为探讨育肥猪出栏前不同时间去掉预混料对胴体和肉品质的影响,选用180头体重为80kg左右的杜长大三元杂交育肥猪,随机分成3组(对照组、试验1组、试验2组),每组3个重复(圈),每重复(圈)20头。对照组饲喂含有4%商业预混料的日粮,试验1组宰前2周饲粮中去掉预混料(用沸石粉代替预混料),试验2组宰前4周饲粮中去掉预混料(用沸石粉代替预混料)。屠宰后测定并比较各组猪只的胴体品质和肉品质指标。结果表明:宰前不同时间去掉预混料对猪胴体品质、肉品质均无显著影响(P>0.05)。研究结果为减少生猪养殖过程中的粪污排放对环境的污染以及降低生产成本提供了有益参考。  相似文献

研究了可溶性干酒糟(DDS)作为饲料原料对生长育肥猪生长性能的影响。选用72头健康体重约70 kg的三元育肥猪,随机分成2个处理组,每个处理组2个重复,每个重复18头猪,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组饲喂含40%DDS的试验日粮,试验正式期20 d。结果显示,与对照组相比,试验组育肥猪的平均日增重、平均采食量和料肉比方面无明显差异(P>0.05),从经济效益分析来看,与对照组相比,试验组猪在日采食成本和日增重成本方面分别下降了1.41元/kg和1.50元/kg,整个育肥周期每头猪可多获利约75元。试验证实在生长育肥猪的日粮中添加DDS能够完全满足育肥猪的生长需要,并可降低养殖成本,进一步提高经济效益。  相似文献

In a field study with fattening pigs, effects of feed particle size at the dietary presence of organic acids on Salmonella prevalence were measured. On two farms (f1/f2), each holding ~800 pigs, diets based on finely ground (control) or coarsely ground ingredients (experiment) were fed as crumbs. On f1 both control and experimental grower and finisher diets contained identical concentrations of formic and propionic acid (0.4% and 0.2% respectively). On f2 only finisher diet of the experimental group contained 1.2% potassium diformate. At the start of the fattening period no statistical differences were measured between Salmonella prevalence in animals fed control and experimental diets on both farms. At slaughter Salmonella prevalence in caecal contents was lower (p < 0.05) on f1 in animals fed the experimental diet. Furthermore, the number of seronegative meat juice samples taken from these animals [optical density (OD) <10] was higher (p < 0.001); seropositive as well as distinct seropositive samples (OD ≥20 and ≥40 respectively) were less frequent (p < 0.01) compared to samples from animals fed the control diet. Feeding the experimental diet on f2 resulted in a lower Salmonella detection rate in faeces before slaughter (p < 0.01). Salmonella prevalence was lower in caecal content at slaughter for pigs fed the experimental diet compared to those fed control diet (p < 0.0001). The number of distinct seropositive meat juice samples (OD ≥40) was lower (p < 0.01) for pigs fed the experimental than for those fed the control diet. In comparison to pigs in the control group, starch concentrations in the caecal content from pigs in the experimental groups on both farms were higher (p < 0.05) and the pH values lower (p < 0.05). Propionate (p < 0.0001) and butyrate (p < 0.01) concentrations were higher in the caecal content taken from pigs in the experimental group on f2.  相似文献

为研究日粮中添加不同水平的发酵饲料对育肥猪养分消化率及肠道菌群的影响,试验选用560头杜×长×大三元育肥猪[(75.37±2.65)kg],根据体重、性别随机分为7组,每组5个重复,每个重复16头,对照组饲喂育肥猪日粮,试验组分别在育肥猪日粮中添加5%或10%的发酵饲料A、B、C,饲喂21 d后每组选5头育肥猪肛门采集新鲜粪便测定肠道菌群多样性;并在饲喂第29天和第30天,各组每个重复连续收集粪便混合后测定养分消化率。结果表明:日粮中添加发酵饲料对育肥猪粗蛋白质、能量和干物质的消化率没有显著影响(P>0.05),相比对照组,饲喂发酵饲料组的粗蛋白质消化率有所提高(最高组提高2.9%);同时肠道菌群中乳杆菌属丰度有所增加,表明在日粮中添加一定比例的发酵饲料可以改善育肥猪养分消化率和肠道健康。  相似文献

