[目的]探究地理空间约束下科技创新对生态环境的影响效应,为推动生态环境保护提供理论依据和政策启示。[方法]基于安徽省16个地级市2011—2020年面板数据,利用ArcGIS,Geoda, Stata 15.1软件,采用探索性空间数据分析法、空间计量模型,在全域和局域尺度上探究科技创新对生态环境的空间关联与影响效应。[结果](1)安徽省生态环境质量和科技创新水平逐年稳步增长,生态环境呈现“皖南高,皖中居中,皖北低”的空间特征,科技创新产生以合肥和芜湖为首的领域辐射效应。(2)科技创新对生态环境的影响在皖南地区表现为负向效应,在皖中和皖北地区显示出正向的直接效应和空间溢出效应。(3)从安徽省全域上看科技创新要素对生态环境的影响程度排序为:科技创新环境>科技创新产出>科技创新投入,但不同区域具有异质性特征。[结论]开展生态环境保护需要因地制宜,确定各地区科技创新和生态环境保护的方向和重点,突出地方优势,发挥领域辐射作用。  相似文献

[目的]探究近14a安徽省耕地资源安全时空特征,为安徽省社会经济发展和耕地保护提供依据。[方法]从耕地资源数量、质量和生态安全3个方面选取27个评价指标,构建耕地资源综合安全评价体系。[结果](1)安徽省耕地数量和质量安全程度分别呈下降和上升趋势,生态安全等级较为稳定,综合安全呈缓慢上升趋势;(2)耕地资源数量安全总体呈皖东、皖北高于皖南的空间格局;质量安全呈现皖中、皖南高于皖北的特征;生态安全表现为皖中部和皖南较低,其余较高的空间格局;综合安全与数量安全空间分布具有相似性,且在时间上,低安全等级地市呈现"集中—分散"的空间特征,高安全程度地市反之。(3)近14a安徽省耕地资源数量、质量和生态安全的主要障碍因子具有明显的时间变化特征。[结论]安徽省耕地资源安全情况不容乐观,各地区需因地制宜,提高安全保障程度。  相似文献

[目的]探索用水强度驱动效应空间关联格局,为制定优化水资源配置及实行最严格水资源保护政策提供依据。[方法]以安徽省为例,运用完全分解模型,对用水强度驱动效应进行测算;基于ArcGIS平台,运用Kriging插值及热值分析方法,对用水强度驱动效应空间关联格局及热点(冷点)地区进行考察。[结果](1)2011—2014年,技术效应均值为94.09%,结构效应均值为5.91%;(2)技术效应、结构效应半变异函数分析块金系数分别为1,0.843 9,空间自相关性弱,整体结构性差,区域差异明显;(3)技术效应、结构效应热点与冷点地区分别占总数的31.25%,37.5%,温点地区占68.75%,62.5%,分布于皖江中下游、皖南地区及皖北的蚌埠市。[结论]用水强度驱动效应空间异质特征显著,技术创新与结构调整为提升区域用水强度的重要途径。  相似文献

[目的]探究区域水资源压力状态和产生的原因,为区域合理开发和配置水资源提供理论依据。[方法]通过构建三维水足迹模型,利用水资源可持续指数定性分析水资源可持续程度,并用对数平均迪氏指数(LMDI)分解法因素分解模型定量分析结构效应、技术效应、经济效应和人口效应对2007—2016年间安徽省水资源压力的影响。[结果]①2007—2016年间安徽省水足迹总体先增加后下降,其中比例达97.88%~98.73%的内部水足迹中以农业生产用水比例最高且与总水足迹变化趋势一致;2016年安徽省由北向南人均农业用水依次递减,其他类型水足迹以长江流域比例最高;②2007—2016年间安徽省水足迹深度在2~4内波动并最终呈下降趋势且由北向南逐渐递减;2007—2016年安徽省水资源整体可持续利用趋势在增强;③安徽省水足迹各驱动因素中,技术效应为逆向驱动,正向驱动中经济效应贡献值最大。[结论]本文所用三维水足迹模型更能反映安徽省水足迹的实际情况;虽然水资源可持续利用趋势在增强,但还需优化水资源利用结构,加快提高水资源利用效率以缓解经济发展和人口增长带来的水环境压力。  相似文献

