将96头体重27kg左右杜长大生长猪,随机分为2组,每组设3个重复(公、母各半),分别饲喂添加0、10.0mg/kg镉的饲粮,进行了83d的饲养试验,期间每隔两周固定从每个重复中选2头猪(公、母各半)前腔静脉采血。饲养试验结束后,从每组中各选取12头试验猪(公母各半)屠宰,并采集血清、内脏器官样品测定铁、铜、锌的含量。结果表明:添加10.0mg/kg镉显著影响猪的生长性能,其日增重降低18.6%(P<0.05),饲料转化率降低15.1%(P<0.05);10.0mg/kg镉引起了一些组织中铁含量的显著降低(P<0.05)及铜含量的显著升高(P<0.05),肾锌水平显著提高(P<0.05),而心脏、胰脏中锌含量显著降低(P<0.05);添加镉对淋巴结和心脏铁含量、淋巴结和胰脏铜含量及肝脏和脾脏锌含量无显著(P>0.05)影响。  相似文献

为研究日粮中添加α-硫辛酸对肥育猪胴体性状与肉品质的影响,选择体重60kg左右的杜长大三元杂交育肥猪96头,随机分为4个处理组,每个处理4个重复,每个重复6头猪,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中分别添加300、600和900mg/kgα-硫辛酸,试验期28d。结果表明,硫辛酸对育肥猪屠宰率无显著影响,但与对照组相比,600mg/kg和900mg/kgα-硫辛酸添加组背膘厚显著降低(P<0.05)。600mg/kgα-硫辛酸添加组与对照组相比,pH45min和pH24h显著提高(P<0.05),24h肉色L*值、b*值极显著降低(P<0.01),a*值显著增加(P<0.05)。以上结果表明,日粮中添加硫辛酸能改善育肥猪的胴体性状和肉品质。  相似文献

为研究饲喂果寡糖对肥育猪后期生长性能的影响,选取60头体重约60 kg的健康杜长大三元杂种商品代肥育猪,按照窝别胎次、公母比例一致性原则,随机分成2组,每组3个重复,每个重复10头。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮中添加果寡糖350 mg/kg(以纯品计)。试验结果表明,果寡糖组与对照组相比,肥育猪后期平均净增重提高5.48 kg,差异显著(P<0.05);平均日增重提高133.65 g,差异显著(P<0.05);料重比降低10.29%,而果寡糖组生猪的平均屠宰率、胴体瘦肉率分别比对照组提高2.71%和4.12%,但差异均不显著(P>0.05)。  相似文献

试验旨在研究日粮中添加不同水平的木聚糖酶对育肥猪生长性能、血清生化指标和养殖经济效益的影响。选取192头“杜×长×大”三元杂交育肥猪随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复8头猪。对照组为基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中分别添加100、200、400 mg/kg木聚糖酶。试验期50 d。结果显示,与对照组相比,各试验组育肥猪的平均日增重分别提高了7.37%、13.17%、15.88%(P<0.05),平均日采食量分别提高了5.40%、10.39%、13.03%(P<0.05),料重比均显著降低(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,200 mg/kg组、400 mg/kg组育肥猪的胴体重显著提高(P<0.05),试验组育肥猪的屠宰率显著提高(P<0.05);200 mg/kg组、400 mg/kg组猪背最长肌的肌内脂肪含量均显著提高(P<0.05),试验组育肥猪背最长肌剪切力均显著降低(P<0.05)。试验组育肥猪血清中尿素氮含量均显著降低(P<0.05),200 mg/kg组、400 mg/kg组育肥猪血清谷丙转氨酶活性显著降低(P<0.05)。400 mg/kg组育肥猪的粗脂肪表观消化率显著提高(P<0.05),试验组育肥猪血清中钙和磷的表观消化率均显著提高(P<0.05)。试验组养殖利润分别提高19.94、32.24、36.19元/头。研究表明,木聚糖酶可以提高育肥猪的生长性能、屠宰性能和肉品质,建议在育肥猪日粮中添加400 mg/kg木聚糖酶。  相似文献