本研究旨在评估非常规饲料资源马铃薯粉在育肥猪上的应用,研究其对猪生长性能、胴体性状和肉品质的影响。试验将450头体重一致的育肥猪随机分为3组,每组5个重复,每个重复30只。对照组饲喂基础日粮,两个处理组分别饲喂马铃薯粉添加水平为10%和20%的日粮,试验为期56?d。结果:与对照组相比,10%马铃薯粉组29~56?d及1~56?d猪平均日采食量分别显著提高3.52%和1.42%(P<0.05),但该组育肥猪在29~56?d和1~56?d的料重比最高(P<0.05)。对照组和10%马铃薯组育肥猪的屠宰率和腰肌相对重量较20%马铃薯粉组分别显著提高4.10%、3.73%和4.71%、3.97%(P<0.05)。但20%马铃薯粉组育肥猪胃肠道相对重量较对照组和10%马铃薯粉组分别显著提高22.14%和16.94%(P<0.05)。对照组和20%马铃薯粉组肌间脂肪显著高于10%马铃薯粉组(P<0.05),20%马铃薯粉组肌肉大理石纹评分也显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组背膘厚度较马铃薯粉组分别显著提高16.26%和5.86%(P<0.05)。结论:日粮中添加10%~20%马铃薯粉对育肥猪生长和肉质无明显的负面影响,但当马铃薯粉添加水平达到20%时会降低胴体产量和肌肉嫩度。 [关键词]马铃薯粉|育肥猪|生长性能|胴体性状|肉品质  相似文献

本试验旨在研究无抗生素饲粮中添加德氏乳杆菌对育肥猪胴体性状、肉品质及背最长肌营养成分的影响。试验选用健康、平均体重为(65.34±3.64)kg的"杜×(长×大)"育肥猪120头,随机分为2个组,每组6个重复,每个重复10头猪(公母各占1/2)。对照组饲喂无抗生素基础饲粮,试验组饲喂在无抗生素基础饲粮中添加0.1%德氏乳杆菌的饲粮。试验期42 d。结果表明:2组育肥猪的胴体性状差异不显著(P0.05);与对照组相比,试验组育肥猪的脾重率和胰重率显著升高(P0.05);宰后45 min时2组育肥猪的肉品质差异不显著(P0.05),宰后24 h时,与对照组相比,试验组育肥猪肉的黄度显著升高(P0.05),剪切力显著降低(P0.05);与对照组相比,试验组育肥猪背最长肌中甘氨酸、丙氨酸和风味氨基酸含量显著升高(P0.05),葵酸和棕榈酸含量显著降低(P0.05),棕榈油酸、亚油酸和多不饱和脂肪酸含量显著升高(P0.05)。结果提示,无抗生素饲粮中添加0.1%德氏乳杆菌对育肥猪的胴体性状、肉品质及肉中营养成分具有一定改善作用。  相似文献

试验研究了姜黄素替代猪饲粮中抗菌药物喹烯酮对抗体的合成和猪肉品质的影响。选取64头体重约70 kg的杜×长×大三元杂交猪,将其分为4组,每组16头猪。在基础饲粮中添加50 mg/kg喹烯酮后,饲喂第1组(对照组)猪;在基础饲粮中分别添加200、3004、00 mg/kg姜黄素后,相应地饲喂第23、4、组猪,饲养试验期40 d。试验结果表明:姜黄素替代育肥猪饲粮中喹烯酮,对猪体健康无不良影响;能改善猪的肉品质量;不同程度地提高猪的病原抗体效价。育肥猪饲粮中姜黄素的适宜添加量为400 mg/kg。  相似文献