[目的]综合评测广东省各地级市乡村振兴水平及其子系统发展水平,探究其在2017—2021年的时空演变特征与影响机制,为乡村振兴工程的持续推进提供科学参考。[方法]基于产业兴旺、生活富裕、乡风文明、治理有效和生态宜居5个子系统构建测算体系,运用TOPSIS法测评广东省乡村振兴水平;运用冷热点分析法探究广东省乡村振兴水平与各子系统发展水平的时空演变特征;运用地理探测器分析乡村振兴的主要影响因素与各因子交互作用规律。[结果](1)研究时序内,广东省乡村振兴水平小幅度上升,同时研究单元的演变类型以等级跃升为主,珠三角地区始终为高值单元聚集区。各子系统发展水平变化相对一致,但研究单元的类型演变存在明显差异。(2)研究时序内,研究单元的各类属性整体上均以热点聚集为主要联系类型,且各属性的高值聚集区始终是珠三角地区。(3)2017—2021年,广东省乡村振兴的主要影响因素为财政支撑、产业优度和经济基础,各因子的交互类型在两个研究年均为非线性增强或双因子增强。[结论]研究时段内广东省乡村振兴水平呈现小幅提升,各子系统发展水平则具有不同的演变态势,但均存在明显空间异质性,同时乡村振兴是多元要素共同驱动的...  相似文献

明确当前安徽省的施肥现状和存在问题对于科学施肥具有十分重要的指导意义。对安徽省不同区域农户进行抽样调查,调查内容包括:肥料品种、肥料用量、施肥方式、种植面积。根据调查结果对当前安徽省区域间(皖北、皖中、皖南)和作物间肥料投入总量、强度、方式和品种进行统计分析。调查结果表明:(1)当前全省化肥施用总量和强度分别是312.8万t和342 kg/hm2。虽然全省化肥施用总量逐步降低,但是区域和作物间肥料投入差异较大。皖北化肥总投入量最大,其次是皖中,皖南最小。蔬菜、果树等经济作物过量施肥较为普遍,大田粮食作物化肥施用过量与不足并存;(2)目前全省机械化施肥普及率为55.5%,但是区域间差异较大,主要集中在皖北区域,皖中和皖南区域普及率较低;机械化施肥主要集中在粮食作物上,经济作物比例较低;(3)在施肥品种方面,全省粮食作物和油料作物存在重视化肥投入、有机替代施用不足等问题;而在水果、蔬菜、茶叶等经济作物有机肥投入主要以商品有机肥、粪肥和饼肥为主,但是施肥水平有待提高。综上所述,当前安徽省化肥总量和施肥强度相对于2014年已经有了较大幅度的降低,这说明全省已提前实现了2020年化肥零增长的目标,但是目前全省化肥施用不合理现象依然存在,因此应该加强宏观调控,实施合理的化肥资源区域布局,做到因地制宜,通过总量控制、增加有机替代比例、加强机械化施肥推广等途径实现化肥减施,提高经济效益和环境效益。  相似文献

