the 1980s. The current total population is 130,000-150,000 Steller sea lions through Alaska and British Columbia and this number has been stable since about 1990 in spite of regional differences in population dynamics. Regional differences in the sequence of changes in the number of pups and non-pups, suggested that an internal re-distribution of juveniles could have happened between 1980 and 1990. Current productivity also appears close to the long-term mean. Stochastic population projection using various scenarios showed that, based upon this history, the risk of extinction for the population has declined and is below reasonable thresholds for considering the population to be endangered. The trends in risk suggest that management actions taken since 1990 have probably been effective. Consequently, the conservation management objectives for the Steller sea lion are probably being met. The approach provides a mechanism, based upon experience and scenario analysis, for exploring future policy options and may help to constrain the debate amongst stakeholders about the cost-benefit trade-offs associated with different options.  相似文献

Nutrient distributions under no tillage (NT) compared with conventional disk-and-bed tillage (CT) management in the warm, humid region of the southeastern USA need to be assessed so that future placement, quantity, and type of fertilizers can be altered, if necessary, to efficiently match crop demands. We determined soil-profile distributions of pH, N, P, S, K, Ca, Mg, Na, Zn, Fe, Mn, and Cu to a depth of 0.9 m at the end of 8.5 years of continuous CT and NT management on a Weswood silty clay loam (fine, mixed, thermic Fluventic Ustochrept) in southcentral Texas. Most dramatic changes occurred within the 0–0.05 m depth, where soil under NT had lower pH, Fe, and Cu than under CT, but greater P, K, Zn, and Mn. Greater P and K under NT than under CT also occurred below the till-zone (0.15–0.3 m). At a depth of 0–0.3 m, soil under NT contained greater amounts of extractable P, K, Zn, Fe, Mn, and Cu than under CT. Nitrogen fertilization had little effect on nutrient distributions, except resulting in greater extractable K at 0–0.05 m and greater nitrate at 0–0.15 m. Few changes in soil-profile distributions were observed for extractable S, Ca, Mg, and Na. Long-term continuous use of NT on this fine-textured, high-fertility (except for N) soil had no apparent adverse effects on nutrient distributions relative to CT, but enhanced conservation and availability of P, K, Zn, Fe, Mn, and Cu near the soil surface where crop roots proliferate.  相似文献

The responses of tallgrass prairie plant communities and ecosystem processes to fire and grazing are well characterized. However, responses of invertebrate consumer groups, and particularly soil-dwelling organisms, to these disturbances are not well known. At Konza Prairie Biological Station, we sampled soil macroinvertebrates in 1994 and 1999 as part of a long-term experiment designed to examine the effects and interactions of annual fire, mowing, and fertilization (N and P) on prairie soil communities and processes. For nearly all taxa, in both years, responses were characterized by significant treatment interactions, but some general patterns were evident. Introduced European earthworms (Aporrectodea spp. and Octolasion spp.) were most abundant in plots where fire was excluded, and the proportion of the total earthworm community consisting of introduced earthworms was greater in unburned, unmowed, and fertilized plots. Nymphs of two Cicada genera were collected (Cicadetta spp. and Tibicen spp.). Cicadetta nymphs were more abundant in burned plots, but mowing reduced their abundance. Tibicen nymphs were collected almost exclusively from unburned plots. Treatment effects on herbivorous beetle larvae (Scarabaeidae, Elateridae, and Curculionidae) were variable, but nutrient additions (N or P) usually resulted in greater densities, whereas mowing usually resulted in lower densities. Our results suggest that departures from historical disturbance regimes (i.e. frequent fire and grazing) may render soils more susceptible to increased numbers of European earthworms, and that interactions between fire, aboveground biomass removal, and vegetation responses affect the structure and composition of invertebrate communities in tallgrass prairie soils.  相似文献