本试验旨在研究固态发酵醋糟饲料(SFVD)对育肥猪生长性能、养分表观消化率、血清指标及粪便中挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)含量的影响。选择体况相近[(59.04±0.33)kg]的健康“杜×长×大”三元杂交生长育肥猪60头,随机分为2个组,每组3个重复,每个重复10头猪。对照组饲喂基础饲粮+150 mg/kg土霉素钙,试验组饲喂基础饲粮+5%的SFVD。预试期6 d,正试期35 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,基础饲粮中添加5%的SFVD对育肥猪平均日采食量(ADFI)具有一定的促进趋势(P=0.056);显著降低了育肥猪饲粮中干物质(DM)、粗蛋白质(CP)、有机物(OM)和总能(GE)的表观消化率(P<0.05),对粗脂肪(EE)表观消化率有一定的促进趋势(P=0.052);显著提高了育肥猪血清谷草转氨酶(AST)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性(P<0.05),血清高密度脂蛋白(HDL)和免疫球蛋白A(IgA)含量也呈现出一定的升高趋势(P=0.055和P=0.077);显著提高了育肥猪粪便中丙酸含量(P<0.05),粪便中甲酸和总挥发性脂肪酸(TVFA)含量也呈现出一定的升高趋势(P=0.071和P=0.054)。由此可见,基础饲粮中添加5%的SFVD对育肥猪生长性能、肠道健康及免疫性能的提高具有潜在的促进作用。  相似文献

Two experiments determined the efficacy of an Escherichia coli phytase (ECP) added to P-deficient, corn-soybean meal diets fed to finishing pigs and second-cycle laying hens. Sixty finishing pigs (49 +/- 0.9 kg) were formed into blocks within sex based on weight and ancestry and allotted to a P-deficient diet unsupplemented or supplemented with 0.10% inorganic P (iP) from KH2PO4 or ECP at 250, 500, 1,000, or 10,000 phytase units (FTU)/kg. Individually fed pigs were allowed ad libitum access to the experimental diets until a BW of 120 +/- 3 kg was achieved, at which time the pigs were euthanized and the left fibula and fourth metatarsal were excised for determination of bone ash. Pigs were fed a 2-phase diet program for early- and late-finishing pigs; available P in the basal diets was set 0.10% below the requirement. Dietary supplementation of iP or ECP increased weight gain (P < 0.10) and G:F (P < 0.01); performance was not different (P > 0.13) among the phytase-supplemented groups. Fibula ash was greatest (P < 0.01) for pigs fed diets containing 10,000 FTU of ECP/kg. Two hundred forty second-cycle hens were allotted to a P-deficient diet or a P-deficient diet supplemented with 0.10% iP or ECP at 150, 300, or 10,000 FTU/kg for a 12-wk experiment. The basal diet was a corn-soybean meal diet with no added iP (17% CP, 3.8% Ca, 0.10% available P). Hens fed the P-deficient diet were removed from the experiment after 4 wk due to poor egg production. Supplementation of iP or ECP resulted in increased (P < 0.01) feed intake, egg weight, and egg production during the first 4 wk. During the entire 12-wk period, there were no differences (P > 0.28) between the iP- and ECP-supplemented groups in feed intake, egg weight, or egg production. These experiments reveal that ECP was as efficacious as supplemental iP and that supplementation of an excess dose of ECP was efficacious and without negative effects in finishing pigs and laying hens.  相似文献