选择杜长大中猪100头(随机分为2组,每组2个重复,每个重复25头)和大猪120头(随机分为3组,每组2个重复,每个重复20头)。对照组日粮为基础日粮,中猪试验在基础日粮中添加γ-氨基丁酸30mg/kg;大猪组分别添加30、35mg/kg,共试验32d。结果中猪试验组比对照组的日增重提高7.32%,日采食量提高2.14%,料重比降低5.3%。大猪试验组分别比对照组日增重提高14.59%、5.97%,日采食量提高9.61%、6.55%,料重肉降低3.06%、-1.05%。试验结果表明,在日粮中添加γ-氨基丁酸具有提高生长育肥猪生产性能的效果。  相似文献

试验旨在研究饲粮中添加葡萄籽原花青素对不同阶段猪生长性能的影响。试验选取48头体重相近的“杜×长×大”三元杂交猪,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复4头猪。试验分3个生长阶段进行,对照组始终饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在第Ⅰ阶段(断奶仔猪阶段)的基础饲粮中分别添加50、100、150 mg/kg的GSPs,第Ⅱ阶段(生长猪阶段)分别添加100、150、200 mg/kg的GSPs,第Ⅲ阶段(育肥猪)分别添加150、200、250 mg/kg的GSPs进行饲喂。结果发现,在断奶仔猪阶段,饲料中添加100 mg/kg的GSPs显著提高了ADG和ADFI (P<0.05);在生长猪阶段,饲料中添加150 mg/kg的GSPs显著提高了ADG和ADFI,显著降低了F/G (P<0.05);在育肥猪阶段添加GSPs没有显著的促进作用,添加250 mg/kg的GSPs反而降低了育肥猪的生长性能。试验表明不同生长阶段猪饲料中添加适量的GSPs对断奶仔猪和生长猪的生长性能有一定的促进作用。  相似文献

为探讨大蒜素对不同生长阶段杜长大肥育猪生长性能的影响,选择180头杜长大三元杂种肥育猪,采用单因子随机方差试验设计,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复15头猪。对照组采用基础饲粮饲养,试验组在基础饲粮中分别添加大蒜素150、300、450 mg/kg,其余营养水平一致。试验结果表明:在35~65 kg阶段,日增重,150 mg/kg大蒜素组、300 mg/kg大蒜素组、450 mg/kg大蒜素组分别比对照组降低30.27、10.37、10 g;日采食量,分别比对照组降低8.18%、6.82%、7.73%;料重比,分别比对照组降低0.13、0.17、0.19,但均差异不显著(P0.05)。在65~110 kg阶段,日增重,以300 mg/kg大蒜素组最高,为802.49 g,比对照组高36.75 g;日采食量,150 mg/kg大蒜素组、300 mg/kg大蒜素组、450 mg/kg大蒜素组分别比对照组提高3.1%、3.5%、3.5%。结论:在35~65 kg阶段大蒜素以450 mg/kg添加量适宜;在65~110 kg阶段大蒜素以150与300 mg/kg添加量为宜。  相似文献

选用60头体质量28 kg左右的“杜长大”三元杂交猪,随机分为2组,每组3个重复,每个重复10头猪(公母各半),分别饲喂基础日粮(C组)、基础日粮添加0.1 mg/kg黄曲霉毒素(AF组),试验期90 d。饲养试验结束时,对猪的生长性能、免疫指标和抗氧化指标进行分析。结果表明:黄曲霉素显著影响试验猪的生长性能,日增重降低12.90%(P〈0.01),料重比提高7.54%(P〈0.01),同时显著降低试验猪的免疫功能和抗氧化能力。提示:长期饲喂0.1 mg/kg黄曲霉素可诱发猪黄曲霉毒素慢性中毒。  相似文献