[目的]为研究生物结皮覆盖和冻融作用对土壤结构的影响。[方法]以黄土高原北部风沙土为研究对象,采用室内模拟冻融的方法,利用田口方法分析不同冻融次数、冻融前土壤初始含水量和生物结皮(藻结皮)盖度对土壤结构特征的影响。[结果](1)通过正交试验获取的土壤结构指数(IGSS)为75.57~96.57,信噪比(S/N)为37.55~39.70 dB,通过田口方法确定的最佳因子组合为15次冻融循环、15%初始含水量、80%藻结皮覆盖度,其预测结果为IGSS=98.09,S/N=39.89 dB。(2)IGSS与冻融次数、初始含水量、藻结皮盖度均呈正相关关系,各因子对土壤结构指数的主效应表现为初始含水量>冻融次数>藻结皮覆盖度;各因子对土壤结构指数变化的贡献率为初始含水量(52.17%)>冻融次数(31.95%)>藻结皮覆盖度(2.12%)。(3)土壤结构指数的变化来自于冻融过程中土壤水分的散失和孔隙扩张,藻结皮覆盖可以减缓冻融过程中水分的散失,从而减缓IGSS变化。[结论]研究使用正交...  相似文献

[目的]对典型干旱区绿洲城市新疆喀什市近20a来的乡村转型发展进行研究,评价当地的乡村转型发展程度及土地利用变化对乡村转型发展的影响。[方法]构建乡村转型度、城乡协调度两个评价体系,利用TOPSIS法量化喀什市1995—2015年乡村转型发展变化,通过Pearson相关分析法得出影响乡村转型发展程度的因子。[结果]喀什市乡村转型度在整体上处于上升态势,速率较慢,年际变化率为0.55%/a,城乡协调度在整体上处于微弱下降态势,年际变化率为-0.06%/a,近20a来喀什市乡村转型发展经历了低速—协调、中速—较协调、中速—不协调、高速—不协调、中速—协调5个阶段,乡村转型发展水平综合指数逐年上升,增率为0.31%/a,影响喀什市乡村转型发展的主要因子包括农业人口比重、乡村人均GDP、农民人均纯收入、第一产业劳动率及乡村污染物处理率。[结论]农业人口比重在数量上与乡村转型发展度的耦合度达0.786,农业人口比重在质量上与乡村转型发展度的耦合度达0.559,乡村人均GDP比重变化与乡村转型发展度的耦合度达0.877耕地转为建设用地的面积比重变化与乡村转型发展度的耦合度达0.641,喀什市的乡村转型发展与人口转型、经济转型、土地利用方式转型的一致性较高,属于良性的转型发展。  相似文献

[目的]克服生态环境质量(EQI)演化驱动因子在离散化过程中的随机性和主观性,优化传统地理探测器。[方法]利用相等间隔法、分位数法、自然断点法、几何间隔法和标准差法5种离散方法,对重庆市22项EQI演化驱动因子进行离散化,并结合地理探测器确定各因子的合理离散法与分类数,从而探究各驱动因子的驱动力大小和各驱动因子间交互模式。[结果](1) 2005—2020年重庆市EQI处于I、Ⅲ和Ⅳ级的区县数量占比减少0.211,处于Ⅱ和V级的区县数量占比上升0.211,总体呈下降趋势,在空间上呈由西北向东南走向的梯度分布特征。(2)研究中各离散方法适用性排序为:自然断点法>几何间隔法>分位数法>相等间隔法>标准差法。不同因子适用的离散方法各异,应根据因子数据特征择优选取离散方法。(3)识别出影响重庆市EQI演化的关键驱动因子4个(0.37~0.49),主要驱动因子13个(0.14~0.33)、次要驱动因子4个(0.05~0.13)和其他因子1个(0.04),各驱动因子间交互作用均为双重增强或非线性增强。[结论]合理的离散化可以一定程度上克服连续数据离散化过程中的随机性和主观性...  相似文献

[目的]水土资源是城市发展的重要生产要素,是探索黄河中游城市群水土资源利用过程中的关键因素,对科学促进黄河中游城市群经济快速发展具有重要意义。[方法]以黄河中游三大城市群为例,通过运用LMDI加法模型对2010—2019年黄河中游三大城市群分别构建影响水资源消耗量变化及城市建设用地数量变化的因素分解模型,计算并比较不同驱动因素的效应值。[结果](1)水资源利用效率提高和产业结构的优化能够抑制水资源消耗量的增加,而经济规模和人口规模扩大则促进其增加。(2)产业规模、经济规模及人口规模扩大对建设用地扩张存在推动作用,而城市建设用地消耗强度对建设用地扩张具有抑制作用。(3)对于水资源利用量变化,黄河中游不同城市之间产业结构优化水平存在较大差距;对于城市建设用地变化,三大城市群总效应值比较结果为关中平原城市群>中原城市群>晋中城市群。[结论]基于区域差异和时间差异角度探讨黄河中游城市群水土资源利用的影响因素,有助于丰富水土资源可持续利用的相关研究,为黄河中游城市群的可持续发展提供理论指导。  相似文献