This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of adding Chinese herbal medicine in diets on growth performance,carcass traits and meat quality of finishing pigs.A total of 60 crossbred (Duroc×(Landrace×Yorkshire)) finishing pigs with an average body weight of (61.87±0.90)kg were randomly divided into 2 groups with 3 replicates in each group and each replicate contained 10 finishing pigs (the ratio of male and female was equal).The control group was fed with the basal diet without antibiotics,the experimental group was fed the basal diets supplemented with 0.1% Chinese herbal medicine.The experimental period lasted for 42 days.The results showed that compared with the control group,ADFI and ADG of experimental group were improved (P>0.05),F/G of experimental group was decreased (P>0.05),whereas the diarrhea rate and morbidity of experimental group were highly significantly reduced (P<0.01). Experimental group increased the carcass weight,dressing percentage,leanness,long body straight,body length,loin muscle area by 1.28%,1.80%,0.16%,0.50%,0.80% and 1.46%,respectively,and the thickness of backfat and skin in experimental group were decreased by 1.11% and 4.16%,respectively,but there were no significant differences between 2 groups (P>0.05).The suet rate in experimental group was significantly decreased than those in control group (P<0.05),kidney weight ratio and pancreatic weight ratio were increased significantly (P<0.05),and other indexes were no significant differences between 2 groups (P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the water holding capacity in experimental group had an increasing trend (P>0.05),tenderness in experimental group was significantly reduced (P<0.05) and the meat color was also improved.It was indicated that adding 0.1% Chinese herbal medicine in diets could promote growth performance and improve carcass traits and meat quality of finishing pigs.  相似文献

Two trials were carried out to determine the effect of feed acidification upon Salmonella carriage in market-age pigs. In the first trial, the administration for the last 14 weeks of the fattening period of a commercial pelleted feed added with 0.6% lactic acid plus 0.6% formic acid (Lac-Formic-1.2) was compared to an unacidified standard diet (STD). A second experiment was carried out in two herds of growing pigs (Herd I, 3000 pigs; Herd II, 900 pigs) in which three different diets were assayed during the last 8-9 weeks of the fattening period: a diet containing 0.8% formic acid (Formic-0.8), a diet containing 0.4% lactic acid plus 0.4% formic acid (Lac-Formic-0.8) and a STD. In the first experiment, serological evolution of the infection was examined by ELISA and microbiological cultures (rectal samples and mesenteric lymph nodes) were also done. Feed intake by pen and the individual weight of the animals were also measured. In the second trial, blood, rectal samples and mesenteric lymph nodes were collected at slaughter in both herds (30 pigs per experimental group). In the first experiment, the acidified diet (Lac-Formic-1.2) reduced Salmonella carriers in mesenteric lymph nodes (Fisher's exact P < 0.01). In the second trial, Lac-Formic-0.8 diet significantly reduced Salmonella seroprevalence compared to the STD (P = 0.001) in both herds. Also Lac-Formic-0.8 and Formic-0.8 diets in Herd II showed a lower faecal excretion and Salmonella carriage in mesenteric lymph nodes than the STD (P < 0.05). Our results suggest that the administration of a combination of lactic and formic acids at the levels used in this study could be used to reduce Salmonella prevalence in finishing pigs.  相似文献

本试验旨在研究猪的生长阶段对饲料磷的全肠道消化率的影响。选用初始平均体重分别为27.2、59.1、103.1kg的生长育肥猪各16头,根据体重随机分为低磷饲粮组和高磷饲粮组,每组8个重复,每个重复1头猪。低磷饲粮为无磷酸氢钙(DCP)的玉米-豆粕型饲粮,饲粮总磷浓度为3.3 g/kg,在低磷饲粮中添加14.5g/kgDCP构成总磷浓度为5.9 g/kg的高磷饲粮。采用全收粪法测定总磷的表观全肠道消化率(ATTD),采用差量法计算DCP中磷的全肠道真消化率(TTTD)。试验共12 d,包括5 d适应期和7 d粪样收集期。结果表明:高磷饲粮组的可消化磷含量和总磷的ATTD均显著高于低磷饲粮组(P<0.05);饲喂高磷饲粮时,不同生长阶段猪磷的ATTD无显著差异(P>0.1);饲喂低磷饲粮时,育肥猪磷的ATTD显著高于生长猪和生长育肥猪(P<0.05);虽然饲粮总磷的ATTD受生长阶段影响(P<0.05),但生长阶段对DCP中磷的TTTD无显著影响(P>0.1)。由此可见,猪的生长阶段显著影响植物性饲料原料中磷的消化利用率,但对DCP中磷的消化利用率无显著影响。  相似文献