This study investigated the effects of amino acids (AA) supplementation in low crude protein (CP) diets on growth performance and carcass characteristics in finishing gilts. One hundred and eighty gilts (59.1 ± 5.1 kg) were randomly allotted to one of five diets which consisted of a high CP (15.6%) diet or four low CP (11.6%) diets for 50 days. The low CP diets were supplemented with lysine + threonine + methionine (LCM), LCM + tryptophan (LCT), LCT + valine (LCV) or LCV + isoleucine (LCI), respectively. Gilts were housed at six pigs per pen with six pens per treatment. At the end of the 50‐day experiment, 30 gilts (one pig per pen) with average body weight (BW) of 98 kg were killed to evaluate carcass traits. The pigs fed the diet supplemented with LCV obtained the highest average daily gain (ADG), which was higher than those of pigs fed the diet supplemented with LCM (P < 0.05). Dietary supplementation with tryptophan, valine and isoleucine in low CP diets increased ADG (linear and quadratic effect, P < 0.05), serum levels of valine (quadratic effect, P < 0.05) and isoleucine (linear and quadratic effect, P < 0.05) and immunoglobulin G (IgG) and IgA (linear and quadratic effect, P < 0.05) in finishing gilts. © 2016 Japanese Society of Animal Science  相似文献

An inhibition of sex hormone secretion is observed in domestic animals exposed to cadmium in experimental conditions. Ninety-six gilts (Duroc x Landrace x Yorkshire, initial weight 27.59 kg) were randomly assigned into four different groups with three replications in each group (eight gilts per replication). The groups received the corn-soybean basal diet and supplemented with 0, 0.5, 5.0 and 10.0 mg/kg cadmium (as CdCl2) respectively. The feeding trial was ended when body weight of pigs was approximately 90 kg. The results showed that 10.0 mg/kg cadmium significantly decreased average daily gain (p < 0.05) and increased feed/gain ratio (p < 0.05) of pigs. Follicle-stimulating hormone, luteinizing hormone, oestradiol (E2) and progesterone levels in serum of the pigs fed the diet supplemented with 10.0 mg/kg cadmium were lower significantly than those of the control (p < 0.05). Compared with the control, no changes were found in the levels mentioned above when the pigs fed the diet supplemented with 0.5 or 5.0 mg/kg cadmium (p > 0.05). The changes of regulatory mechanism of the pituitary-ovary axis may be the result of cadmium accumulation in pituitary and ovary and should be investigated further.  相似文献

本试验旨在研究日粮中添加不同水平包膜半胱胺(CCS)对肥育猪生长性能、免疫和抗氧化能力及十二指肠消化酶活性的影响。选择体重(62.12±1.43)kg的健康杜×长×大肥育猪160头,随机分为4个处理,每个处理组4个重复,每个重复10头(公、母各半)。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮的基础上分别添加100、200、400 mg/kg CCS。试验猪自由采食饮水,预试期5 d,正试期40 d。结果表明:CCS对肥育猪的平均日增重(ADG)、平均日采食量(ADFI)和耗料增重比(F/G)无显著影响,但100 mg/kg CCS组生长性能指标相对最佳;100、200 mg/kg CCS组血清IgM和补体C3水平均上升(P<0.05),C3水平随着CCS添加剂量的提高呈线性上升(P<0.05);CCS有提高血清Ig G水平的趋势(P=0.07),并呈二次升高(P<0.05);CCS提高了血清中总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)并呈二次变化(P<0.05);血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)水平和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性随着CCS水平的提高呈线性及二次变化(P<0.05);肝脏GSH-Px和总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)活性随着CCS水平的提高呈线性及二次增高(P<0.05);CCS提高了十二指肠总蛋白酶和总脂肪酶活性(P<0.05),使总淀粉酶活性呈二次上升(P<0.05)。可见,日粮中添加低剂量的CCS对肥育猪生产性能有一定改善趋势,CCS可提高肥育猪的免疫和抗氧化性能,促进肠道消化酶的分泌。在本试验中,CCS在肥育猪饲粮中的适宜添加水平为100 mg/kg。  相似文献

为探讨日粮中添加酵母核酸对断奶仔猪生长性能的影响,试验选取体重相近,公母各半,23日龄杜×长×大健康断奶仔猪120头,按照体重和公母比例随机分为三个处理组,每个处理组4个重复,每个重复10头仔猪,进行为期23 d的饲养试验。对照组使用正常营养标准的断奶仔猪料,试验组Ⅰ在仔猪料中添加0.3%的酵母核酸提取物(雅康宝450),试验组Ⅱ在仔猪料中添加0.5%的酵母核酸提取物。试验结果表明:在断奶仔猪料中添加酵母核酸提取物可显著地提高断奶仔猪的日均采食量(P<0.05)和平均日增重(P<0.05),显著降低断奶仔猪的腹泻率(P<0.05)。  相似文献