低氮和干旱胁迫对富士和秦冠生长及氮素利用的影响   总被引:2,自引:2,他引:0  
【目的】以富士(Fuji)、 秦冠(Qinguan)嫁接在平邑甜茶(Malus hupehensis Rehd.)上的当年生盆栽苗为试验材料,采用砂培方法,研究了缺氮胁迫和干旱对富士和秦冠生长情况、 光合参数、 植株各部位氮磷钾含量及氮素利用效率的影响,分析比较了低氮干旱条件下富士和秦冠生长及氮素利用的差异,以期为果树生产高效肥水利用提供理论指导。【方法】试验共设四个处理: 正常氮正常水(ZZ)、 低氮正常水(DZ)、 正常氮干旱(ZG)、 低氮干旱(DG)。氮素和水分均设置两个水平,分别为正常氮(6 mmol/L NO-3-N)、 低氮(0.3 mmol/LNO-3-N)、 正常供水(保持盆中砂子相对含水量为饱和含水量的80%~85%)、 干旱处理(保持盆中砂子相对含水量为饱和含水量的60%~65%)。【结果】富士和秦冠的生物量(茎和叶)、 株高茎粗等生长指标以及光合速率、 气孔导度、 蒸腾速率均为正常氮正常水(ZZ)>低氮正常水(DZ)>正常氮干旱(ZG)>低氮干旱(DG),并且相对应处理下秦冠的以上指标均高于富士;正常供水下,缺氮处理使富士、 秦冠的根冠比比正常氮处理均有所增加,富士提高了2.05%,秦冠提高了22.40%。富士和秦冠的氮、 磷、 钾含量均表现出正常氮正常水(ZZ)>低氮正常水(DZ)>正常氮干旱(ZG)>低氮干旱(DG); 氮、 钾元素含量在植株各部位的分布顺序依次是叶>根>茎,磷元素则是根>叶>茎;光合氮素利用效率(PNUE)和氮素利用效率表现为秦冠处理之间差异极显著,富士处理之间差异不显著;秦冠的PNUE和NUE明显高于富士,在低氮正常水(DZ)处理下,秦冠氮肥利用率比富士高42.07%,在低氮干旱(DG)处理下高64.14%;低氮胁迫下富士和秦冠的NUE显著提高,并且秦冠提高的幅度高于富士。【结论】施用氮肥能够显著提高富士与秦冠的干物质量,同等水肥条件下,秦冠生长优于富士;水分亏缺会减少叶片对氮的吸收,干旱条件下适度增施氮肥,可提高果树的抗旱能力;低氮干旱胁迫下秦冠的生长指标、 光合指标及氮素利用效率指标均优于富士,表现出较强的抗低氮干旱胁迫的能力。  相似文献