本研究目的在于评价在玉米-豆粕型基础饲粮中添加苜蓿草粉对肥育猪的利用价值。选取体重约50kg的杜×长×大三元杂交猪40头,采用单因子完全随机设计,分为5个组,每组4个重复,分别在饲粮中添加不同比例的苜蓿草粉,依次为:0(对照组),10%(试验I组),15%(试验II组),20%(试验III组),20%+0.1%纤维素酶(试验IV 组),各组主要营养指标相同。测定肥育猪饲喂含不同水平苜蓿草粉饲粮后主要生产性能、消化率及血清中主要生化指标的变化。结果表明,1)试验II、III、IV 组平均日增重、采食量较对照组明显提高,而试验II、IV 组的料肉比明显降低,因此,添加15%的苜蓿草粉或20%的苜蓿草粉+0.1% 纤维素酶有利于提高肥育猪的体重及饲料转化率。2)试验I、II组和对照组相比,其干物质、粗蛋白质、粗灰分、中性洗涤纤维的表观消化率均不同程度提高;虽然试验III、IV 组上述4项指标的表观消化率和对照组相近或稍高,但试验IV 组各主要指标优于试验III组,说明添加10%和15%的苜蓿草粉有利于提高营养物质的表观消化率,苜蓿草粉添加至20%时加纤维素酶对各项指标消化率有改进。3)肥育猪饲粮中添加苜蓿草粉,降低了其血液甘油三酯、胆固醇及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量,升高了高密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量。试验证明,在肥育猪饲粮中添加15%紫花苜蓿草粉对肥育猪生产性能、营养物质消化率及血清生化指标的改善有利,苜蓿草粉降低血液胆固醇的功能可能是其中皂苷的作用。  相似文献

Fly maggot meal has been regarded as one of the substitutes of fish meal and soybean meal in pig feed. However, its effects on pig growth performance and faecal micro-organism remain unclear. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of dietary fly maggot meal on fattening performance, plasma indices related to gut hormones, immunity and faecal microbial communities composition of finishing pigs. A total of 40 Ningxiang fattening pigs were randomly allocated to two dietary treatments and pigs in each group were arranged by control group (CK) diet or 8% maggot meal group (MMG) diet for 45 days respectively. Growth performance, indices of gut hormones and immunity in plasma were evaluated. Microbiota composition in faeces was determined using 16S rDNA Amplicon Sequencing. The results showed that dietary MMG did not affect gut hormones and immune proteins in the trial compared with CK group (p > .05). However, dietary MMG significantly increased average daily gain (ADG). The population of the Firmicutes in MMG treatment was increased, while the percentage of the Bacteroidetes was decreased (p < .05). In particular, the number of Clostridiales related to hydrolyzed sugar and protein were increased (p < .05). It can inhibit the growth of harmful intestinal bacteria, promote the proliferation of beneficial bacteria and effectively improve the ability of digestion and absorption of nutrients. In conclusion, a diet containing 8% MMG changed the proportion of intestinal micro-organisms in finishing pigs, especially the higher richness of Firmicutes, and promoted the fattening ability of pigs to a certain extent. These changes should benefit finishing pig production during fattening period.  相似文献