We investigated the effect of mixed rearing of barrows and gilts on the backfat thickness and the serum metabolite profiles of Kagoshima-Kurobuta (Berkshire) pigs. A total of 149 pigs with an average body weight of 35 kg were divided into the following groups: 100%, 90%, 70%, 50%, 30%, 10%, and 0% groups consisting of 10 barrows (1 pen), 9 barrows + 1 gilt (3 pens), 7 barrows + 3 gilts (2 pens), 5 barrows + 5 gilts (3 pens), 3 barrows + 7 gilts (2 pens), 1 barrow + 9 gilts (3 pens), and 9 gilts (1 pen), respectively. All pigs were raised to a shipping weight of 120 kg. Mixed rearing significantly reduced (p < 0.001) backfat thickness, and the optimum mixing ratio of barrows and gilts was 7:3 (the 70% group). Four types of circulating sex steroids were found in both the barrows and gilts in the 50% group but were not detected in barrows from the 100% group. These results indicated that mixed rearing of barrows and gilts was effective for reducing the backfat thickness of barrows, and induced sex steroid hormones may influence the backfat thickness of barrows in mixed-reared groups.  相似文献

Impact of betaine on pig finishing performance and carcass composition   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
Two experiments were conducted to evaluate the effect of betaine supplementation of finishing diets on growth performance and carcass characteristics of swine. Experiment 1 included 288 pigs in a 2 x 2 x 3 factorial arrangement of treatments consisting of barrows and gilts of two genetic populations fed diets with 1.25 g/kg supplemental betaine from either 83 or 104 kg to 116 kg and control pigs fed betaine-devoid diets. Pigs were housed three pigs per pen with eight replicate pens per treatment. Diets were corn-soybean meal-based with 300 ppm added choline. Genetic populations differed (P < 0.05) in fat depth (2.24 vs 2.93 cm) and longissimus muscle depth (53.8 vs 49.1 mm) at 116 kg. Betaine reduced feed intake (P < 0.05); however, real-time ultrasound measurements were not affected. In Exp. 2, 400 pigs were used in a 2 x 2 x 2 factorial arrangement of treatments to evaluate the effect of sex (barrow or gilts), betaine (0 or 1 g/kg of diet), and crude protein (CP) (0.70% lysine = 12.7% CP or 0.85% lysine = 15.0% CP) when fed from 60 to 110 kg live weight. Pigs had been assigned to either a high- or low-protein feeding regimen at an average initial weight of 11.3 kg and were maintained on their respective protein levels throughout the experiment. For a 56-d period from 61.7 kg to 113.6 kg, pigs were fed diets with 300 ppm added choline. Within each protein level, pigs were randomly assigned to diets containing 0 or 1 g/kg betaine. Pigs were group-housed (four to five pigs per pen). Pig weight and feed intake were recorded every 28 d. Real-time ultrasound measurements were recorded initially and at d 28 on 64 pigs, and on all pigs prior to slaughter. Growth rate was fastest and feed intake greatest for barrows (P < 0.05) and for pigs receiving 12.7% crude protein. A crude protein x betaine interaction (P < 0.05) was observed from d 28 to 56 with pigs fed the 15% CP diet growing fastest when supplemented with 1 g/kg betaine, and pigs receiving the 12.7% CP diet growing fastest when the diets contained 0 g/kg betaine. Gilts more efficiently (P < 0.05) converted feed into body weight gain, as did pigs receiving the 12.7% CP diet (P < 0.05). Longissimus muscle area and fat measurements were unaffected by betaine or dietary protein on d 28. However, by d 56 betaine reduced average fat depth in barrows (P < 0.05; 3.21 vs 3.40 cm), but not in gilts. Betaine may be more effective at altering body composition in barrows than in gilts.  相似文献