Staff members of the Department of Botany of Palacký University in Olomouc and Gene Bank Department – Workplace Olomouc, Research Institute of Crop Production in Prague, Czech Republic, conducted an expedition in seven European countries (Austria, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Switzerland) in August/September 1999 to collect wild Lactuca spp. germplasm and study its geographic distribution, ecology and biodiversity. During the mission, more than 600 locations were visited resulting in the collection of 602 seed samples (accessions) of wild Lactuca species and 13 seed samples of related genera (Chondrilla and Mycelis). Lactuca serriola f. serriola, L. serriola f. integrifolia, L. saligna and L. viminea subsp. chondrilliflora were prevalent in southern Europe (Italy, France), however, only L. serriola was common in central and western Europe (Austria, Czech Republic, Germany, Netherlands, Switzerland). The greatest diversity of Lactuca species was found in France, where also the most seed samples (165) were collected. The most characteristic habitats with a high density of Lactuca spp. populations were observed along roads and highways, grassy ditches, ruderal communities, and dust-heaps. Natural infections by powdery mildew (Erysiphe cichoracearum) and downy mildew (Bremia lactucae) on some wild Lactuca spp. were observed. Recent observations concerning the geographic distribution, population structure, habitats, and natural occurrence of diseases of Lactuca spp. are discussed. This assemblage of genetic resources of Lactuca spp. can serve as the basis of future studies of species diversification, spatial population structure, plant microevolution, domestication processes, and genetic variability of host-parasite interactions.  相似文献

Laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS) is a new technique for the analysis of plant material. This study investigates the application of LIBS to pasture-based plant samples. The LIBS measurements were obtained from pelletized pasture samples (100 samples) that had been also analyzed by inductively coupled plasma–optical emission spectroscopy (ICP-OES) following microwave digestion for calibration and comparison purposes. Comparisons for elements sodium (Na), potassium (K), magnesium (Mg), calcium (Ca), manganese (Mn), iron (Fe), copper (Cu), zinc (Zn), boron (B), phosphorus (P), and sulfur (S) showed that LIBS could be used for almost all the standard profile total elements with concentrations down to low mg/kg levels (observed error of Na: 0.024 percent, K: 0.18 percent, Mg: 0.016 percent, Ca: 0.073 percent, P: 0.017 percent, Mn: 31 mg/kg, Fe: 150 mg/kg, Zn: 6.6 mg/kg, and B: 1.1 mg/kg). Elemental analysis at less than mg/kg levels was not possible using LIBS. The elements S and Cu were particularly difficult to analyze with reliability using LIBS at the concentration levels found in the plant samples. Replacing microwave digestion and subsequent ICP analysis with a direct analysis of dried plant samples using LIBS has the potential to improve the productivity and reduce the cost of testing.  相似文献

We have studied the effect of anaerobically digested (ADMSW) and composted municipal solid waste (CMSW) on mineralization and foodweb dynamics to verify the hypothesis that ADMSW would immobilize N right after addition to soil in contrast to addition with CMSW. Another hypothesis was that the mesofauna (enchytraeids and microarthropods) would stimulate N release from the decomposer community. We measured excretion of -N and urea-N from the mesofauna and hypothesized that enchytraeids would release urea. ADMSW and CMSW were amended to pots with sandy loam and barley. The pots were divided into treatments with or without mesofauna. Mesofauna, plant N and biomass, soil N and ergosterol (fungal biomass) were measured over a 113-day period of four equidistant samplings. Soil respiration, N mineralization and N release by the mesofauna were modelled from concurrent studies. ADMSW- and CMSW-treated soils initially (<20 days) immobilized N. The amendments did not increase plant growth substantially, and this was probably due to N-limitation in the early stages of plant growth. Enchytraeid abundance was about three times higher in ADMSW- than CMSW-treated soils, indicating that ADMSW contained more labile compounds, bacteria, and microfauna. The mesofauna did not affect N-content, but the cumulated -N excreted by the mesofauna was estimated to be substantial and about one-fifth of total plant N in ADMSW. An explanation for this discrepancy might be that in the absence of the mesofauna, other members of the detrivore and microbivore community performed the mesofauna’s function. “Wicked” problems are those that are complex and that change when solutions are applied. Many conflicts in conservation fall into this category. The study approached the problem of how to constrain the apparent wickedness of a problem in the conservation management of a species by using simple empirical indicators to carry out iterative assessment of the risk to a population and to document how this risk evolves in relation to the addition of new data and the implementation of management actions. Effects of high levels of uncertainty within data and also concerning population structure were examined through stochastic simulation and by exploration of scenarios. Historical trends in the example used, the Steller sea lion, showed rapid declines in abundance in some regions during the 1980s. The current total population is 130,000-150,000 Steller sea lions through Alaska and British Columbia and this number has been stable since about 1990 in spite of regional differences in population dynamics. Regional differences in the sequence of changes in the number of pups and non-pups, suggested that an internal re-distribution of juveniles could have happened between 1980 and 1990. Current productivity also appears close to the long-term mean. Stochastic population projection using various scenarios showed that, based upon this history, the risk of extinction for the population has declined and is below reasonable thresholds for considering the population to be endangered. The trends in risk suggest that management actions taken since 1990 have probably been effective. Consequently, the conservation management objectives for the Steller sea lion are probably being met. The approach provides a mechanism, based upon experience and scenario analysis, for exploring future policy options and may help to constrain the debate amongst stakeholders about the cost-benefit trade-offs associated with different options.  相似文献