The objectives of this experiment were 1) to determine the NE of soybean oil (SBO) and choice white grease (CWG) fed to growing and finishing pigs, 2) to evaluate the effects of inclusion rate of SBO on the NE by growing and finishing pigs, and 3) to determine if there is a difference in the NE of SBO and CWG between growing and finishing pigs. Forty-eight growing (initial BW: 22.13 ± 1.78 kg) and 48 finishing (initial BW: 84.17 ± 5.80 kg) barrows were used, and they were housed and fed individually. Within each stage of growth, pigs were allotted to 8 outcome groups of 6 barrows based on BW. Within each outcome group, pigs were randomly allotted to 1 of 6 groups. Two groups at each stage of growth served as an initial slaughter group. Pigs in the remaining groups were assigned to 4 dietary treatments and slaughtered at the conclusion of the experiment. The basal diet contained corn, soybean meal, and no supplemental lipids. Three additional diets were formulated by mixing 95% of the basal diet and 5% SBO, 90% of the basal diet and 10% SBO, or 90% of the basal diet and 10% CWG. Average daily gain and G:F for finishing pigs and apparent total tract digestibility of energy for growing and finishing pigs increased (linear, P < 0.05) with lipid content, but was not affected by lipid source. The lipid gain:protein gain ratio and the energy retention also increased (linear, P ≤ 0.05) with lipid content in growing and finishing pigs. There were no interactive effects between lipid content and stage of growth or between lipid source and stage of growth on the NE of diets and the NE of dietary lipids. The NE of diets increased (linear, P < 0.01) with increasing SBO (2,056, 2,206, and 2,318 kcal/kg for diets containing 0, 5, or 10% SBO). The NE of the diet containing 10% CWG (2,440 kcal/kg) was greater (P < 0.05) than the NE of the diet containing 10% SBO. The NE of diets was greater (P < 0.05) for finishing pigs than for growing pigs regardless of lipid content or source. The NE of SBO included at 5% (5,073 kcal/kg) was not different from the NE of SBO included at 10% (4,679 kcal/kg), but the NE of CWG (5,900 kcal/kg) was greater (P < 0.05) than the NE of SBO. The stage of growth had no impact on the NE of SBO or CWG. In conclusion, the NE of lipids is not affected by the content of dietary lipids, but the NE of CWG is greater than the NE of SBO.  相似文献

The study was designed to investigate the effect of Rhodobacter capsulatus on serum and meat cholesterol, fatty acid composition in meat, as well as meat quality of finishing pigs. A total of 16 120-day-old Landrace female pigs of about 60 kg initial body weight were randomly assigned into two groups. The pigs were fed a supplemented diet with 0.04% dietary R. capsulatus or a control diet for 60 days. Total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein-cholesterol concentration in serum was significantly lowered ( P  < 0.05) in the pigs fed the R. capsulatus supplemented diet compared to the control diet. Carcass weight, carcass length, shoulder fat, back fat and loin fat thickness, longissimus muscle (LM) area, and color score did not differ significantly between the pigs fed the R. capsulatus supplemented diet and control diet. Among the nutrient composition of LM meat, neutral fat and triglyceride concentration were significantly ( P  < 0.05) reduced in the finishing pigs by dietary supplementation of R. capsulatus . The proportions of n-6 PUFA were higher ( P  < 0.05) in the pigs fed the R. capsulatus supplemented diet than in the pigs fed the control diet. The supplementation of dietary R. capsulatus to finishing pig diet played important roles in reducing serum cholesterol and meat triglycerides, as well as in increasing polyunsaturated fatty acid content in LM meat.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to compare a split marketing (SM) strategy, in which the heaviest pigs in a group are removed and slaughtered earlier than the others, with an all-out (AO) marketing strategy, in which all pigs are removed from the pen simultaneously and slaughtered on the same day, in terms of welfare, performance, and carcass traits of noncastrated (i.e., intact) male and female pigs. The experimental treatments were arranged in a 2 × 2 factorial array with 1) marketing strategy (SM vs. AO) and 2) sex (males vs. females), which yielded 4 treatment groups of 14 pigs (73.1 ± 4.8 kg): male SM, male AO, female SM, and female AO (7 replicates/group). Pigs in AO groups were all slaughtered after 6 wk on trial, whereas in SM groups the 3 heaviest pigs were removed and slaughtered 2 wk before the remainder of the group, which were slaughtered at the same time as the AO pigs. Pigs were fed a liquid diet from a long trough 3 times daily. Behavioral observations were conducted before and after SM, the day of SM, and 1 and 2 wk later. Behavior was recorded both during and between feed events, and skin lesions were scored on all, except the 3 pigs removed from SM groups before and 2 wk after SM. Growth performance, feed efficiency, and carcass traits were recorded. The number of aggressive interactions during feed events decreased after the 3 pigs were removed from SM groups. This reduction in aggressive interactions was observed on the day of SM in male groups (before SM: 24.3 vs. the day of SM: 14.7, SED = 3.31, P < 0.05 for interaction) and in subsequent observations in female groups (before SM: 21.4 vs. days after SM: 13.4, SED = 3.31, P < 0.05 for interaction). However, SM had no effect on behaviors recorded between feed events or on the number and severity of skin lesions (P > 0.10). There were no differences between the 11 remaining pigs in SM groups and the 14 pigs in AO groups in terms of growth performance, feed efficiency, and carcass traits of female or intact male pigs (P > 0.10). However, reduced within-pen CV in carcass weight was detected in pigs from SM groups compared with pigs from AO groups (8.6 vs. 10.9, SEM = 0.72, P < 0.05). Therefore, in restrictively fed pigs, a SM strategy improved the welfare of both female and intact male pigs by reducing aggressive interactions during feeding but had no effect on performance or carcass traits.  相似文献