为研究超早期断奶应激对仔猪血清一些生化指标的影响 ,试验从 2窝 1 4日龄杜× (大×长 )三元杂交商品猪中各选体重相似公猪 2头 ,其中一头分至断奶组 ,另一头留为哺乳组 ,每组 2个重复 (栏 ) ,每重复 1头猪 ,试验共用试猪 4头。分别于断奶当天 ( 1 4日龄 )及断奶后连续 9天早 8:0 0 ,对试猪前腔静脉采血 ,测定血清葡萄糖、总脂肪、球蛋白、球蛋白占总蛋白比率、Na+ 、K+ 、Cl- 浓度。试验结果表明 ,断奶仔猪血清葡萄糖、球蛋白、球蛋白占总蛋白比率在断奶后 9天内程度不同地低于哺乳仔猪。其中在断奶后第 1天 ,血清葡萄糖、球蛋白以及球蛋白占总蛋白比率均大幅度降低 ,分别较哺乳仔猪下降 4 4.77%(P >0 .0 5)、1 6.82 % (P <0 .0 1 )、6.82 % (P <0 .0 1 )。同时在断奶后第 6天仔猪发生腹泻时 ,球蛋白占总蛋白比率亦显著下降 (P <0 .0 5)。与哺乳仔猪相比 ,断奶仔猪血清总脂肪浓度在断奶后第 1天升高 ,从第 2天起转而下降。血清Na+ 、K+ 、Cl- 浓度在断奶后第 1天下降 ,此后转而升高。由本试验各指标结果提示 ,断奶应激使仔猪机体代谢水平和免疫机能下降。  相似文献

This study investigated the different addition levels of iron (Fe) in growing-finishing pigs and the effect of different Fe levels on growth performance, hematological status, intestinal barrier function, and intestinal digestion. A total of 1,200 barrows and gilts ([Large White × Landrace] × Duroc) with average initial body weight (BW; 27.74 ± 0.28 kg) were housed in 40 pens of 30 pigs per pen (gilts and barrows in half), blocked by BW and gender, and fed five experimental diets (eight replicate pens per diet). The five experimental diets were control diet (basal diet with no FeSO4 supplementation), and the basal diet being supplemented with 150, 300, 450, or 600 mg/kg Fe as FeSO4 diets. The trial lasted for 100 d and was divided into the growing phase (27 to 60 kg of BW) for the first 50 d and the finishing phase (61 to 100 kg of BW) for the last 50 d. The basal diet was formulated with an Fe-free trace mineral premix and contained 203.36 mg/kg total dietary Fe in the growing phase and 216.71 mg/kg in the finishing phase based on ingredient contributions. And at the end of the experiment, eight pigs (four barrows and four gilts) were randomly selected from each treatment (selected one pig per pen) for digesta, blood, and intestinal samples collection. The results showed that the average daily feed intake (P = 0.025), average daily gain (P = 0.020), and BW (P = 0.019) increased linearly in the finishing phase of pigs fed with the diets containing Fe. On the other hand, supplementation with different Fe levels in the diet significantly increased serum iron and transferrin saturation concentrations (P < 0.05), goblet cell numbers of duodenal villous (P < 0.001), and MUC4 mRNA expression (P < 0.05). The apparent ileal digestibility (AID) of amino acids (AA) for pigs in the 450 and 600 mg/kg Fe groups was greater (P < 0.05) than for pigs in the control group. In conclusion, dietary supplementation with 450 to 600 mg/kg Fe improved the growth performance of pigs by changing hematological status and by enhancing intestinal goblet cell differentiation and AID of AA.  相似文献

试验选用200头平均体重(6.95±0.11)kg、23日龄断奶三元杂交(杜×长×大)仔猪,研究玉米豆粕型日粮中添加益生康代替抗生素在断奶仔猪阶段的应用效果。配对试验设计2个处理,每个处理设5个重复,每个重复20头仔猪,公母各半混合饲养。处理1为抗生素对照组;处理2为添加0.15%益生康组,6~12kg阶段和12~20kg仔猪阶段。结果表明:6~12kg体重阶段与抗生素对照组相比,益生康增加仔猪日增重9.3%,提高日采食量10.6%,改善饲料转化率9.8%,仔猪腹泻发生率降低29.4%(P<0.05);12~20kg阶段日增重提高7.9%,改善饲料转化率15.8%。  相似文献