Nutrient distributions under no tillage (NT) compared with conventional disk-and-bed tillage (CT) management in the warm, humid region of the southeastern USA need to be assessed so that future placement, quantity, and type of fertilizers can be altered, if necessary, to efficiently match crop demands. We determined soil-profile distributions of pH, N, P, S, K, Ca, Mg, Na, Zn, Fe, Mn, and Cu to a depth of 0.9 m at the end of 8.5 years of continuous CT and NT management on a Weswood silty clay loam (fine, mixed, thermic Fluventic Ustochrept) in southcentral Texas. Most dramatic changes occurred within the 0–0.05 m depth, where soil under NT had lower pH, Fe, and Cu than under CT, but greater P, K, Zn, and Mn. Greater P and K under NT than under CT also occurred below the till-zone (0.15–0.3 m). At a depth of 0–0.3 m, soil under NT contained greater amounts of extractable P, K, Zn, Fe, Mn, and Cu than under CT. Nitrogen fertilization had little effect on nutrient distributions, except resulting in greater extractable K at 0–0.05 m and greater nitrate at 0–0.15 m. Few changes in soil-profile distributions were observed for extractable S, Ca, Mg, and Na. Long-term continuous use of NT on this fine-textured, high-fertility (except for N) soil had no apparent adverse effects on nutrient distributions relative to CT, but enhanced conservation and availability of P, K, Zn, Fe, Mn, and Cu near the soil surface where crop roots proliferate.  相似文献

The responses of tallgrass prairie plant communities and ecosystem processes to fire and grazing are well characterized. However, responses of invertebrate consumer groups, and particularly soil-dwelling organisms, to these disturbances are not well known. At Konza Prairie Biological Station, we sampled soil macroinvertebrates in 1994 and 1999 as part of a long-term experiment designed to examine the effects and interactions of annual fire, mowing, and fertilization (N and P) on prairie soil communities and processes. For nearly all taxa, in both years, responses were characterized by significant treatment interactions, but some general patterns were evident. Introduced European earthworms (Aporrectodea spp. and Octolasion spp.) were most abundant in plots where fire was excluded, and the proportion of the total earthworm community consisting of introduced earthworms was greater in unburned, unmowed, and fertilized plots. Nymphs of two Cicada genera were collected (Cicadetta spp. and Tibicen spp.). Cicadetta nymphs were more abundant in burned plots, but mowing reduced their abundance. Tibicen nymphs were collected almost exclusively from unburned plots. Treatment effects on herbivorous beetle larvae (Scarabaeidae, Elateridae, and Curculionidae) were variable, but nutrient additions (N or P) usually resulted in greater densities, whereas mowing usually resulted in lower densities. Our results suggest that departures from historical disturbance regimes (i.e. frequent fire and grazing) may render soils more susceptible to increased numbers of European earthworms, and that interactions between fire, aboveground biomass removal, and vegetation responses affect the structure and composition of invertebrate communities in tallgrass prairie soils.  相似文献