A genetically modified corn hybrid homozygous for the lpa1 allele, containing low phytate (LP), and its nearly isogenic equivalent hybrid (normal) were compared in two experiments with growing-finishing swine. In Exp. 1, 210 barrows (27 kg) were allotted to one of six dietary treatments with two corn hybrids (LP and normal) and three P feeding regimens. There were five replicate pens (seven pigs/pen) per treatment. Treatments consisted of diets that were supplemented with P throughout the growing-finishing period (.2% P and .15% supplemental P during growing and finishing phases, respectively) or only during the growing phase (.2% supplemental P) or that were not supplemented with P throughout the growing-finishing period. Performance at the end of the growing phase was based on a 2 x 2 factorial arrangement of treatments with two corn hybrids and two levels of added P (0 and .2%). This resulted in 10 replicates for the treatments supplemented with .2% P. The finishing phase (73 to 112 kg) was a 2 x 3 factorial arrangement of treatments with the two types of corn and three regimens of added P during the finishing period. Breaking load (BL) and ash of the fourth metacarpal were evaluated from one pig/pen at the end of the growing phase and from all pigs after slaughter. Pigs fed the LP corn diet without added P had greater body weight gain, feed efficiency, BL, and ash content of the fourth metacarpal than pigs fed the normal corn diet without added P. Performance was similar between pigs fed the LP diet without added P and pigs fed LP and normal corn with added P. In Exp. 2, 1,092 gilts (34 kg body weight) were allotted by weight in a commercial facility to one of three treatments: 1) normal corn/soybean meal diet containing .29% and .22% available P during the growing and finishing phases, respectively; 2) LP corn/soybean meal diet with the same available P level as Treatment 1; and 3) same as Treatment 2 for 8 wk, then no inorganic P supplementation during the finishing phase. All pigs were slaughtered at approximately 122 kg. There were no significant differences in growing-finishing performance or BL among treatments. However, pigs fed diets containing LP corn possessed carcasses with less backfat and a higher percentage of lean (P < .01). These results confirm that the P in LP corn is available to the pig and suggest that pigs fed diets containing this genetically modified corn will have more desirable carcasses.  相似文献

比较研究了健长散和黄霉素在猪中的应用效果.选取健康、体重约为55 kg的杜×长×大育肥猪64头,按体重相近、公母各半的原则将其分为对照组和试验组,每组32头猪.基粮按我国猪的现行饲养标准配制.将基粮中加黄霉素(20mg/kg体重)后,喂对照组猪;将基粮中加0.3%健长散后,喂试验组猪.饲养试验结果如下:(1)对照组猪腹泻频次为4;试验组猪腹泻频次为2.(2)试验组猪日均增重极显著地快于对照组猪(P<0.01).(3)试验组猪血清GOT活性、TG、VLDL显著地低于对照组猪(P<0.05);试验组猪血清口蹄疫抗体显著地高于对照组猪(P<0.05);然而,两组猪血清GPT活性,TP、BUN、GLU、Ca、P、Mg、IgG含量,猪瘟、圆环病毒、蓝耳病抗体含量无显著差异(P>0.05).根据以上一系列的试验结果可推断,与黄霉素比较,健长散不仅对猪有更好的保健促生长作用,而且在不同程度上可改善猪的营养生化代谢.  相似文献
